[Kida Frost]

It has almost been a whole week after Kida had seemed to disappear off the face of the wizarding world, After escaping the Drama at her God Fathers house, Kida walked for ages until she found her way back among witches and wizards, but there witches and wizards aren’t really the nick kind, and Kida was wandless. Kida was still cold and dirty from running through a forest and and walking. And from the storm she was still freezing. She felt horrible. Kida lurked into a dark part of the dark street and stood there, Kida shivered when she saw some gold eyes shining at her ”Hello my dear are you lost” the figure came into view and advanced on her, Kida was tired and cold and drained from almost all of her energy she had lost a drastic amount of weight and she was staved. The Figure advanced on her ”come with me, I’ll show you the right way” Kida looked at the figure she shook her head and spoke in a raspy voice “N..No thanks” she said her teeth chattering. The Figure got closer to her and she was to drained to push him away ”you don’t have an option my dear” The Figure lunged at her neck, pushing her up against the wall, she wanted to fight back but she had no energy to even scream loud enough, Kida tried to push the figure away but couldn’t. Kida felt crushed against the wall, she tried to scream but it didn’t work “Get off of me” she said lightly, Kida tried to get a strong enough voice but the chances were think “get off” she said as she tried to push the figure away again, every time she attempted to push away she would get crushed into a wall.

 

[Remus Firn]

Remus had been searching for some time for Kida but could never find her and had thought she had got to her fathers, but when he sent an owl and received once back saying she wasn't there he began to worry. Remus in his regular Black robes explored a lot of shopping areas like Obsidian Harbor and things of the sort, but to take a detour through Bleak street to go to a shop he noticed something strange, Kida. He was in a swarm of dark wizard when he saw the man holding her onto the wall and he placed his hand into his robes revealing his wand, 'Sectumsempra' he cast non-verbally at the man that held Kida clearly defenses and pinned. The Spell soared down the Alley through tbe people who made way and the man turned his head to see it coming. Remus sliced the Wand through the air on a diagonal and as the spell came to clash with the mans arm it cause him to cower in pain, the spell had cut deep. The man could no longer hold onto Kida and let loose and Remus advanced through the people. He flourished his wand at the weak man on the floor, and cast 'Duro' Non-verbally casting him to stone so that he could no longer move and looked as if he were a statue. Remus turned his head to Kida, his greasy hair and briefly wet robes moving briefly with it, "You alright Kida?" he asked in a caring tone to her, something he did not do on a regular basis any more.

 

[Kida Frost]

Kida heard a familiar voice but didn't recognise it, the next thing she knew the figures arm was cut, and then after that he was turned into Stone, Kida looked at the man on the ground before the voice spoke to her again, she looked up to see Remus there, she just threw her arms around his neck hugging him as tight as she could, which at the moment was Weak. Kida could feel her legs slowly wanting to give way underneeth her, she tried to continue to stand up but instead she slid down, Kida grabbed Remus' Arm to try keep her standing, but her grip wasn't that strong either and she sat on the floor. she remained silent, her vision was coming in and out of focus, Kida tried to use Remus' arm to stand up again, but couldn't seem to make it.
Kida's hair was a mess, her once nice boots were not covered in mud, her Skinny jeans ripped, and her dress was now thanks to the man ripped at the back aswell as covered with mud and dirt. Kida tried to pull herself up again but couldn't do it again. Kida just leaned up against Remus' leg and cried.

 

[Remus Firn]

Remus looked at Kida as she slid down onto the floor and began to cry, but before that he hugged her back when she hugged him. As she moved to the floor he flicked her up and carried her in his arms. He began to move her and his body out of the Bleak streets dark alley. He exchanged looks with several members that were in the alley and they looked away quickly; most of the members in Bleak street knew who he was and feared him since the events that occurred when he dueled a 'unknown' being and saved it from several Fiendfyre. Remus was also seen to be feared since fighting some Death Eater in the street like that strange clown man. He continued on through the alley when he got to where the Poison Ater was. He moved Kida to the window if the shop and placed her down onto some soft old cushions that some one had appeared to have left behind, "Are you alright?" he asked his velvet voice pulsing.

Remus looked around the area to make sure it was all secure when he quickly rushed into the Ater and got some water, moving back out within seconds and handing it to Kida, "Here, Drink." he nodded to her as he concealed his wand into his robes again; he didn't want to bring to much attention their way for the current time, and preferably not at all until the time that they left.

