Dressed in a pleasant outfit, Lucius had contacted with his long time, childhood friend Jarrett Vyhnal, someone that he befriended while Lucius was in Salem for the first three years of his schooling. The nurse thought that he was going to have some fun tonight, and he hoped that Jarrett wouldn't be such a kill joy. Lucius was taking Jarrett back to the Americas where the two of them were raised. To an amusement part there, and to have some grand fun. Jarrett needed to get the boy out some, and with himself being older, Lucius figured that he could boss Jarrett around a bit. It would not be that hard at all. Lucius and Jarrett were on their way there, apparating to a valley just outside of the amusement park. Lucius nudged the Beater before he pointed out, "Get happier, dude, we are here to have some freaking fun." Lucius wanted the guy to let loose a little bit before he would take Jarrett all around the park, and he could be rather nice to Jarrett. He had not hung around Jarrett in quite some time, so the two needed some time to themselves. They needed to have a lot of fun, and Lucius was going to show Jarrett around the town. It was twilight, and it would be night soon. The park was amazing, and his brown eyes widened in excitement. What was it about amusement parks that brought out the kid within him, the part that wanted to ride everything three times. Lucius tugged his friend into the amusement park before he paid for their way in, and soon enough, they were free to have fun! Lucius figured that the looks that they were getting was the fact that they were two grown guys, both good looking, and they might have been in a relationship.

Lucius knew that he did not like guys, but he didn't know about Jarrett. Jarrett liked girls, but he didn't know his feelings on guys. Lucius knew that the looks would have increased even more since he had got Jarrett a stuffed bear by popping balloons. Lucius was awesome at throwing darts, and he was glad that Jarrett did not throw the bear away. Everything seemed to be going well, as far as he can tell anyway. Lucius then decided to get something to eat for the two of them as evening settled in rather nicely. Lucius and Jarrett took a seat at a table where he had a giant pretzel. He started eating it, before he looked at this gorgeous woman, and he knew who it was. He nearly choked on his pretzel because of how it went, and he had met the girl before. He nudged Jarrett and he nodded toward the direction of the blonde girl that he was starting to like despite having met only once, personally. "That's the girl I told you about, how pretty she is, and she used to be a professor." Lucius wondered what the guy would say about her, but Lucius was now more concerned with the fact that she would notice because of how two guys was looking at her. That should bring across some attention or make her look in the direction, if she could tell if someone was looking at ehr that is.

If it was one thing that Jarrett hated was the fact that his childhood friend, Lucius had randomly decided that today or tonight rather, would be the night that they go have fun or something lame at a carnival. However the moment that Jarrett had reluctantly agreed, he let the man take him to the alley via apparation which he did not like too well on account that Lucius had splinched people before. The accents were just as familiar as could be, and he was glad for it too. Jarrett felt comfortable here, in the Americas. His eyes widened at the sight of the amusement park. It was very large, and he had never been here before in his life. He would have to take a mental note to bring his sisters here one day. When Lucius nudged him, Jarrett punched him on the upper arm, before he cast a glare from his sunglasses, "I am never happy, man." However he cracked a smirk before he turned to walk toward the entrance where Lucius paid for their tickets so that they could ride everything that they wanted for however long they pleased. Jarrett figured that he would have to humor Lucius anyway, whom's name had a good foothold in the wizarding world whereas his was rather normal. Jarrett looked over at Lucius to see that he was getting excited over being here at the park, before he rolled his eyes and released a rather loud groan out of annoyance. This was just not something that he was into at all. Why he was letting Lucius tug him around was something else, but he figured that the sooner that they could deal and do everything the man wanted, then he could go back home and have a beer in the solitude of his own bedroom, alone. He never told anyone that he was hanging out with Lucius tonight either.

