Norton had been with April for a long while, but everyday felt like a new and exciting day with her. They had both changed and grown, they had both gotten careers, a place to live, been with each other through nights that were amazing and nights that sucked. When he overdid it on the evening and night shifts, and when the dancing hurt her feet. But they were older now and he knew it was time. He was ready for the next step of their relationship, and he felt like she was too. April was the most beautiful girl in the world to him and he wanted that forever really. Or for as long as she allowed it. The man had been working on this for a while, right after he'd bought a ring, and decided now was as good a time as any for them to finally do it. He knew she'd had a long day at her work but had gotten someone to guide her into the theatre room. He waited till he was sure that she was sat down. Of course a lot of work had gone into this, but he knew she was likely to find this more funny than anything.
