Henrietta wasn't much for big crowds like this because she rarely ever had fun at events like this, but it would be more boring to stay in at her dorm so she decided to come out. She knew Halloween was a time for scary or funny costumes and she'd opted for a little of both. Ideally, a girl scout uniform wouldn't be considered funny or scary, but Henrietta found it amusing because she'd never be caught dead in something like that. She liked the irony of her costume because to her it was scary. Imagine being a muggle and being stranded in the woods, having to use "survival tactics" and scavenge and forage without a wand. It was barbaric and the thought made Henri shudder for a moment but she didn't want to think about such a sad life like that and instead looked around at the great hall. She stood on the outskirts of the dance floor and watched the people from a distance for a while.
