Norton loved the yuleball as an event, it was always so fancy and everyone made an effort, which he wholeheartedly enjoyed. He'd even made more of an effort going for a far more colourful blazer and shirt. Living for the excitement the outfit brought him. It was just a different night amongst friends, an opportunity to hang out with people and reflect upon the year which had passed. The hufflepuff ran to the great hall, having gotten ready in the dorm and rushing out the door the moment he was good to go. He was pretty excited about this event and was looking forward to all the goodies he was able to eat at it. The boy bounced into the room and moved about, dancing to the music which filled it. He was grinning easily to himself, and it was clear that Norton was just having a good time at it. He was excitable, and happy and in every step he took it was very obvious. Norton made his way to the dance floor, both hoping to run into someone he could either speak to or dance to but also someone whose company he could enjoy. Though, Norton was sure no matter who he ran into or spoke to he would have a good time. There was nothing the Hufflepuff liked more than just eating goodies, making friends and having a grand old time.
