Jaden sat at the edge of her table. Last night had been the worst she ever encounter since her days back at Hogwarts started. It had been just a dream but still she felt a little fighten when she woke up in a panic during the middle of the night: Clowns all round her poking fun of her light creamy scars that splatter across her delicate face. They didn't seem so normal, they weren't the type of clowns that you saw at the circus. They weren't performing instead they mock her, even torture her as she laid helpless trying to defend herself with her little bitty wand that hardly did any good in that dream. She saw nothing but darkness take over as the clown did everything
they could to make her cried. At one point she even saw her little sister Leslie, her adopted one. The bond hadn't grown between the both of them but when they touch her with a killing curse that's when she woke up in tears.

Her only source of comfort came from Miss Scarletta. Her now fully grown cat that purred, caressing the side of her arm. It had been warming, warming enough to fall asleep again. But now all she could do was think about that dream. She held her arms closed inside, caving inside her chest. She didn't even had the appetite to eat anything. No kind of food would stay down if all she could think about were those killing clowns again. Jaden squeeze her eyes tight, praying for those thoughts to go away. It wasn't till she felt someone looking at her, did she release them open to let out a small sigh.

Aroha had had an awful sleep. Having woken up early, feeling as if she hadn't even slept, the Gryffindor had shifted her cat off the bed and stood in front of the mirror, going through her morning 'ritual' of doubt and thoughts. Rather than brood, she took her potion, rammed her Gryfindor hat onto her cold head and wished, again, that she had hair. Although her treatment wasn't chemo, it still had a few side-effects. The fact that it was an experimental potion didn't phase her at all, all Aroha wanted was to be better again. She was now just waiting for Tess to send her a wig-- as soon as she found one nice enough.

Her stomach rumbled slightly, and Aroha smiled, noting that Immy was still asleep she crept out of the small dorm and down the stairs, then strolled all the way down to the great hall. She recognised a figure from her classes, and more importantly, from that time in Brightstone. "Jaden?" she asked, pulling the woolly hat further over her ears as she felt how cold the great hall was. "You right?" The little offhand question held more concern than it showed, as Aroha moved a little closer to the other girl.

Aroha had been the last person she wanted to see. "Hey Aroha" Jaden manage to avoid her for a whole year. A whole year of not wanting to hear thank you for sticking up for me. Jaden hadn't done it for Aroha benefits, but she guess now she couldn't avoid her any longer. "I'm okay, just a stomach ache" she fib a little. Jaden eyes look distant and null when she study Aroha just a bit. She notice something about Aroha, something was missing but she couldn't put herself to say it. Jaden may have look different as well, with the clouded pale eyes and the bleach spatter across her face. It had been only a year and they book look different. "Are you okay Aroha?" Jaden forgetting about the nightmare she had from the night before. It was unlike for Jaden to care but she was just a bit over protective of Aroha simply.
