If it was one thing that Havoc Zhefarovich would never understand, it was how his brother could be so reckless. How he could do such a thing. That was why the older twin made his way across the lawns to see the scene of the crime. Havoc eventually found himself at the tree. It was burned. Scarred. Much like the boy that was almost killed. Havoc seen the boy recently, and Havoc could tell that the boy was not going to bounce back. How could he? Havoc looked up and down the tree. It held all the memories of what happened that faithful night. He reached out and touched the tree with his bare hand. He closed his purple eyes before breathing in the crisp air. "Brother, why did you do this?" muttered Havoc in Bulgarian. Chaos was gone now. If Havoc had not given up on his brother, perhaps he would still be here. Perhaps he would be still his other half. The part that needed a short leash and a logical mind. Right now, Havoc was not wearing his Gryffindor house robes. He could easily be mistaken for Chaos. That might not have been the best idea due to Logan's faction lurking around.

Avoiding the Great Hall and any other space occupied by Scarlet Joussane was going to be difficult, but Emily was determined. She didn't know how she was going to convince the older girl and so she had really all but given up. There was little point trying anymore. With a sigh as she walked out of her commonroom, ensuring to avoid most of her housemates as she went, Emily made sure she was not seen by any professors as she made her way to the Forbidden Forest. She had to see for herself, had to see the place where Logan had been hurt. The Forbidden Forest made sense, no-one ever went there and they weren't likely to be disturbed. Still, the place had always given her the creeps and she'd specifically told her mother she wouldn't go there. She supposed she was a liar now too. However as she approached she realised that another person was already there. The tree he was looking at was burnt, was this the one? She was about to turn back when the snapping of a branch alerted her presence. "I thought I'd be alone out here." She said, looking around to see if anyone else was around.

As soon as Havoc heard a voice, he quickly found the source of it. He knew this girl. She was a year ahead of him, and one of those that guarded Logan like some sort of hound dog. It was almost infuriating that it was because of Logan that Chaos was expelled. Chaos should have been more of a logical thinker. He looked toward the girl, and his normal, warm face was replaced by a vacant one. It was almost eerie. Why was she out here. She thought that she would be alone. "Well, you aren't alone," said Havoc, as he spoke once more in Bulgarian. He looked down for a moment, before correcting himself to English, "Well, you aren't." Havoc did not have his wand out or anything, but he kept his eyes on the girl. He heard the fight in the Great Hall. Well, he heard of it. Word spread, after all. Scarlet was a girl that kept standing up for Chaos, which was beyond him. Chaos could barely attach himself to anyone except Havoc. He was not very happy right now though. Who else would be if they lost their brother, so to speak? Folding his arms across his chest, he leaned against the burned tree.

"Shouldn't you be protecting that little cub that was almost roasted alive?" Havoc spoke as though he was talking about some sort of meat. Havoc stared at the girl, knowing his words were somewhat callous. What could be expected. He was irritable right now. Havoc raised an eyebrow as he waited for her response. Surely, she should be running off now, and not seeing what was almost done.

Emily flinched for a moment when the person turned to face her. For a moment she had taken him for Chaos Zhefarovich, but one look at his robes put her at ease. Clearly this was his twin, though she didn't know his name. She only really knew Chaos because he was on the quidditch team and in her house, this boy was unfamiliar to her. The look on his face though was kind of creepy and Emily made sure to stay a good three or so metres away from him. She didn't know anything about this guy, but he was clearly related to Chaos, no telling what he could do. He answered her, rather sarcastically, though the first few words she didn't understand and Emily rolled her eyes a little. "I can see that. I'm not blind." She crossed her arms however as he spoke again, this time insultingly about Logan. Emily had enough of people attempting to take Chaos' side. He was an attempted murderer and he got a lot less than he deserved as far as she was concerned. "He's probably in his dorm, I'll take him muffins later. Not that you even care."

