Fifth Years: Lesson Six

Professor Kalif Styx was sitting behind the desk for the final lesson of the year for the fifth years. He had a letter that he was writing to his family, seeing as he still led them, even abroad. After the break, he would have to head home to keep his wife company because it was the anniversary of her daughter's death. He would have to be there to support her. Once the fifth years walked in the classroom, and it was time to start. "As you might know already, this is the last lesson of the year, and I'll let you either study in here, practice, or go elsewhere. Use your time wisely. The OWL will come before you know it. And it covers everything you have learned thus far." Styx knew that the fifth years were old enough to figure out if they wanted to succeed or fail on their own.
Assignment: Attendance Post

Mikael entered the classroom, noticing Professor Styx quietly writing a letter. When the professor gave the class the option to study, practice, or leave, Mikael decided to review his textbook for a few minutes, since he’d already reassured his mother that he was seriously preparing for the upcoming OWLs. Once he was satisfied with his revision, he packed up, and left the room.

Hinata entered the quiet classroom, watching the professor curiously. She was honestly relieved that they weren't going to be vanishing more things today as she wasn't sure what else they could vanish. When it was announced it was their last lesson and they were given the choice to study or leave, she decided to stay, since the quiet would probably help her focus a little, even if the dimness of the classroom was slightly nerve-wracking. She pulled out her notes and began reviewing spells and theory over the past few years. The silence made her a little more productive, and Hinata worked until she felt like she was overstaying. She squeaked out a "Thank you!" to the professor before she scurried out the door.

June made her way to the classroom, it was her last lesson of Transfiguration for this year and before OWLS. She made her way to her usual spot in the front and listened as professor Styx spoke. June decided to study here in class, and took her notes from first lesson until the last one with her. And making sure she had it all from this year. OWLS covered a lot of years and materials so she ofcourse had to study it all. But she was good on schedule with that, and plan for how to study it all. June was glad it was quiet in the class, but she couldn't imagine an idiot although there were a lot in this school who would challenge Styx. When the lesson came to an end the blonde had covered all she wanted for this year and took her stuff. Looking at Professor Styx shortly and gave an quick nod before leaving.

Bailey wasn’t in the classroom long, no sooner had she sat down had Professor Styx informed them that it would be a study session and they were free to do so either in the classroom or wherever else they felt comfortable studying or practicing. She grabbed her things without unpacking anything and headed straight out to go and study in the student lounge where she would be much more comfortable.