 

[Kida Frost]

Kida felt Remus pick her up, her hed fell intohis chest and her teas went on his black cloak, she sniffed and shook violently, she was freezing, scared and weak. Kida felt Remus put her down on some cushions somewhere. she kept on tuning in and out of what was happening, the next thing she knew Remus was back with a glass of Water, Kida took it in her hand. Water just what she needed, she was craving it so bad, but she couldn't hold it, the glass slipped from her hand and smashed on the floor, Kida let out a soft groan as she rolled and looked to the floor and went to pick up the glass shards, Kida moved her hand around trying to find where it was.
Kida licked her lips slightly when her hand was in the puddle of water, she was craving some form of water anything, she swallowed and groaned again she opened her mouth to say sorry but nothing came out.

 

[Remus Firn]

Remus watched as she dropped the glass and it smashed, so he went back in and grabbed another glass quickly. He made sure it was only a couple of seconds and this time he held it. He placed the glass to her lips and poured it for her into the mouth with ease. He kept going until she gave him some signal to stop. He looked around the area he was in and then waved his hand at Kida, 'Scourgify' he cast non-verbally and not to mention wandlessly. The spell cleaned Kida up well and good as she drank, despite leaving the rip marks and of the sort, at least now she was clean. Remus remained to hold the glass for her and pushed her hair out of her face so it rest behind her ears. He looked at her for a moment and felt some what bad for letting her go, "I am sorry Kida." he nodded to her, "Now... You have no injuries, correct?" he asked in his voice that he always used, though he had emotion on his face showing that he was some what worried. He hoped Kida could answer now that she had been hydrated.

Kida felt the glass against her lips, Water, Kida drank lots until the glass was empty, she still felt weak none the less. Kida had her eyes shut, she had barely any sleep for days. Kida shook a bit before she tried to answer Remus' Questions, "uhh..h-hh" Kida said her voice fading into air "i..i..i d..d...don't kn....kn...know" she said as she shivered, Kda went to go feel her back but she knew that she wouldn't be able to tell, or feel because she was lying on her back, the large rip down her back from the man, and the wall could have cut her back but she was unsure. Kida's head drooped for a bit before she picked it up. "i..." Kida trailed off, she put her hand up and felt around for Remus' Hand, when she found it she tried to give it a small squeese before she relaxed, tuned out and slightly dozed off.

 

[Remus Firn]

Remus sighed as she said she didn't know and the realized she dozed off, she was tired and it was understandable. Remus picked her up once more and took her some where to stay the night. He booked a room and placed her on the bed in the room, before he moved off to the sofa and lay onto it. He shut his eyes and got some rest as-well but woke up long before Kida. He looked through several books that were resting on the lounge table of the room he had occupied and groaned at how inaccurate they were, for one there was a book that said things about transfiguration but they had Animate to Inanimate and Inanimate to animate the wrong way round; they had said Animate to Inanimate was changing a non-living thing to a living and Inanimate to Animate was changing a living thing to a non-living thing. Remus groaned, who ever wrote this hadn't got a good education in the transfiguration department, and how could you make a mistake like that and get your book published. He shrugged it off and through it onto the table. Remus looked over at Kida and made sure she was alright before looking at the clock in the room, they should be getting back to His house so that they could get ready to go back to school, it was only two more day's or so.

 

[Kida Frost]

Kida lay on the bed still, emotionless, quite. No Nightmares no Nothing, if you didn't look close enough you would think that she had died, her breathing was so slow. Kida didn't even show any signs of waking up anytime soon. she just lay there, as still as wax. every now and then she would take in a deep and let it go slowly, that being the only other way to realise she was still breathing.
Kida couldn't even move that much she was still so drained, the only thing that was happening was he constant memory of the figure lunging at her neck and her getting pushed up against a wall constantly passing through her mind.
Other then that she was still, emotionless and quite almost like she was... Dead

 

[Remus Firn]

Remus as he sat there took notice of the things like the deep breath and release, this showed him that she was alive. He went down to the bar for a moment and received some breakfast for Kida. It was a rather large meal with a assortment of things that Kida had liked. It included things that he had at the house but a little bit less of them all. He came back in with a tray and placed at the side of the bed so that the aroma would enter her nose and maybe wake her up to get some energy into her, food. He waited for a moment more as he looked as her and had a long sigh, just before looking out the window near by and watching as a owl flew passed and landed next door. He smiled Slightly and he couldn't wait to get back to Hogwarts, but then again he reminded himself once more that they bet get home and ready for school.

