Orwell really can't get caught organising another protest xD but he'll help Veronica in organising and he would come show solidarity.

Veronica definitely wouldn't want him getting into trouble either, and it's really only the Gryffindors who are in danger of trouble xD she'd make sure Orwell wasn't caught, well try.
