It was finally that time when Anna's tarot deck wasn't anywhere near her, she still counted this time as too cold to actually do something real outside, and also sorting out cards was extremely uncomfortable with gloves on. So she was just literally some manga she hadn't read before and she was literally still in her winter clothes because she almost always got sick in the spring. However, she still chose to stay outside just because there were fewer people and fewer chances to get involved in any troubles. And more chances to be able to just read her book.