 

[Kida Frost]

Kida smelt some food near her, she lifted her head slightly before letting it fall back against the pillow. Kida'seyes snapped open and she sat up but pulled her legs close to her "get away from me" she said breathing heavily still with a weak raspy voice. Kida looked around her and fell back on the pillow and took a deep breath, she looked around her and saw Remus "oh jeez" she said her voice still raspy as she moved to the other side the bed with the little energy she could muster. Kida looked around her and picked up her pillow and threw it at remus with all her might, the Pillow flew a bit before it fell and hit his shins far off the target of his chest. Kida was checking if he was real or not but failed at throwing a pillow.
Kida was still tired, but she tried as hard as she could to stay awake, atleast to see if Remus was really there.

 

[Remus Firn]

Remus turned his head to look at Kida, and noticed the pillow come down and hit his shins, "I am here Kida, Dont worry." he chuckled to her as he pointed his right iundex finger to the food near her, "Eat, you'll feel better." he nodded to her and shifted his eyes to the food himself to make sure it was all sitting as it should. He clicked his figners and allowed a water filled glass to appear on the Tray as well, "Dont forget to drink" he nodded to her and then stood up and wondered off to a near by storage chest.

The chest was icy, and appeared to be like a fridge or freezer. Remus reached his hand in and grabbed some Pumpkin juice and some butter-beer, guiding it over to the tray with some wandless and non-verbal magic. He allowed the bottles to land down with perfect balance and made sure that Kida could open them by loosening the cap's slightly, "Take your pick." he nodded to her.

 

[Kida Frost]

Kida heard Remus tell her that he was Real and she crawled back onto the bed, she felt a cold chill run down her back and sat up abruptly and felt her back the rip in her shirt she almost forgot about, Kida looked at the food and wanted to dive at it, she saw some pumkin juice and some butterbeer, she took the butterbeer and didn't expect the weight of it, she almost dropped it when she found the strength in her arms again. Kida looked at the food and looked at it, she picked up a fork and poked some of it curiously, there was some rice in a bowl with sweet and sour chicken, one of her favourite meals, Kida crept closer to it and sniffed it, still silent Kida dug her fork into a peice of chicken and scoffed it down Happily. Kida leanet over and picked up the bowl and started to shovel it into her mouth, she stopped for a bit and swallowed and followed it with a cough "hot" she said weakly.

 

[Remus Firn]

Remus chuckled as she got to it quickly and chuckled, "Yes of course it is hot." he nodded to her and walking over, sitting next to her. He looked at her back as he leaned around and couldn't see any wounds from the angle he was sitting on, maybe there wasn't any in the first place. He took a goblet of wine that rest on the tray and sipped from it slowly placing it off to the side of the bed and then waved his hand once allowing the Goblet to hover in the air, balanced. He looked at Kida and browsed how fast she had eaten, "Don't worry about looking as if you have never eaten, I understand how long its been since you've seen good food." he winked kindly at her as he folded his arms in.

Kida scoffed a bit as she tried t get rid of the overwhelming feeling of her throat being on Fire, Kida's back had a few cuts from where the brick of the wall had cut into her back but other then that it was fine. Kida put the bowl down and decided to wash down the fire in her throat with some butterbeer, she tried to twist the top off but couldn't and ended up yanking it off with her teeth. Kida drunk the cool liquid and put it down and sighed happily. before she lent back a bit and rubbed her neck. Kida felt some teeth marks in her neck she ran her fingers over them for a moment before pulling away. she grimiced a small bit before she put her hands down in her lap, She looked at the table of food and crawled over to it before she looked at it again, she almost slipped off the bed but caught herself again when she went to go pick up an apple, she sat back and ate it still remaining silent

 

[Remus Firn]

Remus sat there looking at her, "Kida, don't sit there in silence." he said in his velvety voice. He examined the apple she was about to eat to make sure it was fresh, it was. He stood from the spot on the bed where he had taken a seat and moved off to the window, watching outside. He saw several people enter the Poison Ater and he examined the workmen in there. He could not make out whop was Acwel from the other people who were in there purchasing things. He pondered on the shop's sign for a moment curious of why the name was what it was. He thought some more when it clicked that Adira Ater, a student at Hogwarts had the name as the store itself Ater. Remus clicked, she was the daughter of Acwel hence the reason the store was called what it was, named after the founder itself. As for the poison part, Remus did not ponder upon it, it was unneeded information and he didn't want to make it as if it was a probelm to name a store something.

