Now Abbigale only had six students left. She had organised all of this yesterday and so she was lucky that everyone had agreed, of course the students themselves hadn't but what more was she supposed to do, she wasn't just going to ask them, she didn't care what they thought, it was their own faults that they were now in this position. Abby wandered up from the Kitchens to the ground floor and then along to the courtyard. It had warmed up a little now and so the snow that had fallen, some of it ice, was now more of an icky sludge, she did not envy the boys she had entrusted with this one at all. Being the muggle studies professor, Abby often punished her students by making them do something the muggle way, often it caused said students to hate the subject, sometimes they gained a new respect and other times they just didn't care. All in all, Abby was usually pretty happy with the result anyway, because they all inadvertently learnt something anyway, so in the end she basically still won, even if they didn't actually know it, but it was not their victories she cared for.
Pointing at the current Head boy and the young Slytherin, Abby gestured for them to follow her into the courtyard. She walked into the centre and made sure that the other four left were staying put before she addressed the two in front of her. "Seeing as you are both on this detention from the flow over of what happened last year, and you are on detention because you both failed to alert a professor to what was happening, I deemed that it was your lack of strength and inability to work together that caused what happened, to happen." She had never actually found out who was responsible or who had done what, or what had actually happened; they had all clammed up about any of it the moment she had probed them for answers, even the ones she would have thought would have blabbed had stayed quiet and so she had been unable to discern who was innocent. So, because of this, even those she might have suspected of innocence were being punished, it was unfortunate, but she had warned them, obviously nobody wanted to point the finger at anyone else. "Shovel all of this ice and when you are finished, i'll be back to let you back out." She flicked her wand as she walked out and soon the boys would find that their job was going to be a little harder then they had anticipated.
