[Aethlinde Arlett]

Aethlinde Arlett was not good in potions, but she had to admit that she had quite curiosity. They had not brewed a potion last year and last semester they had gotten the chance to brew, but that didn't really go over well for the Hufflepuff. And so, she wanted to go to the potions lab to be able to practice, hopefully, under the guidance of Professor Pendleton. When she got there however, there was not but a single person in the room that she could see. All that was there was a cauldron that was on a burner with something inside. Aethlinde could not, for the life of her, figure out what kind of potion it was. But the Hufflepuff worried as the burner was on and that could be dangerous. After debating with herself, she turned it off before going over to another table to try and practice her own potion. Hopefully the professor arrives soon. It was creepy being alone in the lab.

[Emilee Styx]

Emilee had taken some time aside from classes and other things to brew some potions in the lab. She liked the chance to have it to herself. No one else was in the lab and as she walked into the storeroom to find some more ingredients she heard the distinct sound of someone else entering the lab. She figured it was a professor, but she continued on in the storeroom anyway, she had permission to be here and if it was Professor Pendleton, well, she knew she was allowed to be here and she would simply tell him so. As she walked out of the storeroom however she noted that the bunsen burner was no longer on. But the allotted hour was not yet up! She immediately looked around and saw a younger girl sitting at a table with a cauldron. She immediately walked over there and slammed her hands on the table. "What do you think you are doing! My potion is ruined! Two days of work, all for nothing because snotty little first years can't keep out of the way!"
