Dymetris, return to school after his vacation with his parents. He had miss Tara the entire time he was gone, his vacation was alright but having his girlfriend will always out numbered anything in the world. He was a growing boy now and his hormones were constantly changing. He voice was cracking already, he could hear the difference in his voice the more he would speak, the more his voice sounded deeper but like a nice smooth difference. Just unexpected his voice would crack, and he would really start to sound like he was sick but he wasn't. Now it was getting about the time he felt nervous.

Waiting for her at the courtyard, he sat on the stone benches with a little gift he made for Tara. He found a small chain and added the butterflies from a shop that sells them. He clean and made it shine when he was finish attaching the pieces together. It's a first gift he ever would be giving a girl. With it tuck away inside a small pouch bag, he held in his hand. She should be coming soon, he didn't know when but he was anxious for her arrival.

Tara was running late. she had planned to meet her boyfirend in the courtyard and she had lost track of time. she bolded out of the common room and ran as fast as she could down all of the stairs slowing slightly as she tired, the problem with such a large castle was that it took a while to get around, plus getting anywhere quick was exhausting. she stopped for a minute by the doors to catch her breath and recompose herself. before opening the door slightly and slipping outside. she walked over to Dymetris whilst looking down at the ground. "Hello stranger, how was your holiday?" she said smiling at him. she was glad that he was back, she had missed him whilst he had been on break.

Dymetris head turn up when he heard the school yards door swung open, and there she was, Tara. He had miss her so much and had wanted to meet at the common room but he fear it would've been to crowded for the couples to hang out, plus the weather was warm outside. His uniform irritated him always, he wish he hadn't to wear it but he had no choice but to endure wearing it always."Hey to you too" his voice sounded smooth this time, it didn't crack at all. he could maintain to be cool than it wouldn't have to crack.

"Got you this" he rose on his two feet handing up a small pouch for her to look in, "I made it myself" he said nervously and kiss her cheek to formally greet her, he was having high hopes she like what he made for her, but than he didn't exactly know if she liked butterfly or not. They been dating for almost three months, there still was a lot more to know about Tara. He'll know now if she fancied his gift.

Tara smiled as she looked at him. "glad that you are back" she said. leaning in and putting her arm around him. however when she was settled he produced a small pack for her. she sat up and her whole face was newly alight. "you don't need to get me anything" she said, tingling inside. she reached for the bag and withdrew the contents. "Wow its amazing. you seriously made it, I love it" she said kissing him. "I love butterflies she said. she reached to put it on, and then reached into her bag. and withdrew a parcel. inside was a Black and yellow cap. she knew he was always wearing one of the caps, so she hoped he liked it. she twirled the end of her braid, as she wondered if he liked it.

OOCOut of Character:
sorry i didn't reply sooner, but i had an assignment due in today and i promised myself i wouldn't reply till it was done, int it took me substantially longer than i expected

Dymetris face glowed about her liking his gift. It was a pain in the butt to get the butterflies intact, he ask hi parents to help him with a little. he had to say they were good at helping, they use a bit of magic since Dymetris wasn't allowed to do any."Glad you like it, I just had to make it and it was my parents who help me put it together actually" he said hugging her to a warm embrace, his nervous feeling went away before settle on his shoulders. He felt at ease knowing she like what he gave her.

His face fell a little when he saw the parcel she was holding. He wasn't expecting anything in return, so he was a little shock. Opening his gift, he smile up again. "Thanks! Another one added to my various collection" he tied the parcel up and let it hang between his fingers, he'll trued it on later. "How was your vacation here?" he sat down holding her hand, he wish he had stayed over the vacation but his parents wouldn't let him. They live close by, no need to for him to stay in school over the holidays.
OOCOut of Character:
It's okay, I was kinda sick and couldn't really reply to my rps. It will be like this for a bit since I also have to do lessons.

