Nataliia Snow was not feeling up to herself lately. Her lean body was not as beige as it was before, as she had lost some of her color. Her silver eyes were dark and a little more hazy. She wore a basic outfit because she did not want to really dress up today. Something about her throwing up this morning had a little bit of blood in it. She did not know if she would have eaten something to cause her illness to be like that but she had whipped up a potion to sooth her stomach pains, but then again, there was that headache she seemed to have, her pale skin, and her exceedingly annoying fatigue feelings. She just did not know what in the world she had. A bug maybe. It was a powerful bug indeed. Nataliia inquired a Snow member to tell her where her husband was. "He is in the shower, Mrs. Nataliia Snow." Nataliia nodded and she stopped in the hallway to lean up against it to catch her breath. Nataliia shoved her hair out of her face and she groaned. This was just the beginning.

She hoped that this would just pass. Nataliia made her way over to the office and she closed the door behind her. She figured that Alphonse would come in and do some office things. She just needed some time with her dear husband. It had taken her a long time to just warm up to him after that incident. She preferred to not live through it again.Everyday she went out of her way to avoid Noah Snow, and now, she did not know what was wrong with her. A bug or not, Nataliia was sick with something. Nataliia just hoped that Alphonse would know what to do about this all, and tell her what her problem was. How was she supposed to be anything or even heal herself when this just stumped her? One thing or another, she was going to get better so that she could at least help her husband out with anything that he is going through.

Alphonse exited his bathroom, wearing a pair of dark green cotton pajama bottoms as he had forgotten to bring himself a shirt when he went in to take a shower. No bother, he could grab some extra clothing from his Office. He would have put on some robes or a suit but he was fixing to head to bed soon and some rest. He had a big day tomorrow because he was meeting with the rest of the family for updates of some sort, apparently a few of them had something very important to tell him. They wanted to tell him tonight but he was in no mood to deal with anything that involved him and trouble. Knowing his luck one of his allies was after his head again, or one of his children decided to go and do something stupid without his permission. The Holidays at the Snow Manor were a bit quiet this year and Alphonse wasn't quite sure why but he did hope it was because everyone was busy or something. Theodore was home for a little bit but he mostly kept to himself unless someone needed something of him. Alyssa however didn't appear even once which wasn't like her, Alphonse was tempted to check up on her and see that she was at least alive still. Her own brother didn't even know where she was and that was odd because Theodore always seemed to know such things. Oh well, if she didn't want to come around anymore that was her own problem. She was an adult and had her own place. As far as Alphonse knew she didn't need him for much anyways. A House elf came up and handed Alphonse a piece of folded paper that he decided not to read until later. Instead he entered his office and closed the door behind him.

"Nataliia? What are you doing in here?" Alphonse asked smoothly when he saw she was inside. He waved his head and the fire in his office lit up the room a little. It was a dim darkness inside and to Alphonse it seemed cozy. He set the piece of paper the house elf gave him on his desk before he walked over to Nataliia and check her over. She looked awful, well she was still beautiful but he meant that she looked sick. He brushed part of her hair out of her face before he motioned for her to sit down and explain what was up.

Nataliia hoped that whatever was wrong with her was just a bug, but she did not think that she would not remain standing up for long. She slowly paced the office, and hoped that maybe, maybe the fates would spare her some sympathy and allow this bug to pass. It was draining her of everything she had left in her. Her tired eyes wondered over to her husband as he entered. The fire lit up and caused the area to be rather nice and something that she needed. A warm and cozy room. She remained still as he approached her and moved her hair from her face. Her eyes turned from him, and she answered softly, “I…I just wanted to be near my husband.” It was something small to ask for, and here she was, almost like a small child wanted comfort from the most loved figure in this world. She walked over to the couch and sat down. Though her body protested and wanted her to lay down. She leaned against the back of the cushions. She did not know how to explain what was wrong with her because she had never been sick like this before in her life. Her immune system was something awesome, and she fought off many sorts of flu.