This boy was a Gryffindor, he could get to Logan, she was going to make sure that her friends were on the look out for him. He couldn't be too hard to spot, everyone knew who Chaos Zhefarovich was now. "I... just needed to see it. Why do you even care?" She asked, looking past him at the charcoal tree.

It was visibly noticeable when this girl flinched when she got a good look at Havoc. Perhaps she confused him for Chaos. One had a controlled look always, and the other looked just crazy all the time. That was never a way to look. It would be easy to tell who did what then. Still, why was this girl near this tree? Surely, her friend's back was proof enough. Havoc looked her up and down once, and knowing she was in Hufflepuff, wondered what she was doing with someone that was surrounded by his own house. Yet, Havoc seemed to bare no emotions as of yet. He chose to be silent, calculating. It was the least he was able to do for the time being. She stated that she was not blind. He shrugged his shoulders before he murmured, "Never said you were handicapped." The Gryffindor combed his fingers through his hair, his purple eyes upon the Hufflepuff, curious as to what was so important about that lowly cub.

"You are right. I don't really care for that boy. His safety isn't my priority," Havoc said, in a monotone voice. His safety was no concern for Havoc. He would not be surprised if many others felt the same way he did. However, when it came down to his brother, then it was different. She just needed to see it. The event where it all happened. "I came here because it was my younger, twin brother that brought this upon himself. However, seeing as he is my brother..." Havoc faded off, shrugging his shoulders once more. "However, if you wanted to see it, you can tell a story by the scars."

This person freaked Emily out, there was no other way to say it. He was almost as freaky as his brother, actually, more so, because Chaos was always loud and visible, whereas she couldn't half tell what this boy was thinking, if he was thinking anything at all. It was... eerie. She knew that this was not Chaos, but it did not stop the feelings of fear or dread hanging over her. If it were visible it would surely be one of those black clouds like in those muggle cartoons. Emily didn't want to be here any longer than she had to be. Though what he was saying and how he spoke was upsetting her, she just wanted to do what she came here to do and then leave. "You should care... your brother might go to prison for this..." Was it wise to tell the boy what she was certain would happen. Surely he already knew, but was it the smart thing to remind him of such? She tentatively moved a little closer, to see the wounds inflicted on the tree. She could almost feel the fear here, but that was impossible. She didn't think she could ever truly understand the fear that Logan had felt. "Such a simple spell... yet so..." Why would they even teach a spell like that in school? Would this make them change the curriculum?

Havoc heard her say that he should care because his brother might go to prison for what happened. Havoc ignored her statement, saving it for later. Instead, he continued to listen to her say that it was such a simple spell, and while that was true, it was still devastating if used in the wrong hands. He uttered, "Anything can be used as a weapon, as long as you have the creative mind for it." Havoc thought over the plethora of spells that could be used as a weapon, and he believed it to be something that required a special mind to even think of. However, as she moved closer, he moved away slightly, keeping the distance the same. Havoc finally decided that this was the best time as any to speak about how he should care, and how his brother could be going to prison. "I don't care about the well-being of that Gryffindor boy. I know what could have come from my brother's actions. Yet, the only thing I care about was that he was sloppy. He should thought things through. The only thing he did wrong was that he was caught." Havoc should have been there with him. He would have guaranteed Chaos' success. But Havoc wanted to let the rabid dog run free. How foolish he had been. Chaos should have had a leash on him all year. Havoc neglected his brother.

Emily didn't like the tone of this boy's voice. She'd never had the misfortune of being alone with Chaos Zhefarovich, but she was beginning to think she might have been safer with him than she was with his twin. Creative minds didn't often think of ways to make weapons out of things and yet that seemed to be what was being alluded to. Emily kind of wished she hadn't left the castle today. "Normal people don't talk like that." You had to be a special kind of person to creep people out and Emily was usually pretty comfortable around most people. She couldn't really say the same of this person. Though he was clearly a Gryffindor, she thought that maybe he'd been misplaced despite the assumption that the hat was never wrong. He spoke again and the tone and the words both sent unpleasant shivers down her spine. This was not the place she wanted to be right now and so as she stepped backwards in preparation to leave, she hit a rock, or a root or something and fell over backwards with a yelp.

