Ever since Kei Arai agreed to date Archie, he had a hard time accepting that this was actually something that he should do. While running from his temporary home while Rei was at Yunas and taking care of her, Kei was away trying to get some thoughts within him. He was trying to make since of how he felt, since he was seeing Tamsin from time to time, while seeing Archie. It was strange because he was not doing anything with Tamsin, while he was kissing Archie. It felt right, but he also felt like he needed to end up with a female because he needed to fulfill the pure-blood destiny. Despite fighting against his mothers wishes, he was still installed with that duty. That was one of the main reasons why he wanted to have Tamsin at his side. Kei also did not want to be alone in case he had to go through something, and in case he was not really attracted to Archie. He could not help but have a backup just in case.
This was why Kei found himself at a bar, but not just any bar, but a gay bar. Kei walked through the crowd, finding himself seated at the bar. He asked for a tall glass of firewhiskey, and took a sip. He looked around at the crowd while his blue hair fell in his face, hiding him almost like a shield. He knew that none of his family would even try to find him here, and he felt safe. Kei sipped the amber liquid as it burned down his throat. He had a lot to think about, but for now, he wanted to just drink until he could not drink any more. He set it down, and didn't speak to anyone around him. He did not really notice anyone anyway. He was not looking. Kei looked at the bar tender, while listening to the music. It was peaceful, despite being bouncy and demanding people to come along and dance.