OOCOut of Character:
hope you feel better soon

Tara leaned into Dymetris' embrace. "so you have told them about us?" she said, she hadn't yet told her family bout them as she knew that they wouldn't like it, and would probably ry and set her up with an indian boy, and she wanted to choose who she was with herself.
tara watched as Dymetris unwrapped the cap and hoped that he liked it. a few moments later the tension left her as she saw that he liked it.
She enjoyed Spending time with Dymetris, and during the summer she couldn't think of anywhere she would rather be. the weather was much better than the previous days drizzle, the sun was warm, and the compony was exactly what she wanted. "My holidays were good, the same as normal, Its better now you are back" she said squeezing his hand and resting her head on his shoulder.

Dymetris had the confidence to hug his girlfriend instead of holding her hand. he let her hand go and brought his arm around her back, bringing her in as she lean against his shoulder. "Not really.." he said looking down. His eyes showed a little disappointment in his own damn self, he didn't have that confidence to tell his aunt, for many reasons. . "I think it's a bit early, you know like they won't understand our relationship" he explain. He kissed her forehead, pushing her lovely locks of long Indian hair away from her eyes. Her eyes were like the sea green Merriam sea, they were bright and clear. He could get lost in her eyes for hours if she let him.

With the sun glaring down on them, they made them look more pure and clear. "I'm glad to be back to tell you the truth, my parents can be smothering when I'm home. It's like fashion fiesta and what not home" he chuckle lightly. He was holding back the emotion of how she would feel with him not telling his parents. But he bet a few galleons she hadn't done the same. Were they ashame of each other? Or was this just another secret love? If felt like that outside of school.

Tara was glad that that Dymetris hadn't told his family about them as she didn't feel quite so bad about keeping hers in the dark. "thats okay, I haven't told mine ether, but how did you got them to help you? she asked. wondering what he told them he was making the necklace for. "Mine wont understand at all..." she said leaving the rest unsaid. closing her eyes as he kissed her on the forehead. she felt so comfortable here and protected from the world.
Tara missed her parents, she hand't seen them since the last holiday, about six months ago. "I'm not quite sue what you mean by fashion fiesta, but I am so glad that you are back." she said looking directly back at him. she watched as a gryfindor first year ran across the courtyard apparently late for something. "glad that we don't have anything to rush off to" she said as the last bit of their robes vanished through the door.

"I told them that the gift was for a friend and they didn't ask much. They sort of just went with it cause it was the spirit of Christmas and all" he said nervously biting his lips. When she reveal she didn't tell her parents too, for many reasons one of them he guess she didn't visit them like she had plan, another was she allowed to date him? Probably not, so they were kinda secretly dating. It was kinda sad, because he was more than happy to show her off to his parents but he was afraid. Afraid he will have to break up with Tara without their parents approving of their relationship. He could already imagine how that will feel, but this was a lie?

"When do you suppose we tell them? You know about us?" he held her hand, his eyes looking at her from the side. They were sitting on these stone benches that circle around the school's fountain, the fountain was on, but the water level was low. To many students would get in the fountain to splash those walking by, that had to stop so they lower the level a bit to prevent that from happening."I know if I tell my parents they probably wouldn't approve, but I dunno, I ah just don't know they;ll take you" he said more nervously than before.

Tara was glad that Dymetris hadn't told his family, as then she wouldn't have to tell hers. If her family knew then as she was old enough to date then she must be old enough to start thinking about marrying off. "that was a good idea, but my family would ask loads of questions. I may tell my brother soon though, I can trust him not to tell." she said. she watched the fountain and a small bird stop on the edge and take a drink of the water. "I don't know about when to tell them but i went into the hairdresser in brightstone that your parents own before the ball, there were quite a few other students in there but they seemed nice. she said.
the took hold of one of his dreads, and wrapped it around her fingers, she liked them and realised that they must have been redone as they felt different from last time. "anyway enough about the heavy stuff. fancy going for a walk she said squeezing his hand, and kissing him lightly on his cheek.

Dymetris smiled. "Yeah sure, anything to stop from my bottom cramping in place" he laughed a little, grasping her delicates fingers. He cup his hand around her, while the other was busy swinging the parcel she gave him just now. The hat was a very good present. He will have to see where in the collection in his room will be hang it up. Joe his roommate never minded Dymetris's hats pile up against a dresser. Sometimes he often felt bad for hogging the entire section of their dresser, otherwise Joe never once complain, that guy was sure nice and odd.