 

[Kida Frost]

Kida didn't want to talk, she wanted to stay silent. when Remus moved over to the window she leaned back on the bed, she ran her fingers over her neck again and winced, deep teeth marks where on her neck like the man was tryng to hang onto for dear life when his arm got cut. Kida lay on the bed and took another bite of the apple again before she looked at the roof, Kida sat up again, she couldn't be here, she was getting taken care of again, she needed to prove to Remus that she was a true gryffindor and could take care of herself, Kida stood up and almost fell over, she made her way to the door silently, almost stumbeling into things but saving herself, Kida looked over her shoulder before she opened the door silently. she walked out and left it open but walked down and out of the place where she was, she was outside, she stayed under the windows so that Remus couldn't see her, once she thought she was out of site she went into the shadows again, she walked along the shadows getting various strange looks from people in bleak street, another man lurked forward towards her but she picked up the pace.
Kida tripped over something and quickly turned around to see what, and there on the floor was the now statue of the man who attacked her, Kida scurried back away from it and shut her eyes for a moment before she stood up and continued to walk in the shadows, she sensed a presense behind her and kicked up her pace again, the presense picked up its pace, Kida turned around to see nothing, she looked down and saw a dog, she smiled and put her hand on her heart to fee how fast it was beating. Kida bent down to pat the dog but it barked at her almost biting her hand. Kida stood up again and walked backwards for a bit looking at the dog befor she turned around and ran. she heard the dogs padded feet chase after her and she picked up the pace again, her feet started to hurt from running in bare feet after she left her boots back with Remus, Kida had to proove she could survive without any help. Kida knocked some boxes over and the dog got caught underneeth them, Kida turned around and went back to see if the dog was ok but it barked at her again and she ran off.
Kida walked through the dark parts of Bleak Street, hoping Remus wouldn't Find her, she was determind to proove she could take care of herself.

 

[Remus Firn]

Remus continued to look out the window and gave himself some time to speak, "Miss Frost...-" he said, stopping himself when he turned around to find that Kida had vanished. He looked at the open door and moved out of it looking around and moved down the stairs of the building they were staying in, out into the street. Remus looked at the floor noting that Kida had left her shoes inside. He browsed the floor to find some foot prints and followed them, but the second he noticed that she had gone into the alley there was no use. The prints were consumed by the dark. Remus paced through the alley as he went, his dark robes following behind him. He came to the man that he had changed into a statue type object earlier, he noticed it was briefly off balance despite being fallen over it was shaking briefly, some one had not been watching where they were going, possibly some one like Kida. Remus advanced a little more to find some box's pummeled over; people in Bleak street were not all that clumsy.

Remus put up some more pace when he crossed the dog that was beneath the box's. He continued on through all the dark wizard and witch around him who tried to cover their faces from the word that Remus used to be a Vigilante. He continued through, pushing the drunk and poor out of his way. He noticed that the people in the area were discussing among each other the girl that had 'Passed through'. He nodded to himself to confirm that it was Kida, at least in his own mind. He continued through the hordes of people to see some one with long hair and a rather less dark outfit then most in bleak street, with rips in it. He continued quickly after the figure, and clearly that figure wasn't so much grown up. He moved up behind Kida and placed his hand to her shoulder, "Lost my dear..." he said; he did this to show her how easy it was for the same thing to happen twice, especially considering it was the same place. He moved his voice back to its normal tone, "Lets Go, Miss Frost." he nodded to her, grabbing her hand in a form of symbolizing that it was time to leave.

 

[Kida Frost]

Kida looked at a split road she wasn't certain which way to go when a hand was on her shoulder, she pulled away quickly and turned around to see Remus, her heart was beating double time, she was shaking with Fear from what Remus had just done. he hated it when he could find her so quickly. Kida heard Remus call her miss Frost "don't call me Miss Frost" she said weakly as she tried to pull her hand away from his grip "i can take care of myself" she said softly as she tried to pull her hand away again.

A Figure appeard behind Kida he was atleast a head taller then Remus. The Figure saw Remus gripping her hand, The Figure looked at Remus 'The Lady said to let her go" The Fiure said darkly as it grabbed onto Kida's Other hand "Come on dear, i'll get you away from this man then you can go where you want to go, come with me" the Figure added as she pulled on Kida's Other hand while one of his hands was on his wand the Figure held the wand up at Remus "let the girl go like a nice gentleman and nothing will happen" the Figure said to Remus.

Kida saw the Figure raise a wand at Remus and she partly freaked, apart from she was being dragged by Remus, and that she was beaing Dragged away by another person, he did say she could go where she wanted but she wasn't sure if she should Trust him. Kida remained silent

 

[Remus Firn]

Remus looked at the figure before him and Kida, "Let her go... How about you do the same... and she can go her own Way." he said firmly as he drew his wand in less then 0.5 of a second and had it aimed at the opposing man; he was known to be a quick draw but no one knew he was that quick. He held his aim at the man, as his other hand had a firm grip on Kida, "Back away... Now...." he said slowly to the man his velvet voice good and clear. Remus could see of the side of his eye all the dark wizard straining themselves to get as close to the wall as possible, they were all eager to see a fight. Remus smirked slightly at the man before him, "Let go.. Now..." he continued to look at the man. Realizing the height of the man, it didn't spook Remus the slightest.