Havoc finally cracked a smirk when she said that normal people don't talk like that. Did he look remotely normal? He was taller than average, and had purple colored eyes. Was she really expecting the twin brother of Chaos to be normal? He grew up with Chaos, knew all about him, what made him tick but only could not predict his next course of action. However, upon his own confession, she seemed to want to run. Havoc only gained pleasure as she seemed to be nothing but fearful of him. She also ended up tripping over something in the ground. Havoc saw this as an opportunity. He started to walk toward her, before kneeling down next to her, using his speed to do so before she could run. "For someone who protects that mudblood, do you have false bravery? How are you supposed to protect anyone when you run from words alone." Havoc stood up straight, before that smirk returned. Perhaps he would strike a nerve or two. Havoc cracked his knuckles, as he continued to stare down, almost like a lion on a wounded gazelle.

This was like every horror movie Emily had ever watched as a child. Yet she had still broken the cardinal rule of not falling over or walking backwards. She tried to scramble to her feet and out of the way before he got too close but was unsuccessful as he walked over to her, quickly and knelt beside her. Emily didn't think she'd ever been more scared in her life. She was pretty sure that he wouldn't hurt her, not after what happened to Chaos, but she couldn't be completely positive of that. She looked up at him unblinkingly as he spoke, biting her lip. He was right, in so many ways and Emily knew that. He stood up then and cracked his knuckles, continuing to stare at her. She licked her lip and scrabbled quickly to her feet, cutting her hands as she did so. They were minor cuts though and she'd done worse in the kitchen. "I..." There really wasn't much that she could say to that in her present condition, so she backed up a little more but refused to turn her back on him. Who knew what he would do if she did. He suddenly seemed so much taller than he already was. If she didn't know any better she would say he was channeling something beyond him. This wasn't Chaos at work, this was something vastly superior and it scared her more than Chaos could. She cast her eyes down. "Sorry I bothered you."

Seeing her fear, it was nothing short of pleasurable for the Gryffindor. Yet, the girl knew more magic than Havoc. She might have him beat on that, but he was stronger. He was bigger. He could squish her if he wanted. He did nothing but stare, watching as his words seemed to slice deeper and deeper into her skull. She would not protect that muggle-born for long. Havoc had plans for the boy. After all, he loved it when he could just affect people without getting his hands dirty. She did not even say anything. What was his words doing to her? Havoc snickered softly, just a little. It was not even audible. She finally broke eye contact as she apologized for bothering him. He smirked before a small sound escaped his lips, "Hmph." She was so small. A little ant to his magnifying glass. He shoved his hands into his pockets before he uttered darkly, "Know this. Be careful which of us you get in the way of. What happened to Logan is just child's play compared to what we can really do. And what happened to him will last a lifetime." Havoc smirked, suddenly looking very different compared to how he always carried himself before. Before he walked away, the dark look melting off as he left the girl alone. His work was done. The girl would not ever forget this for some time, despite Havoc not lifting a single finger.

If Emily had known this morning what she was going to run into today, she might very well have dropped out of the school just to prevent it. To be honest, she'd never expected this to come so far and she refused to look up at him as he spoke. He freaked her out more than she wanted him to know, though she doubted he'd not see it now. He spoke to her one last time, his words causing her to tense up where she was. It was like a cold chill ran through her as she spoke and she wondered if maybe she would be safer in the Forbidden Forest with all the dangerous creatures than going anywhere near him again. It was certainly tempting to find out, considering there was no way he didn't know about her outburst in the Great Hall. Emily swallowed as he walked away, her face still turned to the ground. She allowed several long minutes to elapse before finally daring to look up and over her shoulder to where he'd gone. Well, she would certainly not be leaving her dorm ever again, that was for sure. She quietly turned on her heel, shaking slightly as she did so and started the trek back to the castle. All thoughts of what had happened to Logan not long ago had left her mind. Now her only thought rested with that boy and what he could do to her.
