🌹 Rose Giving Finding a Hufflepuff

Teddy had no idea where a second year Hufflepuff girl would normally hang out to deliver them a rose. His first thought was the Herbology greenhouses, but he didn't want to walk that far. Instead he went to the Great Hall and started calling out the name of the next person on his list. He hoped either she was here, or someone knew where he would find her. "Brynn Brightsong!" He called out, holding up a yellow rose for her and waving it around.

Brynn was eating her breakfast and thinking about her day when she heard someone yelling for her. She was quick to swallow her bite of food and held up her hand. "H-here, that's me," She offered with a shy smile, trying to get his attention.

Teddy almost missed her, but saw the wave just in time. "Yes! Awesome I found you!" he took out the yellow rose with a note attached and offered it to Brynn. "This is for you. Happy valentines day!"

Brynn blushed as the boy mentioned a rose for her. "F-for me? Are you sure?" She asked, surprised that anyone would send her a rose. She'd been too nervous to approach the rose sign ups herself, not wanting to seem presumptious in sending anyone a rose that didn't actually like her. She hesitated a moment before reaching out and accepting the rose. She looked at the note, and giggled. Okay, then she and Kanako really were friends. "Thank you," She spoke to the boy that had delivered, looking up with a shy smile.
