Ruby listened carefully to the answers to her question, taking a few notes as she did. They both had interesting points, and Ruby appreciated the different insights into ways to help those trying to enter the business world. Learning everything herself as she went had been a struggle, and helping others entering the market be prepared for the difficulties to come was important to her. She was surprised to hear another of her questions asked immediately, returning her quill to her parchment quickly. This was another question she had been especially concerned with. The staff she had inherited from her shop's previous owner would surely be moving on to greener pastures soon, and she had been contemplating how to go about hiring. There were certainly ages she would consider too young to work with food, but the thought of young students working in any business surprised her a little, and she wanted to know what direction the ministry might be moving on this issue. She took notes as Mrs. Holland spoke, finding herself agreeing with much of the woman's position. With Claudia's answer finished Ruby looked back up to the stage, eager to see what the other candidates had to say on this issue.
