[Continued from/storyline: Putting the Plan in Action...]

This was it, Isabella's doom. After today she knew the entire school would hate her, and her friends might possibly not want to be friends with her anymore. And who could blame them? It was probably better that they stay away from her otherwise they might get the hateful comments as well, which they didn't deserve. Still, despite the fact that she knew she was about to be one of the most hated people in HNZ, she couldn't help but smile and feel free. No longer would she have to wake up with the uneasy feeling in her stomach and the paranoia, wondering when Hoshi or possibly Abbey would expose her to the entire school. So she decided to take matters into her own hands. Isabella Chaos does not get blackmailed, she reminded herself with a smirk. If she exposed herself, then Hoshi and Abbey's info on her was worthless now. She would've preferred never to have been revealed, she could've gone all through her seventh year without revealing it to anyone else but her friends, but as long as she was okay with her decision and she still her a shred of her pride, then it was fine by her.

Isabella made sure to dress in her very best in an elegant ensemble on the day of her doom. If every eye in the Great Hall was going to be on her, she wanted to make sure she looked good. This was also another way of showing that the Slytherin girl had once again changed her look from grungy or risque back to her normal, elegant self. Her revealing clothing and rebellious attitude had only been a phase in which she was trying to go against all the rules her parents had set her, however now that her mother had passed away she realized how immature she was being and went back to her rule-abiding self as she had been raised to be. The Slytherin made her way down to the Great Hall that morning with her heart beating so fast and loud she swore everyone could hear it. She took a seat at the Slytherin table and ate her french toast quickly knowing she wouldn't be able to eat her breakfast long after this, she was starting to suspect she'd never be able to walk around the castle ever again. She didn't mind, she would rather stay in her dorm room all day and sleep. Last semester the teenage girl wouldn't sleep because of the death omens in her dream, now that her mother passed away, all the Slytherin wanted to do was sleep, where she could see her mother again in her dreams. After she had put her last forkful of french toast in her mouth, she heard the morning owls rushing in. Her stomach squirmed and her heart sped up fast again but she breathed, knowing that now that her mother was gone, there was nothing that these people could ever do or say to her to hurt her anymore. And she also felt she fully deserved anything she got. As had been happening for the last four months, many issues of the Gossip magazine fell on the tables all around and right away she heard the groans and felt the mood shift uncomfortably. Before this used to amuse her, now she felt nothing.

GOSSIP Magazine
Issue 5

Thanks for the amusement, it was fun while it lasted.

Thanks to Vivienne Esquire, Wendy Chaos, and Lucinda Buckley, your services, or "friendship" are no longer required.

XOXO,
Gossip Girl

P.S. Don't harass the girls listed above, they didn't know any better.

The issue had just landed on the table and no one had read the inside yet. Now all she had to do was wait for Arisa to be as predictable as any other student around here and wait for her to flip out, and go against her word that she wouldn't reveal Isabella and instead reveal her in front of the entire student body. Just like she wanted. She wanted someone who had no real connection to Isabella to reveal her, that way it would be even more of a disappointment to those who currently had blackmail on her. This was it, possibly the day of her death, at least socially.

[OOC: Please let Arisa post before anyone else does, thanks! ^_^ ]

Arisa walked cheerfully into the great hall, she really had no idea why she was so happy today, she just was. Once seated at the Hufflepuff table she looked around and noticed everyone was looking at something.... a gossip magazine. Arisa growled slightly as she grabbed one from a near by first year and opened it almost ripping the cover off. I'm so stupid!!! How could I have actually trusted her! she thought before reading the only page. Her mouth dropped open when she read it, Viv had helped her!?!? Vivienne Esquire, the good girl that could do no wrong, had helped make this trashy magazine!!! Oh, shes deader then dead Arisa seethed. Arisa stood up on the bench so she was tall enough for everyone to see she cleared her throat, "Isabella Chaos, third year Slytherin is the gossip girl behind the magazine!" Arisa said loudly and clearly before stepping off the bench and leaving the great hall to go have a word with her 'friend' Vivienne.

