Despite being the baby of his family he has always been mature for his age. Growing up with four older brother's he got used to chaos very quickly and is very good at keeping a level head in almost every situation. Dominic has a sunny disposition and it is hard to really get his mood down, but once his feelings do get hurt it is harder for him to bounce back. He loves to listen to people talk and help them out when he can by being a shoulder to cry on or just someone to vent frustrations too. He can feel like he's under a lot of pressure sometimes as everyone's rock, to the point where he doesn't always know how to ask for help when he needs it and can be blind to problems when he's too close to them.

Dominic's parent's got married young and settled in Arizona to start their family. His mother is a teacher and runs a daycare out of their house during the summer, and his father owns a small gift shop in the artsy part of town. While magic doesn't run in either of their family's, his parents still ended up with five magical children. All of which have gone and graduated from Ilvermorny.
