Ariel had spent the last couple of weeks in New Zealand while waiting for the first steps of her journey to Hogwarts New Zealand. She had been waiting for the day to come where she would be able to get her wand and get sorted into her house. Ariel had spent her first day here with a b***h of a girl named Eden Koshiba. She had first met her a few months back at the same place that she had met her this time, and both times she had had information that would change her life and how she saw her family. She had first learned that she was the sister of Chase, Alex, and Mikayla Blade. Now she knew that she was related to Lilith and Tohoru Koshiba. Also to an extension she would be related to Eden. Ariel was know sitting in a park in New Zealand, though, hoping to have some fun today before she would have to go home to her life of self-help. She hated living alone,it was probably the only thing that she couldn't stand about not knowing who her parents were. She preferred to live alone, rather then have to rely on someone else, but it was lonely.

For once, Aiden Douglass was excited for something that didn't have anything to do with Quidditch. Aiden was finally going to Hogwarts. He was incredibly excited to finally go to a place that was fully magical. There, he would be able to get away from his over-bearing mother, good-for-nothing sister and his dreadful father. He was able to have the freedom, the freedom that his father wouldn't let him have. He was probably going to get into trouble for even venturing from the house today. But Aiden couldn't handle staying at home for any longer. It was so boring, and having his sister around was even worse. He decided to discover the new world of New Zealand before being confined to the castle; the castle with Quidditch. Thinking back on previous thoughts, Aiden decided that Quidditch was definitely a contributing factor for being excited. He was furious when he discovered that First Years weren't allowed to play it; he didn't know how he was going to be able to survive his first year. Perhaps a few late nights out, he could sneak to the Quidditch pitch and ride on one of the brooms the school held.
Aiden sauntered into a park, not so far from home. Finally enjoying being outside, he headed to a bench, on which he would prep himself before going for a run around. Unfortunately for him, on it, sat a girl. Not too happy with her, Aiden stood in front of her with a frown on his face.
"I was going to sit there, but now I see it has your germs all over it." Aiden complained.

Ariel looked up as someone began to talk in the general vicinity of her. He also sounded like a dumb boy, someone who didn't know anything other then what they were told by the other stupid little boys around the muggle world. Maybe this guy was a muggle? Ariel wasn't really sure what to think of him at the moment, the first impression wasn't a very good one after all. One of the hings that Ariel relied on when meeting a person was the first impression, and this wasn't going to be to be something that she let happen without some serious reconsideration for the guy. "Germs? GERMS? ARE YOU SUGGESTING THAT I HAVE GERMS?" Ariel began, flaring up instantly. She hated it when people thought less of her just began she was a girl, it wasn't like being a member of the female sex was a disease. But she wasn't done yet. "MAYBE NEXT TIME, YOU'LL STOP AND THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY BEFORE YOU EVEN BEGIN TO THINK ABOUT THINKING ABOUT SAYING SOMETHING." Ariel was known for having a temper, and this kid was going to see the full force of it.

Aiden took a step back in surprise as the girl flared up. This was not something he was expecting, nor something he had seen before. Every kid that he moaned at, always did what he wanted. Aiden was used to getting his own way, as he often threw a tantrum if he didn't get it. But to have someone, who wasn't his father or mother, stand up to him, well that was a breath of fresh air. Aiden let out a snort of laughter, before covering his mouth in hopes she didn't hear it. But he couldn't help it; and to be honest he didn't really care. He removed his hand and let his laughter ring through the air, somewhat hoping it would get the girl more riled up, to see what else she had in her. It wasn't a nasty laugh, it was a genuine one. He cracked a smile at the girl as his laughter died down and ruffled his hair. "Awh, go on, learn to smile a bit girl. Your acting as if I called you a mudblood or something." Aiden let out. He realized what he had said, but didn't react, in hopes the girl would let the strange term go.

Ariel raised an eyebrow at this boy. First he had the nerve to say that she had germs, and then he decided to laugh a her when she was yelling at him. Did he want to live forever without the ability to get a girl pregnant? Ariel wasn't a cruel person, she just couldn't handle it when people made fun of her in any way. Ariel could see by the surprise that was evident on this kid that he wasn't used to not getting his way, and Ariel sure as hell wasn't going to start giving her her way now. She wasn't the kind of person who would go around giving spoilt brats their way with things, and she was starting to get angry again. "ARE YOU LAUGH-" She began, stopping when she noticed the grin on his face. He was joking with her. She didn't exactly find this funny, she would rather punch him then make friends at the moment. Although Ariel did enjoy a good joke, this kid would have to try harder if he wanted to make friends with him at the moment. She wasn't very fond of him at the moment. "Ariel. Ariel Blade." She stated, noting that he mentioned the word Mudblood. He was to be a wizard. "You going to be attending Hogwarts soon?" She asked, skipping over a few questions.

A smirk grew on Aiden's face as the girl fired up again. She seemed to have a terrible temper, but that just encouraged him more. He ruffled a hand through his hair, still smirking as the girl cooled down. Aiden had a feeling that if the two ever met up again, they would have a love-hate relationship. But he knew he wouldn't be able to keep up a relationship with a muggle; how would he explain where he went for a whole year, a place where the only communication with the outside world was via owl. No, this would be the only day Aiden would see this girl; after that, it would just be a funny memory.
Aiden nodded as the girl introduced herself. "Aiden Douglass." He replied, his voice still filled with laughter.
An inward sigh of relief passed through Aiden when Ariel didn't mention the phrase he let slip, but it was immediately followed by confusion. "You're going to Hogwarts?" He asked, dumbfounded. Perhaps he'd start the year with a friend after all.

Ariel raised her eyebrow at the name as he introduced himself. He'd never heard of him, and it wasn't all too surprising that he had never heard of the boy. Ariel didn't really get out all too much, and so she kept to herself and Aiden was the first guy that she had met in a long time. She hadn't even met any of her brothers, and since Alex had transferred out of Hogwarts it would be a lot harder for her to ever meet those brothers. She sighed inwardly at this, it was going to be a horrible life for her. What if, by the time that she was ready to be married, she still didn't have any contact with her family? What would happen then? She would have no relatives at her wedding, and if by some miracle they actually did turn up, she wouldn't know what they were even doing there, because she wouldn't know who they were or anything about them. Ariel raised an eyebrow. "Do I look like a muggle to you?" Ariel asked, a look in her eye that said; think carefully before answering that, all too well. Of course she was going to Hogwarts, and it would only be a matter of time before she was actually sorted, a fact that made her so much more happier then she would be if she wasn't getting sorted at all. She couldn't wait to go to Hogwarts. "Of course I'm going to Hogwarts!" Ariel said, glaring at the boy. "You can't get away from me that easily." She said, sticking her tongue out at the boy.