Lucinda Buckley did not often cry. However much she hated Hogwarts and wanted to go home, she did not cry. However lonely she felt here, she did not cry. However much she missed her mother, she did not cry.
And today, she thought, would be no exception.
Reaching the Ravenclaw table, Lucy was prepared for another day of mundane ritual. Breakfast - usually toast with strawberry jam or peanut butter...or both, and juice, occaisionally tea, eggs on the weekends.
As Lucinda settled in to her toast, she felt a couple of reproachful gazes. Confused, remembering what this had meant last time, she scanned the table and found the source. The Gossip Magazine. Again. It looked a lot thinner than usual, but still, what more was there to say about Lucy? That she was no good at magic and should just go home and be a muggle? Because if that was the feeling, Lucy would have been more than happy to oblige.
No, instead, when she opened it, she saw her name, along with a couple of other names, simply in a 'thank you and get lost' note from...
"Isabella Chaos," Lucy muttered, feeling sick.
And then the most peculiar thing happened. She actually started to have tears well up in her eyes. I thought she was my friend, she thought, plainly upset. Now...now I have no one! She let out one small sob, and then ran, as fast as her legs would carry her, to the girl's bathroom, knowing she wouldn't make it to her dorm before she started bawling. There's no place like home, there's no place like home, she thought over and over, wishing that, just like in the Wizard of Oz, she could be transported home, too. But this wasn't a dream, and Lucy didn't have the shoes, anyway. Instead she was stuck here in this hellhole, every day spent wishing she was back home, living the life she had wanted and had planned out. Maybe she might have found friends there.

The morning feel inside the Grat Hall was calm as Alyssa pinched off a piece of her Banana Nut & Caramel Chocolate Chip Muffin and popped it into her mouth lightly. Although Alyssa usually ate a large breakfast, for some reason Alyssa wasn't very hungry this morning so she opted just for a light muffin and some Orange juice. As Alyssa slowly ate her breakfast she noticed Isabella walk in and sit down across from her at the Slytherin table. She gave her best friend a large smile before pinching off another piece and placing it into her mouth quickly. Isabella seemed a tad bit anxious about something. but Alyssa felt she shouldn't be nosy and continued to eat her muffin in silence. By the time Alyssa was halfway finished with her muffin the fluttering of owls sounded around the Great Hall. This caused Alyssa to look up from her muffin just in time for an issue of Gossip Girl to land in her lap. Alyssa picked up the paper and gave a quick glance to Bella before she let her crystal blue eyes scan the writing.

A small smirk formed it's way onto Alyssa's face as she read it over once more. She wanted to learn across the table and hug her friends for the brilliant ending of Gossip Girl. But as Bella was most likely trying to keep it a secret Alyssa just smiled at her quickly before placing the magazine down and going back to eating her muffin. It wasn't long before she had finished it and wiped the muffin crumbs off of her Outfit, before standing up and gather her bag. Alyssa had class soon so she figured she might as well head back to the Common room quickly to finish her homework assignment before class since she had neglected to do it earlier. Just as Alyssa stood up she noticed a girl standing on a stool. Rolling her eyes, Alyssa was about to ignore her when she heard the girl shout something that Alyssa was iunaware anyone knew. The girl had just announced that Isabella had written Gossip Girl.

"Oh noo....zis is bad." Alyssa froze but let her eyes linger to Isabella. There was definantly going to be many unhappy people in the Great Hall. And although Alyssa would rather not have to witness their furry, she wasn't about to leave her best friend by herself.

Sleep was not something Estrella was concerned about today. She did not curse routine as usual, did not struggle to get up or out of bed. The seventh year stretched her arms until everything cracked, rubbed the gunk out of her eyes, and brought the soles of her feet to the cool floor. And that was that. This had to be a good day.

All of the emotional baggage that had been weighing her down seemed to be taking a break today. She had been feeling cruddy for not telling anyone about her meeting with Hades yet, and felt even cruddier that she was planning not to tell Jaken. This morning was merciful. Her mind was elsewhere, letting her know that everything would work itself out. Estrella was glad that she was going to be able to make it to breakfast today- she usually missed it. Her stomach gurgled as she anticipated what would be on the menu this morning.

