Gryffindor Quidditch Practice Y46/S1

Milo was still checking out of the corner of his eye for bludgers, not wanting to be blindsided for a 3rd time. It did help to see even the beaters and chasers were struggling, which meant that he didn't feel quite as bad to look back and find he'd lost track of the snitch yet again.

When it looked like no one else was grabbing the quaffle, Josh got a hold of the quaffle again and went towards the other hoops.

When Josh was close enough to the hoops, he threw the quaffle towards the left hoop, managing to sail through the hoop

Body still aching and tired, Milo slowed down a bit, scrunching up his face in annoyance at the lack of the snitch.

Milo was feeling the drain of a long practice but he was determined to get in another catch before Raawhiti ended practice, eyes scanning the pitch closely.

Milo was trying not to get discouraged by his lack of snitch sightings, encouraged by the fact that he didn't see Rāwhiti on the move either.

As practice neared to a close, Teddy felt happy with the session—not exactly ecstatic, but it could have been worse. Noticing Milo's frantic search for the snitch, Teddy decided to mess with him a little bit, "Hey, look over there! Snitch!" he called out, pointing towards the distance. Hey, for all he knew, the snitch was over there.

Milo was pulled from his hunt by the sound of Teddy's voice, rolling his eyes at the repeat joke. "Teddy mate, do we need to have a talk about the difference between a snitch and a quaffle again?" He called back, trying not to let his roommate's teasing get on his nerves, especially when he'd instinctively looked where Teddy had pointed.