There was just Valera and Astoria living with him now, and Valera was at the school. He was sure that Astoria wouldn't care if he left, but he prayed that she wouldn't be drunk or whatever in his own house. After Lucius had played a few games and they had rode a few rides, and Lucius had won him a bear, which he had decided to keep and give to either Taralynn or Valera. He didn't know which one would enjoy it more anyway. He was just glad that neither of his sisters had a crush on Lucius. Lucius was slightly older than he was, so he didn't to have his sisters and Lucius hook up. Lucius had bought him some nachos and cheese, and a drink, and soon they were at the table munching on the food that was served to them. When he felt yet another nudge, and then nodded to the direction of the blonde woman, slowly Jarrett turned himself around to have a look. Jarrett nearly dropped the nacho and cheese because of how hot the woman was. "She's pretty hot. And a professor? No way, she needs to be on the cover of a magazine." However Jarrett knew that Lucius knew her more than he did, so he had rights over her. Well, he wouldn't hit on her or anything like that. However he knew that if two guys staring at her wouldn't get her attention, then he knew something would. He put one hand to his mouth and he shouted in her direction, "Yo, hot stuff!" He gave Lucius an innocent smirk before he shrugged. He hoped that the girl would come over, to either yell at Lucius, or talk to him one.

Zinnia was not much of a fan of amusement parks. She had never really been to one when she was younger. Zinnia's family had to be mindful of Liliana whenever they planned their family activities. Liliana's blindness automatically ruled out a lot of things for them to do. Zinnia did not mind though. Places like this were not really Zinnia's idea of fun either, but Liliana insisted they try it at least once. Zinnia did not see how her sister intended to have fun without having her eyesight but knew better than to push it too much. Liliana was the type of person who hated to be thought of as someone who could not do something. While most people might have thought of the younger blonde as being disabled, Zinnia thought of her sister as being someone with more of an open mind than most others. "Liliana please be careful. You almost ran into a cotton candy vendor!" Zinnia called to her sister as she leaned away from the counter of a food vandor. She was about to order some french fries for her sister and her to share but if Lil was going to wander off then she might have to wait before she got anything. Zinnia rolled her eyes and turned back to the vendor. Calmly she ordered two plates of fries and waited until they were served to her before she paid for them. The vendor smiled at her charmingly but all Zinnia returned it with was a look of disgust. That was kind of gross. Men were so childish and gross sometimes. Zinnia nudged her sister and assisted in getting her to the table where they could enjoy their french fries without others bothering them. Zinnia barely took a bite of her first fry when she heard someone yell hot stuff. Zinnia dropped the french fry and looked around the area.

Eventually, Zinnia's eyes landed on a familiar figure. Someone she used to work with when she was a Professor at Hogwarts. Zinnia prayed that it wasn't him that said it. But by the way he and his buddy were giving her looks, she knew it was him. Liliana had her head turned in the direction of the voice too. Zinnia excused herself from the table and started to head over to where the idiot and his friend sat. No matter how cute both of them were, Zinnia did not appreciate being oogled. She never had. It made her feel like she was a hunk of meat. Zinnia went up to the two boy's table and Zinnia's arms folded across her chest. "You never learn do you Lucius?" Zinnia knew his name because they once worked together. That was the only reason and no other. The other guy she recognized but could not remember the name of him. Zinnia felt Liliana wander her way up next to her sister and sighed. Great, now Liliana was over here. Zinnia never told people she worked with that her sister was blind. Liliana did not like to be spoken about when it came to her disability. The only time most figured it out was when they met her for the first time.

Liliana hoped her sister would learn to lighten up some. It got annoying to have someone worrying over her every minute. Liliana was going to Graduate this year, so she was not a little kid anymore. If only Zinnia would remember that as well. People were always treating Liliana as if she needed to be taken care of. Liliana was pretty sure she could take care of herself better than a lot of people could that did have the ability to see. But why did everyone think she needed help? Liliana ignore her sister's warnings as she purchased the fries. Liliana wanted to walk around. She wanted to go on the rides too. If Zinnia would actually lighten up then they could maybe get to that too. "You need to lighten up, sis." Liliana laughed. She followed the sound of her sister's voice to the table, along with the help of her cane, she found it. Liliana felt for a seat and lowered herself so she was sitting down. Liliana's fingers slid across the table as she went to locate the plate of fries. Her nose could smell them easily. Before Liliana could take a fry, she heard someone yell something in her and Zin's direction. Zinnia of course did not take it well. She dismissed herself and Liliana wasted no time in grabbing her cane and following after her by the sound of her voice. Liliana paused when her sister's voice sounded like it was close enough for Zinnia to be next to her. Liliana had no idea whom her sister was talking to, or why it sounded like she knew the person, but Liliana just wanted to be included. Liliana held the cane to her side and adjusted the sunglasses on her face before she stared at her sister.

