As a newer member to this certain board, I must ask a question.
My character revolves around, shall we say a "death eater" type, however, if he does not make the application, what kind of options or roles am I able to take besides being a death eater that are remotley evil.
Also, is there any certain requirement to use curses?

No, if you do not make the application, your character cannot be evil.
Just joking. If you are not approved to be a Death Eater, he can support them, be evil all on his own, etc. (Case and point, Lukas Malkov. Evil character, not a Death Eater)

As far as curses, the Unforgivables can be used as long as you are 17, and they must be admin approved to hit someone. Other curses are free to use as far as I know, as long as they do not kill without admin approval or hit a character without their approval (god-modding).
