Alex began to walk down the main street of Obsidian harbour, it was a packed little town bustling with people, who where running frantic trying to get everything they could get their hands on. His brand new clean Nike runners glistening in the sunlight among with the rest of his clothes, that where all black, and all Nike. He was caught up in his own little world as he walked, but managed not to barge into anyone just of yet. His hands shaking as he walked, he felt like someone was watching him, but it was probably just his nerves overreacting as they usually done. He reached the end of the road and decided that he would turn back and walk back the way he came, nothing really stood out to him.

He crossed to the other side and started looking at the Brooms, some where really good, but none compared to the broom he had. One of the fastest stock production brooms ever made. He looked away from the window and across the road at a little goblin, carrying a large bag of galleons, he was probably half the size of the bag, which made it look a little comical. The next minute something pushed into him and he was on the ground.

The Holidays could be more of a pain in the backside than they were worth. By the middle of December, Estrella was left to drown in gifts and invitations. It was much easier to sink than stay afloat. A frenzy of weekend shoppers would surely strip Obsidian Harbor to the bone. Estrella was a part of the mess, wishing that she could just be in and out of Obsidian Harbor. Olivia was leashed to her wrist, providing a measure of security for the young mother. She'd taken her first child with to give Jaken a break from the little tyrant. While normally Estrella would have gone alone, she figured it would be good for the twenty-month-old girl to burn off energy.

The woman was balancing presents and tugging her daughter along when there was an accident just feet away. "Uh oh!" Olivia exclaimed, staring at a man who had been knocked to the ground. A blonde, pudgy, middle-aged witch, not watching where she was going, had smacked right into a young man. Mumbling an apology, the offender walked off without another word. How rude, Estrella thought, shooting the lady a look of indignation before approaching the man. Estrella charmed the boxes to hover about her. Extending a hand to the stranger, the former Ravenclaw inquired, "Are you going to be all right?"

Alex watched as the person who had pushed him walked away without even glancing back at him, if only he could get up he would tear her to shreds. He noticed that another women walked over and extended her hand out t him to help him up off the ground. He used that opportunity to get to his feet by taking her hand. His gigantic figure arose to his feet and with a smile he brushed himself off. " Thank you." He said graciously with a forced smile.

"at Least some people around here have manners." He said harshly as he looked his kind helper over.

Estrella nodded and looked over her shoulder. The lady had disappeared. Having learned at a young age that people were resistant to change, whether good or bad, the former Ravenclaw decided not to worry too much about the incident. In order to combat impolite society, she would raise her children to be the opposite. Merlin knew the world could do with people who had at least a basic understanding of kindness and courtesy.

The woman wasn't sure if the stranger had gone to school with her or not. In her last years as Head Girl, there were so many students that she had hardly been able to keep track of those in her own class. "I'm Estrella," she began, giving him her hand in proper greeting this time, "And this here is Olivia." The toddler tugged at her leash, attempting to escape. A bit of magic and Velcro was quite child-proof. "Did you attend Hogwarts?" Estrella inquired, "The school here, I mean."
