Andi loved Hogwarts so far. The castle was big and exciting, with so many secrets and hidden passageways and the grounds were equally as exciting however in an entirely different caliber. Andi wanted to spend more time exploring them for the sake of it and so she wouldn't miss a single thing. Even if it was a mushroom growing near a tree or a rotting log, she wanted to know about it. She knew her farmland back home like the back of her hand and didn't want to know anything less about the school grounds.

That afternoon she found herself on the edge of the forbidden forest, pursing her lips together, her hands buried in her pockets as she decided whether she should go in or stay outside. It was a hefty decision to make, considering she eventually had classes to attend and considering how awesome it would be to enter a forest with the word 'forbidden' in it's name. It was almost like the headmistress was trying to tempt her and the other students to go in because it really was tempting, in every way. Throwing caution to the wind and deciding life was too short to avoid the forest, Andi kicked the ground dismissively before crossing the treeline, running into the trees to see what the forest was all about and why it was so forbidden.

Aurelia had been enjoying her free time at Hogwarts exploring. The castle was a fantastic maze of corridors and classroom, but she had yet to explore much of the outside. Exiting the castle, she made her way across the grounds, enjoying the sunshine. Letting her feet take any direction that they choose, she ambled along.

Almost without really knowing it, Aurelia found herself skirting the edge of the forest that created the boundry of Hogwarts' grounds. Pausing, Aurelia looked around at the trees. It didn't seem any different to any of the other woods that she had been in before. They were usually the best places to explore. She always remembered the fort that her and Titus, her brother, had made a few years ago in a little patch of woods near their home. I wonder why its forbibben?

Continuing to walk along its edge for a while, she suddenly stopped as she rounded a little bend. Up ahead a short way she saw a girl about her age enter the tree line. She dithered for a moment before curiosity got the better of her. Looking at her watch she saw that there was still a little time before classes started. With that, she hurried to follow the girl.

"Hello?" She called, sure that the girl was only just ahead of her.

Andi was barely a few paces past the treeline when she heard a voice call out to her. At least she assumed it was her, having not seen anyone else nearby as she spent too long standing suspiciously outside the forest, pondering if she should go in. Hesitantly, Andi halted her steps and glanced over her shoulder, hoping the person wasn't a professor or even a student that might rat her out to a professor. Luckily all she saw was a girl who looked to be about her age. Sighing with relief, Andi turned around properly to face the girl.

Smiling, she said "What's up?", her tone of voice a little too casual than it should have been, considering she was breaking school rules and was caught in the midst of breaking said rules. But she assumed the girl was equally, if not more curious about the 'forbidden' forest than Andi was herself. Why else would she be on the outskirts of the forest in the first place? Andi wasn't against having a partner in crime for this forest expedition and would be glad if the girl joined her.

Lycus had always been looking forward to exploring the forest, he went to the forest nearby the lair of the Devils, yes the Jin Howards along with his mother. He remembered seeing the blood of a unicorn, it was nothing like a wizard's blood and it's smell was strong and unpleasant. Any forest is not safe especially if you can't cast any advance spells. Yet Lycus was persistent, he wanted to explore the nature around Hogwarts. He had heard so many stories about the forbidden forest near the castle. Centaurs, mermaids, unicorns, you name it. Hence he went there alone, enjoying his stroll with the voice of the nature. He liked being away from other people, it calmed him down and made him feel like home. The forbidden forest is exactly like home. The young boy stopped as he closed his eyes, feeling the wind against he smiled in his heart. Lycus walked toward the border of the forest and the lawn of the castle and sat on a rock. He opened his book and started to read it quietly. Not too long a girl came, Lycus examined her seeing if she would dare entering the woods. And right after that another girl came and talked to the other girl. Lycus sat quietly as he reopened his book and sighed.

Aurelia paused in front of the girl, noting the red on her uniform. Must be a Gryffindor. She didn't recognise her at least, so she knew that she wasn't one of her dorm mates.

Adjusting the bag on her shoulder, she smiled. "Hi. Not much." The Hufflepuff answered, glad that the girl didn't seem angry or anything for Aurelia just showing up. "Out for a stroll?"Sshe asked a little jokingly. Just strolling in the forbidden forest was, well, forbidden. She figured that this girl had to be as curious about the place as she was.

