Happy Birthday!

Kat sat down across from Bruin and poured herself a glass of pumpkin juice. A mischievous little grin crossed her face as Rhyspa answered his question and she piped in saying, "How much trouble could the three of us possibly get into?" Just then Violet came in looking timid as always. Kat smiled birghtly at the girl and said, "Hiya Violet!"

[ Kaileys more impressed by the tounge twister than the magic! XD]

"It isn't much but its something I thought you'd like." Kailey replied not mentioning that her mother had found it in Hot Topics clearance bin. It's the thought that counts. "I suppose it is Bruin." she replied lightly

[Bruin Dumbledez]

(OOC - I was trying for the pronunciation to be something like...Beanie-Baby-Babble-cus, perhaps I wasn't too successful :blink: )

"Sounds like it..." Bruin replied to Rhyspa before turning to Kat. "Hmmm, the three of you...probably quite a bit, but I'm certain that Brubaker will keep an eye on you and let me know if you get into anything you shouldn't have." Bruin said with a grin. As if on cue, the stuffed Badger spoke again.

"Bruin Dumbledez is the cutest, funniest and smartest boy ever!"

Bruin looked at the others and shrugged his shoulders. "What??? I can't help it if the little guy has a good eye for these things!"

"Oh come on now Bruin, give us a little credit. We can behave ourselves...when we want to." she replied with a very innocent smile on her face. She took a sip of her pumpkin juice, but then the little badger spoke again and this time it sent Kat into a bit of a giggle fit, which unfortunately caused her to shoot some of the pumpkin juice out of her nose. This caused her to laugh even harder, but she wrangled herself under control and grabbed a napkin to wipe her face and then the table in front of her. Still chuckling slightly she said, "You're right Bruin! That badger definitely has a keen eye!"

Kailey had been about to add on to Kats comment about them being able to behave themselves when they wanted to with a comment of her own when the Badger started to talk again, and what the little stuffed toy said this time caused Kailey to go into a fit of laughter not quite as profound as Kats. "Nice Bruin!" she complimented mid laugh.

 

[Rhyspa Marinescu]

Rhyspa grinned, a mischievous glint in her eye as Bruin said that Brubaker would keep an eye on them. She laughed when it said its little phrase. "I agree, Kat," Rhyspa said. "Brubaker does have a keen eye."

"So, who wants cake?"
