Open Confetti of Love

Samantha had made her way to the Valentine's Dance. She wasn't sure if Ren was going to be there, however, the Hufflepuff wanted to have some fun tonight. She knew that her brother was going on a date, which she had found adorable, and also noticed that her cousin had decided to stand out like he always did with his date. Samantha hadn't dressed up too much for the occasion but nice enough in which she looked presentable. Samantha walked into the Great Hall and had made her way to the food table, picked up a few snacks and finger foods, as well as a cup of punch, before making her way to a table a took a seat. She had always loved Valentine's Day. Love being in the air, whether it was spending time with your friends or with your partner, Valentine's Day was always fun. Samantha sat in her seat, taking a couple of sips of her drink, as well as looking around the room. Smiling and waving to the people she knew, as well as looking at the dance floor considering if she wanted to dance or not.

Ren had been passed out on the couch most of the day. He had been up too long the night before and he'd been asleep since early that morning. He yawned lightly, jogging down to the ball. His hair was a bit of a mess, but he didn't mind. He looked through the room before finding his girlfriend. He smiled and walked over, slipping up behind her and leaning in. "Hey, beautiful," he whispered.