It seemed that the whole populous of students had gotten to breakfast before Estrella. Hurrying to an empty seat at the Ravenclaw table, she scouted out the surface for something to eat. Toast, jam, kippers, eggs, Gossip Magazine... she shook her head as she reached for some toast and kippers. Ending up with a nice pile on her plate, she dug in, observing the Great Hall with narrowed eyes. Everyone was exchanging quiet conversation, jabbing their fingers at different people. Was this so different from any other morning the magazine came to plague the school?

Estrella turned her body, toast in hand, as a loud accusation reached her ears. Her eyes narrowed as she recognized the fool standing up on the bench as Arisa Havishmen. The Hufflepuff girl had 'killed' Njord in the Prefect's Play last year. The Head Girl shouldn't have much reason to hate her- she had been a pawn in the whole scheme after all- but she was still pretty annoyed that everyone had expected her to feel sorry for the young twit. Raising an eyebrow she reached for one of the magazines, wondering what had prompted Arisa's declaration. Not even old enough to use Sonorus yet, she thought dryly.

The Ravenclaw skimmed the publication and then closed it. So, this was the death of the great magazine, that had been causing such a stir among the students of Hogwarts New Zealand. The Head Girl stood, picking out Isabella Chaos in the crowd. Had she really written it? Instead of using a nice hex or jinx- she had learned a few- Estrella calmly jammed a kipper between two pieces of toast. Wrapping what remained of her breakfast up in a napkin, giggles ruptured out of her throat and through her lips. She couldn't explain this sudden outburst of laughter, but she did realize one thing- she did not know if Isabella Chaos had been behind the magazine and did not care. Still snickering, Estrella exited the Great Hall with a smile on her face. Many probably wouldn't.

Hoshi was near by for once after a Gossip Girl magazen came out. Hoshi had her knee high boots on the table while she leaned back. It was remarkable she could do this seeing as the Slytherin benches had no backing. She was wareing suoer short shorts and a corseted top that looked as if she hadn't done up the strings quite right. It was as if she was daring everyone to question what she was doing in such clotheing. Really Hoshi had gotten away with worse. "So many informents and she couldn't even figure out when she was being lied to." She commented airly.

Hoshi knew that her friends had to be around somewhere so she was never talking to herself. If things went the way she hoped they would Isabella Chaos would be a laughing stalk. The only diffrence would be that Hoshi chose to be one. A dark smile crept on her face. She hadn't had to do anything. Arisa had done it for her. All she had to do was watch and plant that little seed of doubt in everyone's mind. But then the Gossip Mag had shown just how easyly the public was manuplated.

Isabella sipped a bit of water as she counted down the seconds to when Arisa would make a scene and reveal her. A smirk appeared on her face as she saw Arisa standing on a bench and yelling out her name, Right on schedule. She gave Arisa a nod as a thanks, but the younger Hufflepuff didn't notice as she was busy leaving the Great Hall. Immediately low murmurs erupted all around her as she could feel glances going her way. She looked up at her best friend and shook her head as if saying 'Don't worry about it.' Isabella didn't know if everyone would believe Arisa, if they did then oh well, if they didn't then good for her, and if no one cared, well that'd just be great.

The fourteen year old got up from her seat and turned to see Hoshi down the table. She could tell by the look on her face that she thought she had things under control, as if Arisa had done her dirty work for her but no, this wasn't like last year when Arisa had done Hoshi's work for her at the play. This time Arisa Havishmen had been a pawn for Isabella, and she had manipulated her into it, proving that she was better than Hoshi in 'using' people. She had been using people all year though the only way she made it seem like they weren't giving her direct gossip was that she twist the context in the magazine.

Isabella walked over to Hoshi and leaned across the table towards her as she said, "There, now you have absolutely nothing on me. You can go shove that insignificant little envelope up your exit now," she stated with venom through her teeth. She looked at Alyssa and smiled at her, signaling that she was going to leave now, and she didn't have to follow if she didn't want to. Isabella walked out the Great Hall with her head held high and went back to her dorm room, feeling like a huge weight had been lifted off her shoulders.

