Felix was feeling a bit sentimental as he dusted off the old glittery sign and made his way to the entrance hall. It would be his last time showing the first years around the castle and this time he would have his head boy badge too. It still felt so surreal to be wearing it. He wasn't sure if he really deserved it. He was sure he wasn't the smartest person in his class no matter how hard he studied. And on top of everything else he had going on he was worried if he would have time for everything. But he had been chosen so he guessed he had to at least try. The fact Molly was head girl did make him want to try a bit harder too. He had didn't want to let her down. Once he was in the center of the hall he raised his wand and cast an amplification charm on himself. "Attentionnnnn first years!! Castle tour starting shortly!" Felix announced. "Don't get lost on your way to class and follow me!"

Fiona hadn't been in Hogwarts for all that long but she was loving it so far. The stories from her siblings had helped her, but this was nothing to what she had been imagining. She was making her way towards the great hall to maybe grab something to eat when she suddenly heard a voice being amplified in the entrance hall which made Fiona whip around and head towards the older boy. "Woah! That's so cool! How'd you do that? Is that a charm we learn?" Fiona asked with amazement and wonder. "Cool! A tour! Will you be showing us all the secret passageways too?"

The castle was huge, too big to explore entirely in just the first week. Logan kept finding himself coming back to the Entrance Hall as his main touchstone for gathering his bearings. It seemed like it was one of the central places to get anywhere else, and every time he tried to explore a new area, a few turns seemed to get him back to where he started eventually. He was trying to figure out where to go next when he heard a voice, way louder than it should have been. His aunts had said that technology didn't work in the school, but he still expected to find someone standing around with a microphone. His eyes widened in amazement when he instead caught sight of a much older boy using his wand as a microphone. Was there anything magic couldn't do? "Woah, there's secret passageways?" He asked with no small hint of excitement as he approached the group. Just when he thought it was already hard enough to wrap his head around how big the castle was, there was a new and exciting discovery to learn on top of it.

Summer had been looking to attending Hogwarts for years now. She'd be the first of her family, would have two years at the school before her brother would join her and basically had so much more freedom than she had at home. The only downside to being the first of her family to attend the school was that she didn't grow up with stories about professors or other specifics like she was sure some of her classmates had. It also meant she had no one to show her around the giant castle or tell her where all the best places were. She could try to find out herself, and she was determined to, but hearing someone shouting about a castle tour immediately made her struggle a little easier. Summer put on her most confident face and walked over to the older boy, shooting him a smile as stood with the other first years. Asking questions didn't seem necessary right now so she just kept quiet for the moment being.

Apolline eagerly joined the other students who were going on the first year tour. She wanted to know where everything was. She couldn't afford to be late for any of her classes and this would be the way to ensure that. Apolline glanced at the other people, spotting a few that she knew. But rather than engaging in the conversation about secret passageways, Apolline had other things to do, she just waited silently.

Sure, Miro had been exploring Hogwarts in his own time in an attempt to get his bearings and not find himself lost while repeatedly running between different classes, the great hall, and his common room, but this wasn't anywhere near equal to being shown around by someone that knew their way around the castle already. This is why Miro jumped at the chance to partake in castle tours with the head boy, because in his mind there would be no one better to show him around and if needed Miro wouldn't be afraid to ask questions about where all the fun Hogwarts secrets were. With this in mind, Miro couldn't help but chuckle and nod his head as he approached the group just in time for someone to ask about the secret passageways. "Can you show me where they are, too?" He chimed in, smiling wide at the head boy and the rest of the group.

Twily walked into the Entrance Hall after breakfast. They were still tired from the night before, and they were rubbing their eyes, when they heard someone calling for First Year Tours. It sounded like they were using a microphone, and when they checked, they realized that the boy was using his wand like a microphone. "Wow, I didn't know you could do that with a wand! What kind of spell is that?" They gushed, rushing up to the older student. They cocked their head as someone spoke up about Secret Passageways. "What?! There are secret passageways in the school?! Can this castle get any cooler?!" They asked excitedly.

