Ostensia yawned, fighting back heavy eyelids in an attempt to wake up. As much as she loved the idea of sleeping on her days off, she hated wasting the day away. At times it felt like her life was going by too quickly. Finally deciding to take the leap and pull her butt out of bed, Ostensia stretched and carefully, as not to wake Damian up crawled out of bed. He always looked so sweet when sleeping, it was often hard not to want to cuddle him rather than get up and begin the day. However, the growling in Ostensia's stomach brought to attention the fact that if she didn't eat something soon, her stomach would likely wake him up before she even had the chance. The blonde stumbled into the kitchen, attempting to rub some of the sleep from her eyes. As she approached the fridge, she took out a carton of eggs, hash browns, and bacon. Damian would probably like some breakfast as well.
When Ostensia finished cooking, she set the food on a couple of plates and set them on the table before wandering back into the bedroom to wake up her dear husband. Ostensia carefully sat on the edge of the bed and leaned over so she could linger by his cheek. "Wake up sleepy head." Ostensia kissed his cheek softly. "I made breakfast." Surely the mention of food would get him up and going. Even though she was sure it would be met with the same results as the last hundred times she had asked, she was hoping to bring up the subject of kids to Damian again. Ostensia had been hoping to have a baby the past couple of years, but Damian continuously had told her that he wasn't ready. Ostensia respected that of course, but that didn't stop her from checking in every couple of months to see if he had changed his mind.
