COMPANIONS
Amory Raven
Amory was there for Felix when he was stunned by Ten on the lawn, their meeting somewhat of a crash landing. Felix enjoys hanging around with Amory because they share a similar view on the world, making the most of the fun at their disposal and always seems to be down for doing dumb things with him that he probably wouldn't be able to convince anyone else to get on board with. Amory has also always supported Felix's desire to run a student council, and so he feels like while he can be his laid back self with the Slytherin, he also trusts him to know him better than just on surface level.
Jonah Edogawa
Felix originally met Jonah when he was on the run from Professor Carter, which is why Felix doesn't like this professor. This was also the time he made friends with Will, as the pair attempted to hide Jonah in the Gryffindor common room before they were foiled by Professor Cade. Felix feels as though Jonah is quite a shy and quiet boy who doesn't really know how to stand on his own two feet, and is instead usually accompanied by a member of his family. While Felix considered Jonah to be one of his best friends early on, he was sad to hear that the former Hufflepuff transferred away from Hogwarts without even telling him goodbye, reinforcing Felix's fear that he isn't particularly important to others.
William Potter-Cade
After attempting to hide Jonah, Felix and William became friends due to their common interests and similar friendship group. They are also both members of the Quidditch team and so often have practise with one another, however due to their roles on the team, it's not uncommon for Felix to be William's target practice. Although Felix doesn't talk to William as much as he did in their earlier years, he still considers him to be one of his closest friends.
Tori de Lacey
Ever since second year, Felix considers Tori to be one of his best friends as she's one of the only people he feels like he can talk to openly with. Although in the past they've also shared a couple of moments on the intimate side, Felix is quite certain that they're best as friends. He struggled when Tori left for Durmstrang during their third year because he felt as though he was making progress in being honest with others, and was surprised to see Stefan join on her return, but is happy to see that his friend is thriving. Despite Tori being a prefect alongside Felix in their fifth year, the pair no longer hang out as much, and he misses her at times.
Esme Styx-Cade
Felix's first love. The pair met during Halloween in their first year, and were unofficially officially together for the next two years. Although things with Esme had been easy and natural, Felix ultimately felt as though their time had come to an end when the prospect of committing himself to another and labelling their relationship filled him with dread. This move was the catalyst for much of his growth, as he felt as though he needed to establish himself amongst his friends as well as who he was as a person. Felix doesn't hold a grudge against Esme, but just believes that they were together too young and neither of them really knew what they were doing. After Esme, Felix had a number of relationships that were purposely emotionally detached, fearing that they'd result the same way as they had done with Esme.
Susie Lagowski
A solid impression of Susie was forged when she deemed Felix the one she'd be the least likely to kiss during a game of Truth or Dare. In some ways, that has meant that Felix has always considered Susie to be more of a sister than anything else to him, because he's known early on that he's been put in his place by the Hufflepuff. They grew closer over the years at school, and now Felix feels like Susie is one of his closest friends, trusting her opinions usually above anyone else's as she'll only spit facts.
Christa Langley
Sometimes Felix needs a friend he can trust, who doesn't take him too seriously, and he can just have a laugh with. Christa is one of those friends. They've been known on occasion to attend school events together and just make the most of the situation. Although Felix doesn't know a great deal about Christa outside of the times they've hung out together, he enjoys her company when they do get a chance to catch up.
Lilith Ilves
Felix wasn't particularly close to Lilith during their earlier years, although they'd always shared the same friendship group. After making a move on her during their fourth year and being rejected, Felix ignored her completely for the remainder of the year, feeling as though he'd ruined their friendship. During this time he came to realise that he missed spending time with her, and was missing out on having a closer friend due to their common interests in Quidditch (Seekers) and mutual best friend (Susie). It was Lilith that approached Felix to reconcile their friendship, who then told him she'd recently lost her dad. As Felix has also lost his mum and has witnessed what that can do to a family, he's even more observant of Lilith and making sure she's okay. These days she is one of his best friends.
Eoghan Blyth
Felix tolerates Eoghan rather than considers him a friend. Eoghan comes across very cold to Felix and he struggles to understand why someone like Lilith would ever date someone like Eoghan. On one occasion, Felix made a move on Lilith, which was quickly shut down but word got out to her boyfriend, who had proceeded to consider him a "lost boy" ever since. Although the boys are civil to one another, primarily for Lilith's sake, there is still some tension in the air. Eoghan will sometimes look out for Felix, helping him in class when he knows he's struggling, but at the same time will also try to convince people (Nia) that Felix won't stick around with her. Felix tries not to take Eoghan too seriously anymore.