Alyssa blinked in confusion. She didn’t quite understand how Isabella could be so calm about the situation. Then again,. Being the queen B meant she had to know to remain calm during situations like these. When Isabella turned and said something to Hoshi that Alyssa had only barely caught a sneering smirk appeared on her soft features. The whole time Bella had known she was going to get revealed, but she wanted it to be done by someone other then Hoshi. As Isabella walked off Alyssa turned around and gave Hoshi a cocky smile before uttering;

”Awhhhh, looks like that proof of yours is worth dirt now.” Alyssa stuck her tongue out at the Goth Girl quickly before she ran to catch up with Isabella.

Sukie Takahiro looked upon the Great Hall with satisfaction; the decorators had outdone themselves for this. The tables were covered in a vast array of candies and hors d'ouvres for the students to munch on and the normal 'meals'. At both ends of the table were large punch bowls, full of a sparkling, non-alcoholic fruit juice.

Pleased with himself, Sukie began to walk towards to Slytherin Table. He watched in utter shock when he saw Isabella and Hoshi arguing, or it looked like they were. Sukie liked Hoshi, they knew each other from Japan. He wasn't really that sure what they were doing. Sukie bit his lip as he watched Isabella walk out of the Great Hall, followed by Alyssa. Something bad must have happened.

Sighing, Sukie made his way towards the table, as he caught a glimpse of the new 'gossip magazine'. Sukie sighed. It must have been because of that. Sukie immediately began to read it. After reading it, he had asked some of the students around him what ever that had happened. Apparently, Arisa had shouted something about the girl he had idolized. Sukit rubbed the back of his neck nervously.

He knew Isabella wasn't guilty, he just knew it! But he wasn't so sure. How could the oh-so-angelic, and beautiful Isabella do such a thing? "Maybe the Gossip Girl is trying to sabotage her!" he grumbled.

Taylor was sat at the Gryffindor table, nibbling at a peice of toast. She wasnt feeling particuarly hungry today. She had sat by herself today, not in the mood to socialise, but being in a fantastic mood regardless. As she reached for her orange juice, an item that put an instant damper on her fantastic mood landed on her stretched out arm. Pulling it towards her, she noticed a simple note saying the Gossip Mag was no more.

'Thanks for the amusement?' What a joke. Taylor threw down the mag and brought the goblet of juice to her lips. At least the wretched thing was finished and people could get back to their lives without having them exposed. As Taylor took a sip, a girl she had met a while back stood up on a bench. Taylor's interest perked up and she placed the goblet back on the table. Arisa? What was she doing? Her words stunned Taylor and she was thankful she had placed her goblet down before finding out this piece of information. Isabella Chaos? The nasty little-Taylor took a breath to calm her thoughts-Slytherin that had spilt ink on Taylor and then completely ripped into her story for the Hogwarts Monthly. Of course it was her. Taylor rolled her eyes and crunched into another slice of toast. Satisfied with the noise it created as she chewed. Merlin, when Taylor thought she couldnt dislike Isabella anymore than she already did. All that talk about her and Scorpius' relationship had developed from that... witch. Taylor cursed under her breath a bit more before standing and leaving the hall, noticing many others doing so. She hoped that 'Gossip Girl' got what was coming to her. Taylor had a feeling she would. There were too many people not at all impressed by her work. Miss 'Chaos' was going to have a very tough term. At least Taylor hoped she would. She deserved everything and anything that people were willing to dish out.

Hoshi shrugged and let them walk by. "I wasn't planing on telling anyone but a few key people. You just put the noose your own neck. Funny thing about information, you have to know how to use it in order to make it work properly." She said as she shifted her weight on the bench so her legs where under the table now. She walked up to Isabella and put the orionals in her hands. "The sketchbook was a fake. I made it hoping you would find it. You don't mess with me Isabella and you don't mess with my friends." She said then walked back. She gave Sukie a wide and friendly smile. They where friends more or less from Japan, he would know what her reputation was back in Japan. He would also know she wouldn't sink to that level unless she really had to.