She had survived three pregnancies, two of which were multiples. She was a mother to all, a healer, and a wife. It was a wonder how she did this all. She helped give birth to many children, and somehow this bug knocked her off her feet and almost to where she felt like she was doing to just perish and shrivel into a skeleton. Her stomach was as hard as a rock, and she just looked like a ghost. Nataliia breathed out, slowly, “I do not know what is wrong with me, but I am just really sick. Can we get a healer to come in and check it out, please?” Nataliia pleaded with her husband. As much as she loved and adored him sometimes she needed to just ask him to take care of things that she would have otherwise done herself. Nataliia placed an elegant hand on her head and felt her own icy skin against her warm forehead. Her cloudy eyes closed for a moment, and she could just feel all the symptoms of what was wrong with her. “I don’t know anything that causes all of this, including the fact that I have been throwing up blood.” That was something that she had never experienced before in her life. It caused her great concerns.

Alphonse didn't say anything, even though he felt he could say a lot to the situation. He didn't understand fully why she would want to be around him. He knew he has treated her and anyone else close to him horribly. Then there was the whole issue with her and Noah that happened some time ago. Yes Alphonse knew that she was sorry and hadn't meant for it to happen. But there was now a part of him that wondered if she really ever did love him and not his brother. It would be unheard of for that to happen but these days so much was surprising him. His children were actually growing up and now starting family's of their own when he half expected all of them to be alone all their lives. Alphonse knew now that there was no out there than he expected there to be and it was all going to hit him at the same time. Though he didn't know what else could possibly happen. "Alright." Alphonse would let her stay close. But only because it was her and in his time of darkness and despair, he needed her more than he needed anything. Nataliia had yet to turn her back on him fully. But when the time came for Theodore to take over, what would happen to their relationship? Would she be more proud of the half-breed than him. Alphonse didn't want to lose to his son. At one point he loved his children, but now that they have grown they are nothing but a burden that rested on his shoulders.

"Throwing up blood? Hm, lay here for a moment. I will be right back." Concern grew in Alphonse's eyes as he had Nataliia lay down, her conjured a cushion for her to rest her head on before he stood up and left his office briefly. He needed to locate one of the family Healers. Right now there were three, though one of them technically wasn't for their family. Nataliia couldn't really heal herself now could she? Alyssa wasn't a Healer yet but she was studying to be one so she would be of no use, plus she was at school. There was also Gabrielle but she was always somewhere else. She was probably at work, if he checked her home she probably wouldn't be there anyways. From what Alphonse heard, she was always with that boy of hers. So his last option was a distant cousin of his that he was not all too close with but knew of. He drug the man into the room and pushed him in. "Check on her and see if she's alright. Now." Alphonse bossed and commanded the man around as he closed the office door behind him and walked over to Nataliia and the Healer. His arms crossed and face serious.

Nataliia smiled faintly at him, and thanked whomever was in charge that Alphonse let her stay around him. She really needed him in her life right now, and for once, she was really scared because of what was going on with her body. Throwing up blood was definitely not normal for this girl. She was told to lay down and then Alphonse even conjured her a pillow to lay her head on. She adjusted her body so that she rested on the couch, and even her head rested comfortably on the pillow. She closed her silver eyes as he went from the office to find someone that would help out with her situation. Nataliia searched her mind for information on this, and she could think of nothing. The last time her and Alphonse spent a night together had been a while. Maybe she was developing something? Oh she hoped she did not pass it onto him. But that did not occur to her that it would be the reason why she was laying here, feeling like she was about to perish. She could hear footsteps coming toward the office, and she felt relieved that it was Alphonse. Her eyes opened and her vision danced for a moment, before it settled right back to how it was supposed to be. Nataliia felt like she was going to be sick again, but she gained the upper hand in handling her body. She knew it was nothing passed down through genes, because the Zhefarovich family were not known to have diseases. Although, she grew concerned for her mother's side of the family. The healer and distant cousin knelt down to examine her, including looking in her eyes, and asking for the symptoms.

