The next person on Rose's list of roses was a boy in one of the lower years. He was a Hufflepuff, and she had to ask quite a few people if they had seen him before she had any idea where he was. In the process, she learned how to pronounce his name. Rose made her way out on the great lawn, where someone said they had seen the kid. She then approached the first boy around the right age, hoping it was the correct one. "Hey, are you Aonghas by any chance?" She asked him.

Aonghas had been somewhat bitter about the rose giving, he'd sent one out, but he knew that he was unlikely to get anything back. Since Aonghas hadn't tried much with his friends and without his brother's sympathy rose. The declarations of love with the roses felt rather false to him, knowing that his future was unlikely to have that. He was surprised when an older student walked up to him and asked if he was Aonghas. "Aye?" he replied with a little confusion in his tone, "Can ah help ye?" the boy asked, though he could figure out what the girl wanted if he really thought about it, the boy didn't expect that he'd get anything so his mind had just not fathomed it an option.

Rose smiled at the boy as he confirmed he was indeed Aonghas. She was glad she had found him. "Good!" She said brightly. "Because I have a delivery here for Aonghas Fergusson, and if that's you I have a beautiful rose for you." She said, pulling the yellow rose out of her basket before handing it over to him. "Here you go, Happy Valentine's day!"

From one pure to another.
~ Katia

Aonghas hadn't expected a rose, but he took it from the older girl and held it lightly in his hands. He took the note and opened it, finding a little smirk appear on his face. he should've sent one to her too. Katia. He liked her, she understood far more than any of the other kids could. She knew what he faced because she likely faced it too. "Ta," he thanked the girl who'd delivered the rose, getting to his feet and deciding he might as well seek Katia out, he made sure he took the rose and the note with him.
