Sapphire had been tucked away in the great law for a while now, long before her brother had found her. She sat on an old stump, strumming away on her guitar. He leaned up against her side, and after much debate, they had decided on a good song. It had been a while since they had played together, and it felt nice for the Slytherin. She really enjoyed her brothers' company... when he wasn't being a pest. She got so caught up in playing she didn't notice anyone coming up on them.

Onyx always enjoyed a good stroll on a nice day. Finding his twin hidden away was just a bonus. She seemed to be in a good mood. After enough pestering, he finally got her to agree to play a song with him. No matter how big his puppy eyes got, however, he couldn't talk her into a love song. They finally settled on something that they both liked, and he shut his eyes. He always felt so close to Sapphy when they played. A soft smile graced his face as he listened to her sing. It was so easy to get lost in their own little world.

Jacob was pretty bored. It was early in the semester so there wasn't much going on in the way of school work, and it was a few days before tryouts would begin. The teen had shot up a few inches over the break, his frame even more lanky than it had previously been. Deciding that the best course of action was to get some fresh air, Jacob wandered over to the great lawn. And then he spotted the twins. He took his time getting close as he watched them. It reminded him of Jemma and he wished he'd thought to find his cousin. They were close as siblings. He was probably closer to her than he was to his actual siblings these days. Jacob waited for them to finish before he stepped closer, clapping his hands for them. It had been a while since he'd hung out with them, and he hoped they wouldn't mind his company some. Jacob knew he hadn't been the greatest friend to either of them. Sometimes he spent a little much time in his own things and forgot his friendships and how much they mattered to him. "Hey guys" he said a little awkwardly.

Sapphire looked up, startled to hear the sound of clapping. "Your Majesty!" She spoke with a grin, ignoring that she and Onyx had spoken in unison. She set her guitar in her brother's lap, ignoring his protests, and hopped up to hug the other Gryffindor. "I was starting to think you'd flown off into the sunset, captain," She teased him as she pulled back, knocking his arm with hers. "How've you been? Still arguing with Analei?" She gave him a coy grin. He could stand a little bit of ribbing, at least.

Onyx grinned widely as Jake approached. "Your Majesty!" He greeted in tune with his sister, laughing a little as they did. He tried to protest when Sapph set her guitar in his lap but she wasn't paying attention. "You're almost as tall as me," He joked, laying his arm over Sapph's shoulder and ignoring her when she tried to slap it away. "I bet they've already fought this week." He winked at his sister.
