"Please don't tell me he invited you to graduation," Ai said as she pulled Elio out of the Great Hall. They hadn't managed to speak when they first saw each other inside because of the Ceremony but it would have been especially idiotic and cruel of her son to invite his boyfriend to Graduation when he wasn't even allowed to be in Graduation.

"No he didn't, and I'm pissed off about it. Bailey invited me. Because she's a good friend. My boyfriend is a bloody idiot." He said, pouting in that way he did when he didn't get things to go his way. Ai was not as used to it as Mikael was, but it definitely wasn't new to her. "Can I slap him?"

Ai couldn't help but pinch the bridge of her nose. "Did he not tell you that he wasn't allowed to be in Graduation?" she sighed. She had her doubts that Mikael would have even mentioned it to her. The only reason that she and Liam knew was because she'd gotten notice from the Headmaster himself about the accident that her son had gotten himself into. "And yes, you can slap him."

"He hasn't said a word to me, but I shouldn't be surprised since this is normal for him these days." Elio said, frowning as he looked out for his not here boyfriend. He'd been looking forward to seeing him graduate... among some other things here, but it didn't feel right to go into that right now. "Good, I'm going to slap him."​

Mikael left the dorm after his nap, telling Horror that he had to at least show his face to his parents when the Ceremony was over because he'd been told that they would both be there. He didn't know what for since he wouldn't be able to come home until the next day anyway.

He'd obviously looked like he'd just gotten out of bed when he spotted Elio and his parents outside the Great Hall. "Elio. Father. Mother." He was just a little bit confused about Elio's presence in the school, perhaps Bailey invited him?

Elio spotted Mikael as he came from the dorms, he was beyond angry, he looked like he'd basically just woken up or something. That d*ck. And then to just greet him like that so casually? Really? Not even a hi baby, or a what's up? Not even a letter to tell him there was no point in coming to the ceremony because he wasn't going to be there? He supposed the lack of invitation might have been the reason, but he'd also figured maybe he and Bailey had spoken and that was why. So he could see both. Sometimes the school was strict with how many people could go to graduation. But no, none of that was happening, all that was happening was Mikael just being Mikael. Elio frowned and slapped Mikael when he got close enough. Not hard, never hard, but he hoped it got his point across before he wrapped his arms around Mikael's neck and pulled him into a hug.

"You-," she was just about ready to tear her son a new one for showing up after having clearly just gotten out of bed instead of being repentant for his actions. But Elio had gotten there first—to be fair, she did say Elio could slap him. And that was a pretty good slap. And there was boisterous laughter off to the side—courtesy of their other son. Ai sighed and headed for Tiziano who was clutching his stomach as he laughed loudly. "We will deal with this later," she snapped at Mikael. Technically, she had planned to deal with him now, but that was before she found out that Elio would be in the school to attend Graduation.​

The slap wasn't entirely a shock, he supposed. And perhaps a little well-deserved, considering he hadn't told anyone that he wasn't allowed to be in Graduation. He'd only just shown up after the Ceremony was over to meet his parents outside the Great Hall, and maybe congratulate Hinata and Bailey. Not that they need it. Elio being present was more of a shock than the slap was, he supposed. "Ow," he said blandly before wrapping an arm around Elio's waist and breathing him in. He pressed a kiss on his cheek, close to his ear, and whispered, "I've missed you too."

Elio would have been more than a little upset if Mikael hadn't missed him - what would have been the point of missing him if he hadn't been missed in return?! Still, he turned his face to kiss Kael gently on the lips before looking over Kael's shoulder into the great hall where Ai had disappeared to. He moved his hands to hold Kael's and grinned. "Come on, let's go have one last tour, old times sake?" Maybe he could even convince Kael to carry him up the stairs and everything. So he dragged Mikael behind him as he raced up the stairs and headed towards the corridors.
