Come on Over

When Kiera said that she'd never let Cynthia know how much she'd actually helped her and James, Cyndi nodded and smiled. "I could just imagine the look on Cynthia's face if she heard something like that. I doubt she'd know how to deal with someone thanking her and not trying to curse her out" she laughed.

As Kiera teased her about finally coming around to James, Cyndi smiled sheepishly. "I guess I was maybe, just a little hard on him." She shrugged her shoulder in apology. "I was just looking out for you to make sure he wasn't trying anything funny...I mean he did have that rep." Cyndi had been rather cold to the guy and couldn't even remember having spoken to him until Kiera began dating him even though the two were in the same year and in the same house. Now though, he'd earned her respect which meant he had her loyalty, and whether he liked it or not she'd be concerned about anything concerning him in the same way that she would for Kiera and her other friends.
