Taneaka sighed and straightened Andromeda's dress. The family were having some guests around for supper as well as their current ones and Taneaka loved nothing more than a good, fancy, get together with as many people as she could get without a fight breaking out.

"Boys! Get down here now!" Taneaka yelled up the stairs before walking, with Andromeda, through to the kitchen. Ivana and Sydney were already sat there, waiting. Laurence, Axel, Markov and her husband were running late. Not that they had made any effort to dress up at all. She often wondered if they came from the same family at all.

Taneaka turned as the dining room door opened. Of course, though it was a supper time, te family had already eaten their dinner as had the Greens'. They had all agreed that trying to have dinner together would just be hell. Instead they were coming over for supper, probably cheese and biscuits, and to get to know each other.

Benson walked into the dining room and smiled at his wife. Of course, he still didn't love her in the way a man was suppost to love his wife but she was his best friend. He walked over and hugged her, his hugs always seemed to calm her, and chuckled. "Don't worry my dear, everything will be fine."

Benson saw his daughter and his sons' best friend watching them and he rolled his eyes at them and stuck out his tongue. He was often seen as cold, unforgiving and distant from all things in the world but, when he was around family, he was a nice man. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world. Now they had a few more additions to their family, blood relation or not, and they were welcomed into his bubble.

Benson let go of his wife and smiled before sitting down in his usual spot at the table, the chair at the head of it. He had to say, he approved of his nephews that had just moved into the house. They knew how to cause trouble and how to have fun, two things every young lad should be able to do. He waited for them to come downstairs and prepared himself for the panic attack he knew Taneaka would have when the boys arrived in their usual clothes.

Laurence was still hanging from last night, his head was thumping and he felt really quite dizzy. He stumbled down the stairs in a line resembling a slinky falling down the stairs. "Foods up yet?" Laurence yawned, streched, and pushed his cap further to the left. "I'm starving, got any cider?" despite the severity of today's hangover, he stood by the idea that the best cure for a hangover, is to not stop drinking!