Remus looked down to Kida, "Get behind me now." he said in his velvet voice, calm and steady as he had been speaking through out this entire situation. He ensured to himself that he had a steady stance on so that he was able to cast with the most accuracy. He looked the man up and down and beside the fact of being tall and so to speak dark figured there was not advantage that this man had. Remus browsed the mans body up and down for a moment, "And what name do you go by, Mister...?" questioned Remus in his velvet voice waiting for the man to fill in with his sir name.

 

[Kida Frost]

Kida saw Remus draw his wand and she freaked again, Kida went to move behind Remus when he told her to but was pulled back by the other man who still had a firm grip on her hand.

"She can go her Own way, and i'll let her after you let her go" he said ignoring the fact that he had a drawn one on him. The Man looked at the other man who had the girls other hand "How about you back away" he said flicking his wand a bit "go on" he repeated. The Man looked at the Figure and raised his eye brow when he asked for his name he tightened his grip on the Girls hand.
"My Name is Dragan Gratherfoot.. Lord Dragan Gratherfoot in the Muggle World" he said "What about you, you have an essense of Professor around you" he said as he sniffed the air.

Kida felt her hand being basically Crushed by the man who had introdced himself as Dragan Gratherfoot, She let out a small sound of pain before she looked at Remus and back to the Man.

 

[Remus Firn]

Remus was close to casting an unforgivable when the man said his Name. "Dragan .. Owl beak...'" Remus grinned slightly as he mentioned the nickname the man had. Remus smiled a little, something he didn't do to often, "Its Remus, Remus Firn." he nodded to Dragan. The nick name was given to the man due to the fact he had a very large hooked nose, pointed at the end for some strange reason. "Lord Now?" Remus questioned to the man, "Let go of Kida, She's my god daughter." he informed the man immediately so that they didn't have to be hurting and scaring Kida in the process of discussion. "What brings you out here?" he questioned ignoring the rest of the things that the man had said, though he remained to hold his wand drawn and aimed at Dragan.

 

[Kida Frost]

Kida rolled her eyes when Remus mentioned that he knew the man.

The man nodded when Remus said his other name. and nodded once again when Remus announced himself "long time no see" he said, Once Remus announced that Kida was his God Daughter he tightened the grip on her hand crushing it tightly, "oh now that changes things" he said as she yanked Kida put of Remus' Grip and held her inftont of him with his wand at her neck and his other hand digging into her neck. "you see, you killed my Brother, Milton, and now i'm going to kill someone important to you" He looked at Remus and smirked "Try anything and the last thing i will do is shove this wand through her neck" he said and looked at Remus.

Kida felt the grip on her hand get tighter when Remus told the man to let go of her because she was hs God Daughter and the next thing she knew she was held at wand point. she looked at Remus and then looked at the crowd of dark wizards gathering looking for a fight, She swallowed trying to ignore the pain of the hand digging into her neck.

Dragan tightened his grip on Kida's Neck and looked at Remus "Any last words... Old Friend" he said as he pressed the wand into her neck ready to non-verbally cast a spell at her.

 

[Remus Firn]

Remus smugly raised an eye brow, "I apologize for your brother, but indeed i so have some last words." he said to the man in his velvet,still calm voice. Without a movement of anything and non-verbally Remus switched a bird flying just over head of Dragan with the statue of the man he had transfigured earlier. The statue appeared in the air and the bird standing on the ground some distance away. The stature began to fall but there was no signs of it seeings as there was no light in this part of the alley, "I'd Just like to say... Goodbye forever old friend." he nodded to the man as the statue was now only a hair length from crushing the man.

 

[Kida Frost]

Kida looked at Remus for a moment, if she wasn't killed she would certainly suffocate, Kida heard Remus say good bye and was confused the next thing she knew the man who was holding her neck was crushed by a statue, Kida felt herself beind pulled back, She hit the ground and whacked her head on the stone statue, the Man's Hand was still around her neck. Kida tried to get up but couldn't get her neck Free from the man's Hand.
the Wizards who where watching before all crowded around the statue, the crushed man and Kida. she looked up to see them all and freaked "Remus" she said Softly Kida pulled the man's Hand free and stumbeled back, her head was ringing again, she looked around at the Wizards and went to stand up but fell over.
"Remus" she said again as she tried to see him from the group of People. Kida had a sudden realisation, she couldn't take care of herself if she couldn't use her wand. she couldn't proove that she could take care of herself without a wand.