Nataliia slowly sat up and she murmured, "Well, throwing up blood, extreme fatigue, stomach pains, and dizziness." The healer nodded and she glanced up at Alphonse with worry in her eyes. The healer got out a potion and gave it to her. She drank it, and noticed it tasted rather sweet. The healer asked, "So, how did it taste?" Nataliia raised an eyebrow and she muttered, "A little sweet, why?" The healer slowly smiled and he stood up straight. He turned to Alphonse and the healer said, "Well, I will tell you to keep her on a strict diet, no spicy foods or anything that will upset the stomach. It is not normal for a woman to have blood in their stomach when they are pregnant. Considering how her body is adjusted to handling...multiples, she needs to rest. And afterward, perhaps restrain from sexual activities to let her body rest." Nataliia was rather shocked. She was pregnant, again? It had been about a year, but still, she was still appalled. She exclaimed, "I can't handle multiples again!" The healer chuckled, "Understandable, but chances are, in your condition, and after two already, it would be almost impossible for you to have multiples ever again." The healer then said that he would make her something to help with the symptoms before leaving the room. Nataliia cupped her face with her slender hands, and she shook her head. "Well, what are your thoughts about another pure-blood child or children of yours and mine?" She did not care what the healer said, it was still a possibility.

Alphonse paled when the Healer announced that he would be having another child, particularly with Nataliia being that sick and having a child. She needed to stop getting pregnant and that was for sure. "Bloody f*cking hell. Please give me a moment." He swore as he held up a hand and headed away from the couch and where his wife lay. He left his office momentarily and headed upstairs to where his room was. He wanted to check something. Into one of his drawers he searched until he came up with the family tree. it needed to be updated by blood but since he had Nataliia's blood once given it could track any child she had. And right now there was surely a new line extending from their names. It almost made his blood boil because he was not expecting another child. He couldn't afford to keep having them when he had to focus on other things beside taking caring of a baby. Sitting down on his bed and eyed the tree carefully. Nothing else seemed all to out of the norm but he couldn't keep his eyes away from his name and how it was lined within gold. Because he was head. He was royalty and he was the one to lead this family. His son taking over was not how it was supposed to be. He needed to think of something to get him out of this. With a quick sigh Alphonse stood himself up and made his way out of the room and back down to where is wife was. He returned to see that she was alone. His eyes met with her and he sighed.

"The tree has confirmed it. It appears to only be one this time. I will be the first to admit...I am not happy about another child. But it cannot be helped." Alphonse summoned a chair and positioned it so that it would be right next to the couch that Nataliia was on. He sat himself down and brushed a strand of hair from her face. It wasn't that he hated his children, his pure blood children at least. Well the ones born from Nataliia, it was just that he was going to have a hell of a time in the future raising these babies. They would all be making sure that he lost his hair or something. They would all go to school near the same time. It would become an issue later on in his life and he didn't know if by that point Nataliia would want to put up with it either.

Nataliia slowly sat up on the couch, and she placed a hand on her face for a moment. She heard his response, and knew that he was not pleased. She loved children, but she had eight of them to take care of, plus the one that she was carrying with her right now. She wanted to see and be with Alphonse, without having to raise children all the time. Was she going to stay pregnant, forever? That was not a thought that settled well with this woman. She was not even thirty and she was going to be a mother of nine. It was just a little much for the blonde. At least she knew that this one was going to be Alphonse's. She glanced down at her flat stomach, and she knew that things were not going to get much better. She placed her hand over her stomach, and she murmured, "Please don't destroy my body." She loved having children, yes, but sometimes, enough was enough. She wanted to make sure that her baby was safe, and what gender he or she was. Then the names. Lots of things needed to be prepared. But with her oldest one having turned five, she was hoping that she would not have to worry too much about the rest of hers. She really felt sorry for the school that they went to. Once Alphonse entered the room again, Nataliia smiled over at him weakly. He sat down next to her, and she rested her hand on his lap. She murmured, "You aren't happy with a lot of things. But one of these days, we need to go on vacation. Childless. Just you and me, so that we can relax, and get some time to ourselves." Nataliia hoped that it would work, but did not know if he would go for it or not. Nataliia leaned forward and kissed him gently on the lips, before pulling away, and hopping from the couch, suddenly full of energy. She grabbed his hands with her own, and she smiled down at him. Nataliia wanted to have a little fun before she felt bad again. Something about this baby and her odd mood swings, she was just hyper now. But within a few hours, she would be napping wherever she fell asleep at. Nataliia loved to take naps on occasion, especially when she was pregnant. Though that was when she was having multiples. She had forgotten what she looked like when she was having just one. Which thankfully, this was only one child within her womb, for the sake of Alphonse and Nataliia's sanity.
