Meet Beatrice. She can't pronounce her surname. Bea is basically blonde, ditzy and happy-go-lucky. She wanders through life in her strange little daydream, and occasionally gets drunk, blah blah.
Bea has lived in Germany for most of her life, and is now being forced to live in New Zealand because her parents have died, and she is now the guardian of her three younger sisters.
Bea needs:
Friends (i.e, people who actually care about her)
Enemies (i.e, people who try to take advantage of her)
A Guy (i.e, possibly a one-night-stand if you wish. She will end up pregnant)
A Responsible Adult (i.e, someone to make sure that she hasn't forgotten about her little sisters)
PLOTS (i.e ANYTHING. If you have a plot that needs an extra person, Bea's your girl!)
