It felt double to move to America and leave her father and siblings behind. Especially Giselle and Novalie. Novalie was still very young but she was taken care of. Giselle was an different story, although the girl was an adult now legally, she didn't behaved like it at all. She had been very angry at her younger sister, but also felt for her. Since she knew the pain of the girl, but Sofia had overcome it in her way and with help. But it was all guesses, since Giselle never spoke, or wanted to speak about it. The loss of their mother on very young age was not something easy to process. And they all dealt with it a different way. Gabriel was just living his life and following their mother in her footsteps as quidditch player, while Sofia and Giselle hated the sport more than anything. But all those things were Sofia had worried about longer than she could remember, she would leave behind here in New York city. The city of dreams, and that was why she moved here. It was time for her, and Sofia had made the decision to follow her own dreams. Since very young age already the blonde liked dancing, and she was now full commited to become an professional dancer. So where better than in America? She followed classes and done auditions for jobs to dance with artists or in shows. And Sofia actually liked being here.

Being away from Sweden and New Zealand was also strange. She had been settled now here for a while, and she didn't only thought of her family. But also one particular Norwegian boy stayed in her mind. Leif and her had been seeing eachother a few times and were dating before they both made an decision. Leif was now a Professor at the school they both went to, and Sofia was now here. She was scared of giving herself to one person, she hated being hurt or someone being taken away by something bad. But she could not ignore the fact that he did something with her. So she had to write him, figured it would be good to hear from him. The thought of him seeing other girls, made her jealous and she wondered if there were single professors who were going after him. She had to make sure that was not happening. The blonde walked into an coffee place in New York and decided to write an letter to Leif. So put some parchment in front of her and ordered a coffee.
