🌹 Rose Giving As red as can be

Tessaria was looking forward to rose delivering, despite it admittedly being tough for her the previous year as she barely knew the people she was delivering to. Fortunately, this year, she was slowly starting to become familiar with faces and names, and there was one name on her list that she remembered from the previous year. Tess thought however that she may as well join the rush of the rose deliveries in the great hall that morning. She looked around for a familiar head of dark hair at the Slytherin table. "Sayuri! Another rose for you!" she exclaimed, waving the red rose in the air.

After finding out about Eurydice's roses last year and sending her own ones this year, Sayuri didn't really hold much hope for things like this. Sure, hat's off to Hinata and Eli who were energetic enough to organize something like this but Sayuri didn't think that receiving a rose was now all it's cracked up to be. She was reading her History book when her name was yelled about in the Hall—ironically by someone who also delivered to her the previous year. "Again?" All she could think to say, unimpressed, but held her hand out to accept it anyway.​

Tessaria frowned a little as Sayuri didn't seem pleased to see her with another rose for her. Tess never received any roses for herself, and so she found it quite ungrateful for Sayuri to be reacting that way, especially as she was dedicating her whole day to the task. Pursing her lips, Tessaria held the red rose out to her, not daring to say another word as she didn't feel like starting an argument on quite possibly the busiest day of the year.