Just the other day Joe spill some beans that he couldn't take back about a friend of his that he really like. "Have you ever met Joe? Joe Walker?" he said almost laughing at the conversation they had. "I think he likes Madlyn, now if you don't know Madlyn than you really need to know her. Cause I think my roommate likes her" he shrug. There was nothing more to say about each other, so he went on saying something else instead. Tara won't tell anyone anyways, he had confident she won't, so it was fine for him to spill the beans to her.

Tara stood up and they made their way out through the arch into the grounds. she wasn't sure where they were heading, but she didn't mind. the sun was out, and the previous days rain had stopped. she made her way towards the cliffs. she had been there yesterday, and she wanted to see it in the sun. "I dont think i have met Joe, Joe walker. and i have heard of madlyn, but not actually met her" she said thinking madlyn was the tall girl. she knew what it was like sharing a dorm with someone who liked someone else bit didn't want to tell them. "do you know kate, she's in my dorm, she likes one of the guys, stefan, and i am pretty sure he likes her, but he had been a little odd this year" she didn't know if Stefan knew ether of them but she was sure Dymetris wouldn't mind. "if you want i can talk do madlyn for Joe and see what she thinks, i wont tell her" she said she knew that this was what most of the girls did. so she didn't think that guys would be any different. she slipped her arm around him, feeling more comfortable the closer she was to him.
OOCOut of Character:
i got half way though and then realised i was Tara not briar, whoops

Dymetris held Tara by the waist now, with them being perched up o n the cliff and all, he was being protective both Tara and himself. He's never actually said it or admit to anyone. He's never had to experience being this high except the castle's tower, there he could tell his heart beat was beating fast whenever he had divination. But Dymetris may or may not be afraid of heights. Looking down the cliffs, the waves cycling around them, worried the boy to a degree that he maybe afraid of heights or water. Either or, he was holding on Tara, his fingers curving on her shoulder, if she move he will bring her back quick;y. So he maybe afraid of it after all.

"I know Kate, I've met her in the common room" not Stefan though. Dymetris talk to a few boys here and there but he didn't have an actual male friend at Hogwarts. Pitiful, he knows. He's never connected with the male anyways, just his uncle but he didn't count that. He was in a few clubs, still none of them really would be consider friendly to him, except Joe. Joe was like a big brother to him sometimes, but it wasn't all like that. "No, i don't think you should tell, I think Joe going to tell her but it's like me, Some ways she kinda like me, except she a giant and i'm a veela" he said smiling. "I don't think I ever told you that, have I? he look down at her, his arms still holding onto her. He didn't think so, but many assume right away cause of his face. Other than that, he's never spoke of it.

Tara could feel Dymetris tense as they got to the cliffs. she headed away from the edge. she was used to the mountains herself and was able to scale thin mountain passes. and didn't mind heights at all. she wasn't surprised that Dym had met Kate, the hufflepuffs were a rather friendly group. She was glad that she didn't have to talk to Madlyn as she got on well with people when they met, but seeking someone out to talk to seemed ominous. especially someone so tall.
Tara head dymitris explaining why the girl was so tall, part giant, something even muggles knew about but didnt know were real. but she didn't get what he was saying about himself. "Veela, whats that? she asked. she recognised the word but didn't know what it meant as she had grown up in a muggle family and had missed out on most of the background magic.

"It's like... he first tried to say, it was hard to explain. Dymetris was still learning about what he was, he knew it at a young age, when he was very much younger he didn't understand. Now he had to explain to his girlfriend that she was almost going out with a creature? That's what they label them in care of magical creature. Number one reason why he decided not to take the class after all.

