[Sara Moon]

Sara was walking through the village. "Brightstone.." She said to herself, she wasn't used to names like this- give her "Pol muca, ballygriffen or knockgrow" any day and she'd be fine. Still she'd have to get used to it, New Zealand was her new home. She watched all the other people walk by, a woman wearing a purple hat, a man pulling a little girl along by the hand and a group of kids a few years older than her. She began to hum the song "Walking on sunshine" to herself. She wasn't exactly, but she embraced the warm weather here. Her tan had darkened, her hair had blonde streaks in it-she was happy. Of course she missed home, but she didn't envy her family the Irish weather.

Michael was walking through the village not realy paying attention to where he was going. Due to this he bumbed into some one. When he looked to see who it was he reckonised her from being one of his brothers friends. " Ohh my god. Sara is it really you?" He asked her. He hadnt seen her since his brothers funeral. That was over five years ago she hadnt changed much just grown tanned and now had blonde streaks in her hair.

Sara was jolted out of her daydream, when someone bumped into her. The person was much taller than her -so many tall people- she thought to herself. Then looking up, she realised who it was. "Michael!" She cried, beaming. "I haven't seen you in ages!" She stood back and grinned. "Of course it's me, who did you think it was, Kate?" She teased-her and her twin barely resembled each other.

"well i dont know it could have been." He said poking fun at her. "Well who else am i gonna be." He laughed. He absolutley loved hanging around with her. "So how many boys am i burying this week." He asked turning into the older brother like he did all those years ago.

 

[Sara Moon]

"What do you mean?"She asked fluttering her eyelashes. "I'm faaar too young for booys" she giggled. "So, how is everyone?" She asked, more serious now. "I don't know how my family are going to go on without me." She grinned.

 

[Michael Glass]

"Yeah i suppose you are to young for boys." he said agreeing with her "Ummm Sara my family were killed by death eaters one by one ryan was the first."

 

[Sara Moon]

"Oh ,God, I'm sorry!" Sara was mortified, she felt like such a horrible person-how could she say that! "Michael I am really so sorry, I didn't think I..." She rambled off into nothingness, "I really..." She felt like such an eejit.. "Oh, God, I..."

"ahh dont worry who where you to know." he told her. While they passed a shop he saw something Elise would like. "ever get bullied owl me and ill have words with professer smith hell if he cant sort it no one can." Yeah he wasnt on best terms with riley but surley he would help Sara if she was being bullied

"Ahh, no, I'm not bullied.." She answered-not the full truth, but she didn't want any hassle. "A few people I don't get along with, but that's just par for the course." She continued. "Kate and I were so excited when we got our letters, we had never heard of magic before. So, what's going on? I've lost touch with the real world." She smiled and looked up- God- she thought -I am really short-

"nothing much i got married a couple of weeks ago." he told her. She seriously needed to stay in contact with him "Sara we have to stay in contact send an owl at least once a week so i know your doing fine. Ok?" he said "Sara i know your not telling me something if your being bullied i need to know so i can send them an owl."

 

[Sara Moon]

"You got married! I need more details than that.Who to?" -boys! they always leave interesting information out!- she thought to herself. "Ok, I'll send an owl. I've actually never used the owl system before-so that should be....an experience?" She grinned. Ugh, she thought she was a better liar than that, though she had never been able to fool those she knew-except on stage, but a stage wouldn't help her now. "Ok, Michael I will tell you, but you are not to tell anyone, ok? And yes I have a reason why." She sighed and went on "I was bullied in muggle school.. a girl called Jess. I never confronted her and I need to now!" She continued, she wasn't going to let this lie. "I need to be stronger, and I'm not ready yet, but I will be! I have to be!" She clenched her fists and stamped her foot-that was one of her worse habits. Then she looked up at Michael to see his reaction.

"look ill bring you to meet here if you behave yourself. Her name is Elise." he said. He listened to who had bullied her. "Dont worry ive gonna get ya a pressie." He walked into a pet shop and walked out with a owl "this is for all the birthdays and christmas's i have missed. Also its so we can keep in touch."

 

[Sara Moon]

"Yay!" Sara eclaimed clapping her hands, and for a brief moment, she actually looked and felt like her own age. Sara watched Miichael walk into the shop and wondered briefly where he had gone, she didn't take notice of the sign above the shop. He came out with a beautiful owl. "Michael you didn't have to do that!" She exclaimed, excited all the same. "Wow, it's gorgeous, thank you!" Sara had always been an emotional child and hugged Michael around the waist. "I love it!- You're the best!"

"no problem notice how shes completely black. I done this so you can see her when the post arrives plus it makes her stealthy." he said hugging her back. "All you have to do is write a letter and say micheal to her then shell come straight to me with it." he told her hed brought the smartest owl in the shop as he knew how hard it was to use a owl if you were inexperienced.

 

[Sara Moon]

"Thank you Michael" Sara grinned skipping along the path. "I shall name her......Shade. " She liked that name, it had a certain darkness to it, but shade offered shelter from the heat and Sara was all for hiding meaning in names. "I am in Ravenclaw, by the way." She added, remebering that she hadn't told him. "Kate is in Hufflepuff, while Ryan and Star aren't in Hogwarts yet."

"The name is beautiful for the owl." he said as Shade jumped onto his shoulder. " Its good to know that you dont have any slytherins so far."

 

[Sara Moon]

"Biased much?" She replied. "Though come to think of it I haven't met any nice Slytherins yet..." She mused. "Kate is much more confident, now that we are slightly seperated." she sighed. "It's not that I'm not glad, but I kind of miss her.."

 

[Michael Glass]

"Dont worry about kate." He said "She's in a decent house they will help her." he was getting concerned about Sara, she was nothing without her sister. "Look i have to go and pick Elise up as she didnt take her car to work. Promise me youll write to me soon?" he said placing shade on Saras shoulder as they came to his car. He quickly hugged her. As he jumped in the big black jvc truck he waved good bye to her and drove off.

"I'm sure she'll be fine." She smiled, slightly relieved. "Ok!" she grinned and accompanied him to his car. "Thank you Michael!" She smiled, hugging him. "Of course I'll write." She waved as he drove away, then realising she should get back to the castle, turned for home.


(OOC-Ok so, I'm a bit new -hoping desperately that it isn't that obvious- and I don't know what to do when a thread ends-I mean I know what to do, but do I start a new thread/wait a while-not exactly sure.)
