Escorting in the forest

[Tom Fletcher]

Tom escorted Anna into the forest, and brandished his wand. "Lumos" Tom said, and a light emitted from his wand, giving him light, so he could see where he was going. "Where would you like to start" He asked Miss Johnson.

 

[Anna Johnson]

Anna warmly smiled at Professor Tom Fletcher as he took her in. With a wave of her wand and the smallest mutter Lumos her wand glowed up brightly. She smiled at him and politely replied, "The Thestrals if you please." She scanned her eyes around and looked at him for how he planned to find them.

 

[Tom Fletcher]

"Ok" Tom said beaming. He brandished his wand, and led left towards a large clump of trees. The sun was disappearing out of sight, and taking the heat with it. Tom led for around 10 minutes, before stopping. He looked back at Mrs Johnson, and nodded his head. "There they are" Tom said, to her. and there stood 4 thestrals. They neighed and huffed, stomping their hooves. "Please take your time" Tom said to her

 

[Anna Johnson]

Anna smiled as Tom led her around, "Thank you Tom. Can you see them as well?" She asked as she examined the nearest one, a baby who ran to her mother in fright whilst Anna checked all the feet and legs. She smiled and moved onto the next one, but not before making a note in her little book and handing the baby a little chuk of meat as a treat.

Winking at Tom she quickly checked the baby off the list along with the mum and the dad who she had already checked.

After about half an hour, she had finished and looked down her chart to check it was ready.

Anna smiled at the results from the whole time and gratefully placed out her hand for Tom to shake, "Thank you very much, Tom. You have helped me greatly, now all i need to do is put this in data for Markus. You have my thanks." She smiled again and quoted, "You should come into town sometime and i will take you for a drink. I will send you a patronus or an owl." She winked at him again and packed up her stuff after marking the 3 ill Thestrals.

"So, can you show me the other animals?" She quieried.

"What do those numbers represent?" Tom asked. "Do you have a preference to which creatures you would like to see next?" Tom asked.

 

[Anna Johnson]

Anna smiled at Tom. "They show me how many Thestrals are in the Forest at the time when i checked. I will need to do another check in about 5 months so that i can see how the numbers change. And please take me to any animal that you wish me to see." She smiled warmly at him and asked, "Have you thought about the invatation to our home in the holidays yet? My husband would love to meet you." She said as they walked.

(so we have over 5o thestrals , we only have a small herd, so about 10-15 at the most ))


"Lets go see the Hippogriffs" Tom said, pointing his wand north lighting up the path. "To be honest, I cant say i have, as much as I'd like to, I was thinking about flying to see my old man in England" Tom said. He led the way, the cold creeping in, Tom donned his robe, an walked for around 5 minutes, moving any overgrown sticks out of their way. "Here we are" Tom said, and there stood 3 Hippogriffs".

Anna smiled as he led her off to the Hippogriffs. "That is fine then! We don't mind, it was just an offer if you wanted." It started to get colder and Anna waved her wand around her as she muttered a spell to keep her warm. "Wow, they are great. Thanks!" Anna exclaimed as she examined the hippogriffs and took note on her parchment.

Bowing low she waited for the response and it happened gracefully, then Anna wandered carefully over to stroke one who jumped and reared at her. Anna stood still and held out her hand to calm it down, the creature smelt it and then let her stroke it.

Tom watched as Anna approached the Hippogriff. Tom scanned the treetops. "Have you finished here, or would you like to puruse your research a tad longer?" Tom asked.

 

[Anna Johnson]

Anna smiled at Tom and then at the Hipogriff, took another note on her pad and turned to him. "I am ready to go thank you." Anna then started to walk in the way of the school.