"If you take care of magical creature you will find out later on. it's not a bad thing, least not for the male" he said, his smile fading away from the seriousness that stayed on his face. "Were kind of like creatures but were not. The woman are suppose to be seductive and because of our blood, we attract others who aren't veela" he explain it, breaking in down to scatter details. "I hope your not mad at me for not telling, many are against dating us. Saying we use our looks to get away with anything" he grimace a little. Not the face he wanted to show, his feelings were just there and he felt bad for not telling her in the beginning.

tara frowned as sudden look of seriousness crossed dymetris' face. as she listened to what he was saying she thought she recognised those traits. from something she had read, or seen. suddenly she remembered where she had heard it before. "thats whats in that picture on the fifth floor isn't it. she said thoughtfully. the picture she was referring to interested her in her first year so she had asked a professor what it was of, and looked it up. the picture in question contained a group of the girls dancing, and it was well known that males should take a different set of stairs or plug their ears when walking past it, a distant part of her mind wondered if dymetris was immune to the effects of that picture. "Its nothing to apologise about, it is just something that makes you who you are. and I don't see the need to introduce yourself as part veela, It isn't as though when i meet someone new i say Hello i'm tara, i am muggle born" she said smiling at the idea of it. "that will be just asking for trouble. but most people can usually guess after a while." she said. she was pretty sure that his blood wasn't the reason why she felt so different around him. and even if it was she it didn't matter, besides looks hardly factored in to the reasons why she liked him. she looked at him and decided that he did look amazing.

Dymetris could here the content in Tara voice and it told him a whole lot of how she really felt about the whole veela blood thing. "I know but I always feel the need to tell someone if they hadn't figure it out yet" in this case she had already. he knew she was smart enough than what her age told him. He smile at that, he held her a little more closer than a few seconds ago. "Good than you won't mind knowing also that I'm afraid of heights" he step back with her, his arms pulling Tara with him.
"Something about the water crashing against the rocks that makes me afraid" he said, his words less heavy than the way they came out. "But thanks for understanding, some wizards don't approve at all. I don't blame them, I'm part veela and even the ones I see I feel you know drawn into them" he chuckle, remembering clearly the day he bought Kurro from the pet shop. The woman reminded him of his mother and it click like right away why he kept starring at her. He sense it but never said anything about it, she was nothing but a unique stranger after that.

Tara nodded, she sort of understood what Dymetris meant. she hadn't worked it out before, but now she sort or realised what it meant. she leaned in closer to her and gave him a quick kiss. the next bit of news came as a lot less of a surprise. she had already noticed that he had become a little nervous as they had acceded the path. "I was wondering if you were affected by other veela" she said as they arrived at a large flat pice of grass. hidden around the back of the castle, between the north and astronomy towers. It was usually quiet because not many people wanted to walk up the path. from the grass it was easy to forget that they were high up. "I discovered this place over the holidays." she said. the view was stunning the sea, and the forest. she leaned in closer to him and put her arm around him, to her he was still Dymetris, regardless of what else he was.

Dymetris kiss Tara back. his smile widen at the felt of her kiss always filled him up with glee. "They do effect me, but your beauty blows my mind than any of them put together" he blushed. He look down his eyes fell from the blush and his strong feeling he felt about her. And how they were different. He followed her to a more private area, it was okay form him to look up now. "Nice, were you alone the entire time? he ask. he was holding her hand the entire time, he sat right besides her when they sauntered right into the flat plains of the green grass. This part less irritating than the grass right in front of the school. He set the parcel right besides them, the gift stayed shelter away from damage. He couldn't wait to try it on later, it be the first thing he do when he got to his dorm. Hus dreads were tied up, so he had no desire to let them down just to try on a hate. "I feel really bad for leaving you here over the holiday, my parents wouldn't allow me to stay" he bit down his small lips.

Tara felt her whole face heat up when Dymetris said that she was beautiful. she buried her head in his chest and hoped that he wouldn't see the blush. "I had best not take you to india then" she said joking. she hugged him again, glad she could spend some time with him. "there were quite a few people around, and it was nice to have some time without work so i could get some pictures done." she said. she ran her fingers along one of his dreads. she liked the feel of it, and hoped he didn't mind. "there is no need to feel bad. i had a good holiday, but i'm glad that you are back" she said. smiling up at him, he really was very good looking. "there is no need to look so concerned, it is a beautiful day and there are still f few days until classes start. she said. she always saw the good things in life, she was a little naive that way but she didn't know any different, except for some of the adults but she was still to young to worry about such serious things.