Tabitha loved tours, and going places, and following people when they went places while she got to be cheerfully distracted until she inevitably tripped over her shoelaces. She eagerly joined the first year tour, watching the Head Boy in awe. She'd heard stories of what the castle was like for her entire life, but she'd never imagined it to be this big or beautiful. Tabitha's head swiveled around as the other students talked about secret passageways. Her house had secret passageways because her grandmother liked magicking them up to keep everyone on their toes, and she sort of thought that all magical buildings were just like that.

Violet was walking through the entrance hall minding her own business when she heard an amplified voice through the buzz. They were calling all first years for a tour and were attracting quite a few. The girl couldn't help but be curious. After all, the last thing she wanted was to embarrass herself by getting lost. She gathered around with everyone else. There were a few that were amazed by the magic, and Violet just scoffed. As if anything was surprising to them now after being sorted by an old and smelly hat that supposedly knew everything about them.

Zora knew there was a tour for first years but she really thought she should bring her brother along so he could learn where stuff was too but maybe she'd give him a tour later so he wouldn't feel out of place. Zora just wanted to make him happy, it was what she wanted for everyone! It was exactly why she thought it would be nice to bring donuts she had decided to make in the kitchens. They weren't the most beautiful things ever but they did taste pretty good. So she brought a box full of them. People liked people who brought them food. It was perfect logic. "Home made - or... school made - or... I made donuts if people want them too," she shared with the group. She'd discard of the box before the tour started. The girl hoped that her roommate, Celeste, would join so they could walk together because she already knew from their limited interactions that they would be fast friends.

Aroha was a bit late to the party - she'd gotten distracted by a particular portrait on the way there. (A portrait she'd gotten into an argument with). "Hey, cheers!" she said, taking one of the doughnuts and biting into it. "Hey, this is really good!" Aroha told the girl. "Now about these secret passageways..." she started, addressing the head boy.

Felix felt like he had blinked and suddenly he was surrounded. Were first years always this small? He turned to the first girl who approached him and thought she looked familiar, and it took a moment for it to click. “Oh you’re Molly’s sister right?” he asked. “And yeah it’s a charm. You’ll learn it….at some point.” he said, not remembering when he had learned the Amplify charm but remembering not all students knew that much about magic yet. At the mention of secret passageways he could practically feel the entire crowd of students perk up. “Alright alright, calm down. Yes there are secret passages.” he said with a grin. “But I’m not gong to tell you where those are. Then they wouldn’t be secret now would they. And where's the fun in that.” Felix explained. “Now, behind me is the courtyard which is a lovely place to be when the weather is good and it’s where you’ll find the entrance to the art’s club.” he began. “If you have any questions along the way feel free to ask.” he said while eyeing the donuts one of the students had, but he tried to stay focused on the tour. @Fiona Burke

Fiona smiled instantly and nodded. "Yeah! That's me! I'm Fiona" Fiona says with a smile. "You must be... Wait don't tell me.... Felix? Right?" Fiona says with a smile, as she points to the older boy, giving a think of the possible names Molly had mentioned as well as noticing the head boy badge pinned on his clothes. She smiled happily when she was told that they'd be learning the charm eventually, which was good enough for her. She couldn't wait to learn more charm work soon!

"Awh man!" Fiona said with a dramatic pout as the head boy mentioned that they weren't gonna go through the secret passageways. She guessed she was gonna have to search for them herself. She then paid attention to the older boy as he started off with the tour, not wanting to miss out on anything important.

Aroha was a bit disheartened that there wouldn't be any talk of secret passageways. She wondered if it was still worthwhile sticking around for the tour, but decided since Fiona was here it wouldn't be half bad. She was surprised to listen to Fiona talk to the older boy (whom she was now noticing had a head boy badge so was likely important) like she recognised him somehow - knew his name, even. "Do you know him?" Aroha asked curiously, looking between the two. "Is he famous or something?" she then asked, her imagination running wild.