Lucius was in total shock when Jarrett yelled over toward Zinnia in a crude manner, something that Lucius would have never done to get her attention. He had done it once, but he did not want to do it again, ever. Not when it came to impressing this girl. Lucius wanted to get to know her, and this could be his only chance too since she was not working at the school. 'He ruined my chance to talk to her!' thought Lucius. Now she was going to think that he was this huge ass when he really wasn't. He could be to his friends, but not to women. They were completely different. They were like delicate flowers and should be treated as such. His friends however, he was completely different. They could handle such things, and he flinched when Zinnia noticed them, and then flushed when she came over and didn't look pleased. Zinnia practically told him that he would never learn, and he looked over at his best friend whom was laughing so much at what had happened. Lucius tried to say something, but nothing flowed from his lips. He just looked like some gaping fish trying to get some oxygen in order to live. There was nothing else he could do, and he wanted to tell her that it wasn't him, but what were the odds of her believing him? Lucius just looked at her like he was in trouble, like a student. She would probably make the connection, and yet Lucius had to be a little bit older than her. Lucius looked over at Jarrett, before he noticed someone else came up, and she was pretty too. She had a walking stick, and her eyes looked odd, but beautiful too. This had to be her sister, and she was blind. This was a new discovery. He found a new admiration for the woman he liked.

"I...Zinnia, that was Jarrett, not me. That's Jarrett by the way," said Lucius with a gesture to the man across of him. Lucius then stood up and he looked over at Zinnia before he blushed even more. "I'm really sorry for my friend's rude behavior. He doesn't know how to treat a lady. And who is this lovely young lady? Sister?" He smiled before he wondered if that would point the conversation to something much brighter. He was hoping anyway. He could see Jarrett being uncomfortable with the way he was behaving, and he did not want to cause a fight. Lucius really wanted to impress Zinnia, and he wanted to eventually get to know her. Anything about her, he wanted to know. Lucius just felt uncomfortable, and he bent down and he took some nachos and cheese. He took a bite from his own plate, because he was just super hungry. And he was one of those that ate a lot, in one place. 'Please don't hate me, please don't hate me,' thought Lucius. He thought of a good plan, that all four of them hang out together and go on rides, but he wanted to make sure that Jarrett would get along with the two girls, and that Zinnia did not remain angry with him. He just felt awful right now.

Jarrett was just laughing so much, when the hot woman came over and looked so disappointed and angry with Lucius. And the way that Lucius was acting to, and he thought, 'Totally whipped.' Jarrett then looked over at the other woman that came over and he raised an eyebrow. She was blind and at an amusement park? "Don't listen to him, I didn't say anything." He stuffed his mouth with some nachos and cheese, before he turned his attention to his best friend. He was completely whipped. It was hilarious to watch. It was just too much for the beater to handle. He was really wondering why someone would take a blind girl to a place like this. He thought that they would be better off, at home in the dark. Jarrett just hoped that Lucius would not come up with the idea of having the four of them going on rides cause then he would be stuck with the blind girl. He didn't even stand up because he did not want to seem like he was someone that wanted to impress anyone. He didn't care, but he was going to ensure that Lucius had a rough time. He knew that Lucius could be a real ass. He had once set Jarrett's pants on fire with lighting a firecracker and throwing it at his leg. And laughed about it. Jarrett knew better. But apparently changed when he met a girl. Jarrett could not resist, but he turned to speak to the blind girl before he said, "Okay, why bother bringing a cane here and not a dog? Better yet, why take a blind girl out to an amusement park? It isn't like she can see anything anyway." Jarrett knew that he was being rude, but he didn't care. He was simply curious in his own manner that could be well, offensive.

