Brightstone Fire !
Witches and Wizards should be on high alert! So many arson fires are popping places randomly, and the arsonist with no clue left behind is getting away with this horrific crime. One shop suffered badly, Madam Puddiffot tea shop; encounter the damage of a blasting curse. Thankfully the current owner and her elderly mother, where able to get out before things got out of hand. Aurors responded immediately, by the time they got there, the culprit was gone. The shop owner refuses to comment, in fear of her elderly mother's safety. And what's left of the shop was torn down to be rebuilt again with bit a bigger establishment, all is not lost.
Hogwarts students who out and about should be cautious, matter of fact, professors should warn their students while they adventure out on Brightstone weekend field trip. We have to make sure all is safe around here, we don't want losing a life because of reckless mistakes commented an official auror from the ministry. Several of them are taking post around the village, patrolling the area day and night, to secure the safety of those residents who do live there. If you have any leads or hints to these crimes, we like anyone to step up and help us stop the arsonist. Even anonymous tips are welcome" quoted Leigh. They aren't sure, but they believe it is someone young no older than twenty and not acting alone.

Captured and Killed !
A few months back, ministry caught and imprisons Link Black for the crime of killing a muggel family seven years ago. He was born In Ireland, but an orphanage from the moment he enter this world. Sources have said Link Black never knew his parents. He was raised by many housing muggel family and eventually a few witches custody him. From than on, Ministry very own Raziel Black took in the boy, formally known as Woods took up his adoptive father's last name. He was educated in Hogwarts New Zealand, though left a few years in between to study at Drumstrang. I believe that's when he killed the poor muggel family, the Lynch's, didn't even spare the young ones. Poor souls" said Hayes from the ministry of Ireland, they have work several time with New Zealand, And a son of an auror, you just always think otherwise" commented Molony , he too was working on solving this cold case.
A trial that lasted a week took place in New Zealand; the jury reached their verdict the minute they step out of the room. He was to be killed, by a dementor kiss the process didn't happen right away. He was connected to several crimes besides this one; they wanted to be sure every one of them was solved. He also associated with death eaters, the night he was caught, a man who went by the name Anthony Warlock, was killed by Doyle, official auror who suspected the two were acting rather suspicious when she went on patrolling Bleak Street. That followed Link Black's arrest; he was announced dead last week. The dementor kiss was schedule, therefore it happens and that's the end of another tragedy. We like that be enough for the Lynch's memory, sadly it never is.

Ministry Madness
As we all know, our Minister (or Ministress) for Magic, Miss Seraphine Snow, has been running the Ministry with an iron fist, ensuring equality for the sake of all of the children, and her focus seems to be the younger generation. That is a great thing, no doubt. They are our futures. We have noticed that Miss Seraphine seems to have a son, but no one in the Ministry is telling who the father is, or what the name of the child is. However when asked, Seraphine just smiles and brushes off the questions. The Ministry seems to be buzzing with activity now that the meetings have been held. The Aurors are doing a fabulous job keeping the peace, with no killings in some time, none by Dark Wizards as far as we know.
Deputy Thomas Hensel, as most know, is the pure-blood supremest, however there is nothing Dark known about the man. We have investigated and found his record clean, as clean as one of his supposed relatives, Nicolas Hensel, the very Potions professor that works at Hogwarts New Zealand. Thomas Hensel is a quiet one, but he and Seraphine make one heck of a team while running the ministry. Once we get the inside scoop on how close Thomas and Seraphine are, we will let you all know! Seraphine seems to have Thomas summoned a lot into her office, from what one ministry official told us.

World News
Europe is as busy as ever, and from what we have gathered, they will be rebuilding some new buildings as an arsonist seems to have returned, however his or her identity is unknown. One family, with one survivor has managed to survive the blazing flames however he seemed a little too distraught to speak of this. Not that one could blame him. Losing a family is a hard tragedy to go through and no one wants to live through that. On brighter news, there seems to be excitement bubbling in the air in France. Could be summer, or it could be the fact that with summer coming, school is ending and people take trips over to that fantastic place! Be warned, however, as last year, there seemed to have been a war taken place in one of the larger mansions, resulting in two deaths.
The Black Rose murderer seems to have vanished, so Europe can now live in peace. No news on her whereabouts. However there seems to be a hurricane heading toward Ireland, so everyone take care and use safety precautions. If anyone is injured, there is always Saint Mungo's to check people in. Now if you know people that were muggles, you know where to send them. Over in Russia, a dragon was released however thanks to their Ministry, no muggles had seen it, and no one was injured of that beast. A Ministry Official had to say this about the situation, "We had everything under control, and now the dragon is safe, as are the people." We will have more news on the surrounding countries here soon!

On the Rise: Death Eaters!
The biggest news today are the Death Eaters. With the Dark Lord, or You-Know-Who gone, his supporters seem to be getting larger! All around New Zealand, the Death Eaters were sighted in their usual attire, spreading fear and chaos through the hearts of many. While they did not do anything, a bystander once said, "They don't need to do anything, it is what they stand up for, and they are letting us know, they are still around! Where were the Aurors?" That is right, where were they and why had they not been captured? It was early in the morning, or were the Death Eaters out of there before the Aurors could get to them? The Death Eaters' numbers seem to be rising, and there is little hope for us all to be saved if they decided to attack. Let's hope those Aurors will read this and get those butts into action, and keep us safe!
Speaking of a few known Death Eaters, a local werewolf from what we gather, perished named Andromeda Fiorelli, a student from Hogwarts New Zealand. Her friends may now know what she is, and what she stood up for, however her memory still lives within us all. Maybe it was the prejudice against werewolves that drove her into that group, or was it the teachings of the school? In other news, one outstanding Death Eater named Antoine Snow is on the move. The Aurors in France said that he was heading to Iceland, however is that just an empty trial? Be on the lookout for this man, if you ever were to run into him. He is highly dangerous, and will stop at nothing to be safe from the authorities. He goes by many fake alias, and here are some of the following: Anton Shacklebolt, Burton Williams, Cillian Black, Vasily Ivanov and Septimus Weiss. If you hear of any of these names, or see this man, contact your local Ministry and Aurors immediately.

Quidditch
Translyvania seems to still be one of the foulest gamers out there with their fouler named Jarrett Vyhnal. Always getting penalties and everything for his moves and his mouth, don't even get me started on his mouth. However some have rumored to see this Beater have a heart, and give our loving party-er from another team named Astoria Snow a helping hand from time to time. How she can put up with him, no one knows. A fan of the two of the teams said, "They should never mix." However the seeker of Translyvania said, "Jarrett is not that bad, just don't piss him off." With their seeker, he seemed to be a talented young man, the young Durmstrang graduate. Will he lift the team's negative points? And will the Wasps sting another one of their rivals in their upcoming game?
On another note, remember our local team, the Thundelarra Thunderers? Their seeker, Dietrich Metzger, seemingly may need a break from the usual routines, having suffered a breakup from his partner Michael Drape. The team seems to be looking good right now. As do their rivals, Woolongong Warriors, and the news is in, one of their players had to take a maternity leave! We wish you luck with the little one! May we see him or her in Quidditch one day! Falmouth Falcons are looking as "foul" as ever, just kidding, but their team is shaking up especially with those beaters. As are the Holyhead Harpies and the Chudley Canons. Good luck teams, and make sure that everything is running smoothly!
