Leonardo had two roses, he had two yellow roses in hand. He had been on his way to lunch upon receiving and knew he couldn't stomach food. His mind raced, he wasn't even sure why but the confirmation of the two roses and the words inside of them, had brought him that despite what he'd thought, he did quite possibly actually have friends. He could have friends. He had never had friends before and by the roses he quite possibly had two. He knew he was just awkward and weird and that he wasn't able to be easy. He felt and was sure he was difficult to get along with, afterall if he was easier to get along with, then maybe his dad....Leo discard the thought quickly. He took a seat at one of the tables next to a window, and his gaze just moved outside. He had the two roses in front of him and his hands sat on his lap. Leonardo would have to ask both of the people he'd gotten the rose from, if they were friends, he needed the answer, but the prospect of having two whole friends was almost terrifying, he wanted friends, had always wanted friends..but friends meant maintaining it and could mean losing them too. leonardo's attention was entirely focused on what he could see out of the window.

sky wandered through the castle. there were still people on heroes list and as there were so many people delivering flowers it was hard to track anyone down. she had heard that someone she was looking for had been seen on the fourth floor recently and while it didn't mean that they were there now. it was still the best lead she had. she stepped into the lounge. there were a few people around. "
Hello is Salem Lee, or Charlotte grant in here"
she asked she didn't know either of them and they were proving to be the hardest to find. it was then that she noticed one of her friends sitting alone. she walked over to him .Deliveries could wait for a while. "Hello Leo, Happy valentines day" she said as she reached him.

Leonardo's attention didn't waiver from looking out of the window. He wasn't sure how much time passed before, the familiar voice sounded in the room. Knowing the rose was from her, but he didn't glance at her. Not wanting in theory to draw attention to himself. But it didn't matter what he did Sky had approached him. His gaze moved away from the window and he met Sky's gaze. He gave her a tight and small smile trying his best to make it seem natural and friendly but it fell away quickly. "Happy Valentine's Day to you too," he said with a serious tone, though there was almost a hint of tiredness to it. "Thank you, for the rose," he motioned to it. "I sent you one too....," he didn't know if she'd gotten it yet.

Sky smiled back at Leo. He somehow had the ability to make even the most simple of actions seem awkward. thank you she said as he wished her a happy Valentine’s Day. her smile widened as he thanked her for the rose. Part of her wondered if he had noticed that she had signed her full name. There was something about Leo that spoke of formality and doing things properly and to her formal and proper was using her full name even if she didn’t like it as much as her chosen name.
she was slightly surprised when he had said that she was going to receive a rose from him. oh, wow, thank you. I wasn’t expecting any roses” she said. She had already for a beautiful yellow one from giulia and now she knew she was getting one from Leo. Two was more than she had bargained for.

Leonardo could admit that he didn’t pay much attention to Sky outside of their interactions. He would’ve thought that she was much more popular, that she had plenty of friends, but he could admit that perhaps he just didn’t know how to tell and was too busy looking at his own work. He would’ve really thought that she would’ve expected roses. So at her words, he nodded, ”We’re friends?” he said phrasing it as a question but also to explain why he would’ve sent one. Roses, yellow roses meant friends. ”I didn’t expect any either,” he told her, looking down at the roses. The prospect of her agreeing to the fact they were friends and Felix doing the same when he asked him was going to give him plenty to now lose and ruin. It made his heart race knowing people possibly cared for him, that he had friends, and he was split between sitting in near tears or running around, telling everyone that he had friends. Friends.
