Feeling at home at last

Briar was surprised that there was an eight year old first year. wow she must be smart, definitely a ravenclaw, she thought. "yes, i am a first year, and incase you didn't notice i was first here. I grew up in a forest so i think that i can look after myself." she said, she wasn't sure why but there was something she didn't like about him. she was starting to feel a little uncomfortable she had come into the forest to get away and feel at home. but she needed to get to know some people so she stayed.

Wisteria listened as Chree and the Gryffindor girl explained their reasons on why they were in the Forbidden Forest. Wisteria found Chree's response as wildly childish, a trait of the Ravenclaws she'd met. The Gryffndor girl's reason is a bit serious, or Wisteria just couldn't understand her. "I'm here to meet my cousin." she said in a neutral voice. "And to eat my pizza without anyone asking for some."

Briar looked around when a voice came from behind her. she had forgotten about the girl sitting on the log eating. she had only had pizza once before and she hadn't really enjoyed it but there were many types of pizza so maybe she should try it again. "why did you come so deep just to eat a pizza, so early in the morning?" she asked the girl, as she was sure the castle would be quite empty so at this time in the morning

"I came for my cousin," Wisteria told the Gryffindor girl as she takes a bite from her pizza. "And how did you grow up in the forest, by the way?"

briar looked around trying to find Wisteria's cousin among the group. then she remembered that it was the boy who introduced himself as clyde. "its a long story, but it came about being abandoned at the age of only a few days" she replied not wanting to give too much of her past away.

Wisteria nodded her head absentmindedly, taking another bite from her pizza. Wisteria didn't really want to talk too much. And she originally didn't plan to befriend anyone, especially someone who she won't meet often. She then waited for the others to talk.

(Whoa. This got big fast.)

"I'm Aroha, second year lion." Aroha watched the group become large and rolled her eyes. "Um, isn't it a bit early for everyone to start having a pizza party? Don't tell me it's gonna be another 'firsties having issues' year." Aroha accentuated the comment with quotation marks, knowing all about the first year problems trend first hand. She smiled at an older boy, who obviously was a rule-keeper. "Lets try and keep this little party quiet. I'm sure the firsties don't want to get in trouble on their first day?" Aroha considered leaving coz of the big group; she wasn't a social person.
