Pia wasn't happy to have her breakfast interrupted because of alleged baby birds somewhere in the wild patch, but she was happy that it was Flavio who interrupted her. Anything involving her younger brother was important enough to skip breakfast for, even when she half believed he was hallucinating. If it were anyone else she would have feigned interest, been polite out of principal, yet wouldn't have let it to disturb what had been her first peaceful morning since the beginning of the semester. With that thought in mind Pia nodded to Orwell and didn't waste a second by picking up a bun on the way out of the great hall and then allowing Flavio to lead the way to the wild patch.

The walk through the school grounds seemed longer than usual which caused Pia to continue questioning what Flavio had seen. Pia knew he wasn't a stupid kid, and knew he he didn't have a habit of seeing things that weren't there. She also knew that the wild patch was Orwell's sanctuary and trusted that her friend would have known about or noticed there were baby birds running around. When she arrived at the wild patch, she stood still for a moment, letting Flavio and Orwell go ahead. She eventually followed behind them and felt her jaw drop when she saw what was hidden beneath the shrub Flavio lead them to. There really were baby birds, sitting in a disheveled nest and chirping as if they had always been there. "Did you know about this?" She asked Orwell, then looked to Flavio to ask him a different question. "Have you seen their mother?"

As Orwell followed Pia and Flavio out of the school and towards the wild patch, he was very confused, he knew a lot about the area, how it worked what lived in it, but it had grown and admittedly he knew that he rotated on which plants he cared for and then it could explain what Flavio had been talking about, but Orwell really doubted that there were any little chicks in his garden, he knew that Flavio wasn't just outright lying so there had to be some truth to what he had been claiming. So when Flavio revealed the little things from within the shrub he couldn't help but look at it in awe. Orwell lowered himself so he could see them better, wondering where the mother had gotten to, how long they had even been there. He had so many questions that these little things just could not answer.

Orwell looked up at Pia and shrugged, "They are well hidden, unless I was really looking I wouldn't have noticed," he admitted, but Orwell just smiled at the creatures, reaching out slowly with careful hands to lightly touch the creatures, but his attention was stolen by Pia's latter question to Flavio, it was important they know more about them, more about what Flavio had seen, or knew. He didn't think he'd know that much since he had just told them about it, but maybe he would know a little more and then they could figure out a next step. If they needed care or if they were happily left to fend for themselves. The king of flowers was so surprised that they were even there.