Dymetris arms fell over her shoulder, they were almost equal in size. Except he felt taller and more stronger since he came back from the vacation. His arms were more lean and his face grew more into young adult face. he still had the attraction of someone so very young, like his mom, it will never go away. Cupping his hand together around her back, he kiss down her forehead than her nose. She seem a little different, he did not notice it right away, but he saw it now. It was her hair or something that change Tara. She was still beautiful, however he could not for his life sakes figure out what was different about his little girlfriend.

"Yeah your right, I'm glad you had some company" he lean back, flexing his elbow so that her head could still rest on his chest and now his body was the one giving her support. That's when you can like really tell he grew a little more. Tara was small but Dymetris felt like he could carry her anytime, it must be a boy thing. You grow a few inches or two and you feel like you can conquer the world. "But about your parents, I think you should tell them. I feel like were lying to them" he said to her in a low voice. Even than he felt like it was wrong and that he would have to tell his parents soon enough too. It went both ways from here, step he would wait for a while to take but eventually it has to come out.

Tara felt dymetris'sarms wrap around her shoulders, he felt a little taller than he was before, it suited him. "yes my holiday was pretty good, what did you do over the break?" she asked him. wondering what families in new zealand did for the holidays. she closed her eyes and sat comfortably for a few minutes. then the conversation moved back to her family. "I would rather not spoil the day by talking about my family. but lets get it sorted. how about if i tell them next time I see them, as i don't think that it will fit into a letter very well." she said hoping that she could wait until the next holidays before, she needed to spill the beans. she had never lied to her family before or kept secrets from them but she wanted to enjoy her relationship and she knew that as soon as her family heard wind that she was dating someone who wasn't indian they would be out in force and knowing her family she would be engaged within a year. she shook her head to clear this thought from her mind. she then leaned into Dymetris again feeling safe in his arms. she looked up at him and kissed him lightly on the cheek.

Dymetris ignore the question about his break, he w ent back to really wanting to discuss their situation together. "I don't want to feel like it's a lie you know, between me and you. I thought about it the entire time I was away. I tried telling my aunt, because they know of a girl but I think they have that wrong impression it was someone else" that someone else being Isabella, his first real crush on a girl that had move not to faraway from Dymetris, but he hadn't seen her in a while, nor did she wrote or any contact came between the two old friends. It's like she forgot about him or something, he felt guilty that he had forgot about her a little. She was still a friend and his aunt thinking it was Isabella would make their secret worst.

"How do you feel about it anyways? Are you afraid cause we can go to India next break together and I'll tell them with you? I'm afraid but not afraid to tell them" he said absorbing each word he spoke to heart. His heart was rising and his face felt hot. He could tell from the nervous twitch how it would feel when he met her family, bit it was all worth it! He wanted to be happy with her and if she felt the same way she would agree to it too!

Tara frowned. she hated this topic and didn't know why Dymetris was pressing it. "Its not a lie, and if our families know or not wont change that." she said trying to reassure him that there was nothing to feel guilty about. it wasn't that she wanted to keep their relationship favourite but she knew what the indian customs were like and she didn't want to have to marry before she was of age.
when Dymetris offered to go to india to tell them with her she was shocked. "No i think that it would be better if i did that alone. i am not afraid to tell them, that is not the problem, if that was the only issue then they would have known ages ago. the problem is that as soon as they know they will know that i am old enough to be in a relationship then i must be old enough to marry. which i don't want to do." she said feeling her voice catch at the end.

"Tara" he sighed frustrated."That's not fair for me or you! I feel like so stupid to think I can have a real relationship with you" he said hurting a little inside. "How can your parents just decide who you want to be with? I mean it will come as a shock for mines but I know they'll learn to accept us." he pull her chin up to see that she was listening. "How do you know if that's what you really want? I don't get it, If it was like that, than why did we try?" he asked in a more serious voice.