Andi was clearly caught red handed, sneaking into the forest to figure out for herself why it was so titled 'forbidden'. She brushed it off however, and continued to stand casually with a smile on her face hoping that the other girl, whoever she was, wouldn't make a big deal about the obvious rule breaking if Andi didn't make it a big deal either. She shrugged as the girl asked if she was going on a stroll, answering with a simple "Yeah, 'course." Then glancing over her shoulder to the forest behind her. She soon looked back to the girl and asked "Wanna join me?" to both be polite and hopefully have a partner for her expedition. Andi noticed a boy reading earlier but she ignored him as he was clearly engrossed in his book, this other girl who appeared to be a hufflepuff by her uniform seemed like much better company that could make this mission into the forbidden forest more worthwhile.

sorry this took so long!

Lycus couldn't help but to snort listening to the girls talking to each other. It seemed like the girls have never been into the forest before, worse magical forest, at least that's what he thought. Lycus wasn't sure if they came from magical family or not, one thing he was sure of; the forest holds many danger. Living in the deep heart of mount cook, Lycus learn the characteristic of the nature, he studied every path of the way and now, the forbidden forest. "Inexperienced are you?" Lycus was rude and he definitely had no idea how to treat other people with kindness and love. Normally people would just view the girls as curious, friendly explorers but Lycus was different. He placed his book on his laps as he glared at the girls flatly. "So what shall I tell mama when she contacts daily prophet tonight? Two dead bodies of Hogwarts students founded in the forbidden forest? Or Hogwarts is not safe enough to keep children off danger?" the Slytherin said in a monotone. Hopefully one day Lycus will learn how to trust other people so that he can at least have those who are fond of him just because he's friendly enough. But at the mean time, Lycus had no idea what it means to smile at other people. Yes is he proud and arrogant but his unpleasant behavior is caused mostly by his upbringing, mainly his parents.

Please dont kill me xD

Aurelia grinned at the girl. "Yeah sure." She could see from her uniform that she was a Gryffindor, they were supposed to be brave and such. That could be useful in an exploration. Especially in a magical forest. Besides, it would be nice to have company. "I'm Aurelia, by the way.

A sudden voice to the side made Aurelia jump. She turned to see a boy sat not too far from where they stood, glaring at them. She hadn't seen him when she had walked into the forest, and she mentally berated herself - being aware of your surroundings should be a given when exploring somewhere new.

Aurelia frowned and she turned to face him, arms crossed over her chest. "You don't have to be so rude. Yeah we've never been here before, but its not like we're going to be diving right into the middle, blackest part." She was a little confused about what the 'Daily Prophet' comment was, but 'two dead bodies' was perfectly clear. He thought they were idiots. "Anyway wouldn't that be three dead bodies? You're in here too. If it was that dangerous here they would have put a fence up. I don't recall stepping over one." She was being obstinate but she couldn't help herself. She didn't take well to rude, unfriendly people.

OOCOut of Character:
No worries Andi. And no killing here, I promise :p

Andi matched Aurelia's grin when she agreed to join her and quickly introduced herself in return. "I'm Andi." She refrained from moving her hands from her pockets for a handshake as she was more focused on exploring the forest than a proper introduction. After all, exploring the forest was the reason Andi was there that day and the reason she assumed Aurelia was also there. The gryffindor was about to turn around and finally begin her mission to explore when a boy piped up, speaking to both her and Aurelia in a patronizing tone, mentioning the daily prophet and the death of two students which to Andi was not only rude, but pointless.

The boy clearly had issues and Andi would have told him so if it weren't for Aurelia speaking up first. She nodded in agreement to what the other girl was saying and half turned back towards the deeper part of the forest, ignoring the boy as she said "C'mon Aurelia, let's go see what this forest is all about." Andi had no time for rude people and especially not for boys that assumed she was inexperienced in regards to exploring despite the fact she had lived on a farm with wilderness around her for her entire life. Magical or not, a forest was a forest and Andi didn't care what some irrelevant boy thought when she was sure of herself and sure that her new found company was trust worthy enough to also keep them out of harms way.

When one of the girls mentioned about the forbidden forest being fenced, Lycus definitely didn't see that coming. "Fenced?" It was an odd idea for Lycus for anything to be fenced. Nothing is fenced in Hogwarts except for care of magical creatures class where they want to keep the animals to all be in the same place and prevent them from running away. "Oh" He placed his book down and stood up, he knew who he was dealing with. "You must be the ceatures who are no better than a squib" What he meant was a muggleborn or any other mixed races. "The only fenced place in THIS part of the world is Azkaban, and that prison is fenced with raging water" he said in a calm under tone. Lycus wasn't the kind of boy who would shout at people, he hated the high pitched tone. "On your way to your death bed then, who knows the centaurs caught you and the hot tempered ones make a dinner out of you for their pets" He gestured for the girls to enter deeper into the forest.