Jasper Beese
Although not close with Jasper in the early stages of their Hogwarts journey, his dormmate is slowly growing on him. Jasper attended his surprise birthday party hosted by Lilith and Nia, and on occasion they will help each other out with general tasks around the school. Felix would like to get to know him a bit better given their close proximity, and knowing that he is one of Tori's best friends too makes Felix feel as though he would be a good friend.
Peregrine Piper
One of the younger girls that has always intrigued Felix was Pere, ever since she defended him without knowing who he was, to an older prefect when he was taking advantage of his authority. Having a stranger step up to defend him when she had no reason to, gained her a lot of respect from Felix who is also on a mission to help other students.
Teddy Pirrip
Teddy is like an older brother figure to Felix, who's known about the Gryffindor since Ten told him about her friendship with him. The older he gets, the more Felix realises that Teddy is the sort of person he'd like to be too; influential, successful, a leader and a legend around the school. So much so, he takes hair care advice from him, and boasts to others that the Teddy Pirrip has been at his house parties.
Ella McFaren
During a trip to Scotland in the Spring of '65, back to see the family that they hadn't visited since they were living there a few years prior, Felix ran into Ella at Hogsmeade. The pair went on one date which while successful, neither of them had any plans for it to lead anywhere. Felix didn't stay in touch with Ella once he came back to New Zealand, although occasionally wonders whether she knew Cassie.
Cassie Cohen
Cassie was a transfer student during Felix's third year, and the pair would meet up here and there just to spend some time together. Although they dated in the loosest terms, they were never together and never consider each other more than just friends. The last time Felix saw Cassie was at the Layton's house party at the beginning of Summer of '65 where she also met Tori and Mania. Now that Cassie has returned to Scotland, Felix doesn't particularly miss her presence.
Mania Athanasiou
Felix was a second year when he met Mania, best friend of his cousin Finley. She always struck Felix as being incredibly outgoing and dramatic, but he liked to hear her stories and the chaos she was causing. It was only in his fourth year that Felix considered Mania to be his friend, rather than just that of his cousin, but by the Fall of '65 he realised there may have been more to them than just friendship. Inspired particularly by her desire to help others through potion making, Felix has a soft spot for Nia and wants to see her succeed, and if he can help her achieve her goals then he will. As of Christmas '66, the pair are now very close although both agree that they don't want to label their relationship, but instead they're just enjoying each others company.
Gaia Athanasiou
Nia's overly protective little sister Gaia tends to keep her beady eyes on Felix whenever she gets the chance, which both amuses and slightly terrifies him. Although he's figured out a way to keep her happy (or at least not out to get him for spending time with her sister) he still feels a little apprehensive whenever he spots Gaia, as though any one wrong move and he'll be for the chopping block.
Demi Zephyr
Felix always saw Demi as a girl that was trying to get in the middle of other people's business, so he did what he could to keep his distance. He was vaguely aware of some drama she'd caused between Tori, Lilith and Eoghan, and wasn't surprised when she tried to host Truth or Dare during the second year. He also knows that Demi is the older sister of Echo, who is one of Nia's best friends. He doesn't know Echo well enough to know whether she's like Demi, but he certainly hopes not.
Amelia Anaru
A year younger than Felix, Amelia became friends with him when they met in the summer of '65. Felix found the group while at the beach and was introduced to their gang consisting of Kai, Lucas, Felton, Amelia and Scarlett. As far as Felix knows, they're all muggles and he keeps magic to himself, enjoying their company for what it is; a group of teens that share a similar interest in adventure. Over the summer, Felix found his bond was strong in particular with Amelia, who showed him a number of new hobbies and opened his eyes to things he'd never tried before. Unfortunately for Felix, Amelia fell for him over the following weeks, making Felix incredibly uncomfortable to the point he hasn't spoken to her since going back to school for his fourth year.
Veronica Walden-Cade
Felix hasn't really spoken much to his sisters girlfriend, although he does find it a little awkward knowing that Veronica is also Esme's sister. Veronica seems nice enough, and Ten seems to like her a lot, and she no longer seems to have a hatred towards Teddy, which is a plus.
