First Meeting

[Makaylah Makwa]

---------------Makaylah had a plot of plants, seedpod actually for today's first wild patch meeting. After making it up with Professor Blaze, she was give group leadership back but for long? She wasn't entirely sure on keeping the gig for that long, maybe she'd find someone more who would want the group to continue. Or she could stay here and hope that keeping busy would make her forget about Collin Jin. She carried a big pot where the seedpod were all in out to the garden, from where the meeting was held is where they would vacant their spot and grew anything anyone would like to grow this year. She sat the pot down, the seedpod all laid in dirt before they could be spread out and instantly grow. Makaylah only figured to use these for today because it was their first meeting with her, regardless she couldn't introduced them something to quite dangerous and out of their leagues. She plop down on the ground, a small shovel and gloves set aside for her to use later. She waited in the warm sun for the meeting to start.

Tamalia yawned as she headed towards where the first Wild Patch meeting would be held. She didn't really like Herbology, but she liked plants. She was sure most of her hatred for Herbology come from who taught it, but one of her close friends was in charge of Wild Patch club, so she was really excited and happy. Her and Makaylah had bonded a little after Professor Blaze putting them on detention, which sucked, but she got over it, sure, she still disliked the Professor a lot, but she wasn't looking for any mischief just yet, though she had been wanting to do something about her little brother being teased, but she'd cross that bridge once she reached it, there was no point in sceaming at night about it when she couldn't do much to protect him just now, she had to focus on some stuff, like her own feelings and how crazy they were being.

When Tamalia saw Makaylah on the ground, obviously waiting for everyone, she quickened her pace and smiled brightly at her friend. "Hey Makaylah!" She cheered happily, sitting down on the grass next to the Ravenclaw and pulling her blonde hair behind her back and fixing up the dyed-green areas. "Can't wait 'till everyone else shows up..." She said absentmindedly, leaning back on the palms of her hands.
