Full Name: Ellen Hinetitama Castor
Current Age: 26
Basic Appearance: Ellen is plump, cheerful looking, and quite clearly Maori. She has long black hair, and lots of freckles, including one right above her lip, which she refers to affectionately as her beauty spot. She often looks a bit frazzled, but is always smiling, and trying to keep busy. She dresses casually in whatever happens to be around. She is currently one month pregnant.

Ellen married muggleborn Simon Farrow when she was 22, and had Heketoro Ruru Castor when she was 23. They divorced soon after she became pregnant again, and is currently pregnant with a girl, Marama Tino Castor. She is unsure who the father is. Ellen also had a daughter with a muggle when she was fifteen, but abandoned the baby out of fear, and never saw her again. She doesn't know what happened to her child, and tries not to think about it. She feels horrible for simply abandoning a child, and wishes she could make everything alright again with them.
Area of Residence: Wellington, New Zealand.
Blood Status: Pureblood (approved.)
Heritage: Ellen has a Maori grandfather, an English grandmother, an English grandfather, and a French grandmother. Needless to say, she's a bit of a mutt, but her Maori ancestry shows through strongest in her looks.
Interests or Hobbies: Ellen doesn't have much time for hobbies, with a three year old son, and another on the way. She likes some knitting when she has time, and used to play piano and take French once upon a blue moon. Truth be told, she still plays piano whenever she can, and is decent at French, though she doesn't have much time for either. She is also an avid baker, and takes any chance she gets to bake. Intricate, delicate decorations are her specialty.
Additional Skills: Ellen had just finished a BA majoring in English and minoring in Baking when she had Heketoro, and is still an excellent writer. She has an unfinished fantasy novel sitting on her computer, which she suspects will be there until the day she dies, though a part of her is determined to finish it one day, just so it'll be done. She is fast at typing, and a master at the motherly skill of doing four things with one hand, while feeding the baby with the other. She is also a brilliant baker, and worked in a bakery last time she was pregnant. She had been baking since she was 12, and it's her secret escape.
Strengths: Ellen is very defiant, and the more you tell her she can't do something, the more determined she becomes to do it. She is a wonderful mother; a very warm and cuddly person, and loves making people smile and laugh. That said, when someone hurts her, she has an inner store of coldness, which she can use to defend herself and her loved ones when things get bad. She has been through a lot, and is generally a very strong person.
Weaknesses: Ellen has a tendancy to drop the warm-fuzzies when stressed and snap coldly at people. She goes through periods where her mind is just so messed up that she goes around doing uncharacteristic things (hence why she doesn't know who the father of her second child is) and generally acting like a sulky, rebellious teenager, for reasons she can't quite understand.

Your Patronus memory: Her son's third birthday, when she told him she was having another baby, and he kissed her tummy and asked if he would be allowed to cuddle his new brother or sister. Everything else was so horrible in Ellen's life at the time, and that moment just somehow made everything totally alright again. Just remembering that feeling brings tears of happiness to her eyes.
