Morgan's holidays were fun for her. She was excited to see her family again, and spend time with her siblings before they went back to Hogwarts and learning again. She rarely saw her siblings anymore as they were sorted in their own houses and now doing their own thing. Morgan wasn't sure if she was excited for the new Hogwarts year or not. She hadn't really many friends just yet. But she wasn't surprised by this, as she had trouble making friends herself. She was a shy little half goblin that loved to get down and dirty. Morgan had decided to make her way towards the Hogwarts Gardens to see the plants that they had. It had been a while since she last visited the garden, as she only visited just before break had started. She looked towards the garden, taking the fresh garden air, loving the smell and everything.

Oscar could often be found in the Hogwarts Garden these days. While he liked to be in the castle, and especially the more quiet places like the library, with all the new first years running around and wanting to explore the whole castle as soon as possible, even those places felt awfully crowded. His sister would no doubt be one of the many new first years who wanted to explore the castle and its surroundings, which he couldn't really blame her for, but it was a bit annoying still. When he arrived, however, Oscar saw that he wouldn't be the only one here either. At least he somewhat recognised this person, she was in his year and they had shared some classes together last year. ''Hello,'' he said to announce his presence, holding onto his potted Venus flytrap.

Morgan looked up when she heard a voice, almost jumping, as she wasn't expecting to have anyone here at the moment. She then had a proper look of the person. He was in Morgan's year for sure, as she had seen him in a few of her classes and such. "Oh, h-hello" Morgan stutters out a little from surprise. She then looked down at what the boy was holding, noticing that there was a Venus Flytrap, which she had learned about from her mother, who had a love for plants and such. "That's a Venus Flytrap right? How long have you had that for?" Morgan says as she speaks softly to the boy, pulling her hair to the back of her pointy ears from slight nervousness. She wasn't really a people person, as she was always shy.

Oscar couldn't help to feel a little guilty, as he had apparently startled the girl by announcing his presence so suddenly. He certainly had not meant for her to get startled by him. Thankfully it didn't seem like she minded it much since her attention was drawn to the plant he was holding onto almost immediately. He smiled widely. ''My Dad gave it to me before the start of last year,'' he told her, looking proudly at the potted plant in his arms. He was quite happy with the way it had grown over the year and over the break, almost sure now that it wouldn't die on him since he now knew how to properly take care of it. ''Did you come here to look at the plants too?'' Oscar asked, nudging towards the many plants in the Garden with his head.
