Open Halloween Stroll

Basquiat had made a quick appearance at the Halloween festivities but had left finding the whole thing a bit tired. Seeing as he had a perfect opportunity with distracted Prefects and Professors the boy decided it was the perfect time to check out why the Forbidden Forest was, indeed, forbidden. Although the weather wasn't terribly cold, there was a breeze in the air so he zipped up his NFL jacket that had made him be an 'American Football player' as a costume and headed from the castle to the forest. Once there he took his wand out and didn't light it until further into the forest in case there was actually someone looking at the tree line. A few feet in, he lit his wand quickly with "Lumos" and began walking further in, hoping to see something outside of the thestrals he couldn't have seen during a previous Care of Magical Creatures lesson.

Gabrielle wasn't planning on going out to Halloween party, she wasn't going with neither Kiara or Enzo, so she didn't really feel like she needed to be there. Instead she snuck out to the Forbidden Forest and just sat there on a branch, enjoying the peace with a dimly lit wand next to her, looking up to the stars. At least she was until she heard a commotion close to her and turned her head to see the boy from the ice cream shop that she saw during break. "Hey, pretty boy! Never expected to see you here today, are you following me?" she teasingly called out while managing herself a little bit up.
