Briar had always enjoyed the dances when she had been at school. fo her it had been a chance to hang out with her friends, eat food and listen to music. this year all it seemed to be about was dates with the brother and the sisterfhoods organising the blind pairings. tonight would be her last night at the school before the holidays and as she was not going to be e\returning next semester she ould be saying fairwell to the school again. she made an effort to dress up and even tame her hai a little before she made her way into the castle and great hall. she had forgotten how beautiful the decorations were,, or maybe they had just improved in the twenty or o years since she had been a student. technically she was meant to be supervising the feast making sure that the students didn't get into too much trouble but it didn't mean that she couldn't have a bit of fun herself. She headed straight for the food stand and got herself a plate before moving towards a space on the edge of the hall where she had a decent view of what was going on while she ate.
