The married life seemed to be a good life for someone like Kaelan Borisyuk. He loved his wife, he loved their kids, and he loved having that ring on his finger to let everyone know that he was a taken man. No one could ever try to take his heart. Although, considering who and what he was, he doubted that there were many out there that even wanted it. Kaelan also had to be a good healer, and provide potions and such for patients. What he did not really expect was to tend to someone that had a brain injury from Quidditch, and happened to be his sister-in-law. Kaelan learned sign language for this, from Kieran.
Thankfully, Kaelan was a fast learner and wanted to do well with Cassandra Styx. Head injuries were simple to treat in his opinion. Kaelan had a lot of experience with healing injuries because of his own personal fights with his oldest triplet. Killian could really cause some damage, even to his brothers. Kaelan knew how to defend himself, but he never fought professionally. With the purple robes barely on his shoulders, he finished up Cassandra's potions. He dismissed her with her weekly potions and signed to her that he would see her again next week. One of the other workers motioned for Kaelan to get to another patient. He looked over the chart, and saw the notes.
Another deaf kid. Kaelan let out a sigh. At least he was getting his practice in with learning this language. Once he was told which person it was, Kaelan motioned for the boy to follow him to his office. He knew talking would not help, not right now anyway.