Zinnia took turns staring at Lucius and his friend. It wasn't easy to tell who said the comment. Both seemed guilty in their own ways. It was actually kind of annoying. How would they feel if Zinnia had said something as vulgar as they had? Then again they were men so chances were that it wouldn't phase them one bit. Lucius seemed a little bit flustered as she yelled at him. Then he explained that it was his friend Jarrett who had actually done it and not him. Zinnia peered closely at the two of them. Strangely enough, she did believe her former co-worker. For some reason the way he was acting was enough to have her consider that he wasn't at much of a pig as she once though. Jarrett on the other hand could use a lot of work. He had no idea how to talk to a woman. Zinnia's mouth opened a fraction as she attempted to speak her opinion about what was said. Lucius cut her off though by acknowledging Liliana. "Yeah. This is my younger sister Liliana." Zinnia didn't bother to point out that her sister was indeed blind. Mostly because Zinnia was so used to her sister's disability that she had a tendency to forget how unusual it was to be blind. Liliana probably would not like it to be pointed out anyways. Zinnia stared at her sister before she sighed. Zinnia wished that Liliana had stayed put. Especially now that Lucius had a friend who seemed to lack manners for women. It was easy to tell that he was single. Zinnia brushed a piece of her hair behind her ear and bat her thick eyelashes Lucius' way. Might as well try and use her charm to find out what she could on why his friend thought it was appropriate to behave in such a manner. Have these two fellas ever been charmed by a veela before? Chances were unlikely. "Forgiven. So long as you are telling the actual truth." He had said weird things to her before. That was why Zinnia had a hard time telling who it was. Back when they worked together his mouth got him shun by Zinnia various times.

Jarrett did not seem to be done with his horrible attitude either. His comment about blind people and how they did not belong at an amusement part was extremely offensive. Just because they could not see it did not mean they could not have fun like everyone else. Zinnia glared at him. "I'm going to take a wild guess here and guess that you're single, bitter, and lonely. Am I right?" Only someone rude like him could fit in all of those areas. Zinnia smoothed her younger sisters hair out. The poor girl did not need to hear that kind of comment said to her. "I believe you now." Lucius had to be innocent. At least he knew how to be nice. Zinnia hoped her sister wasn't too hurt by what was said. The guy probably didn't mean it. Or if he did, she hoped karma bit him in the ass later.

It had been awhile since the last time Liliana was around someone as honest as this guy was. Jarrett? That was his name it would seem. What he said sounded mean but it was also very honest. He merely said what other people always thought whenever they saw Zinnia out in public. Liliana took her walking stick carefully in her hand and swung it right across the rude man's head though. Only to remind him that blindness wasn't as much of a weakness as he thought it was. "I may be blind. But I figure I could still see the world a lot better than you." Liliana felt it was true. Sure she could not see things and that was a huge disadvantage to some. But Liliana could hear and smell so much better than most others could even dream of. Plus it was a good thing not always having to see other people. Liliana could honestly say she liked people based on their personality and not their looks. It wasn't the best situation, but Liliana was used to it. If the man did not like her being here then he could get over it. Liliana was planning to stay. Liliana turned her head in the direction of the other boy's voice. The nicer sounding one. "Hello. My name is Liliana. Are you Zin's boyfriend or something?" Liliana nearly laughed at the suggestion. He seemed like he was fond of her or something. Liliana thought he sounded nice. Liliana thought about offering her hand for him to shake. But she did not know if he felt like shaking hands with her or not.

The last thing that Lucius wanted to start was a fight, and he just wanted to show to the woman that he was mature enough to handle her. Zinnia was a nice lady, and he crushed on her, there was nothing bad about that, right? He waited for the words that said that she believed him, and that he would not be in trouble anymore. He felt like he was going to get detention or something out of this all. He smiled down at Liliana, before he held out a hand, but then realized that would not be the best thing. He could tell that she was blind, and holding out a hand for her to shake was well, nothing short of stupid. "It is nice to see you both here," responded the nurse with a crooked smile. He then turned his brown eyes to the younger sister before he added, "And lovely to meet you too!" He didn't want to treat the girl like a normal person would, he wanted to treat her like an equal to everyone. Lucius wondered if Liliana was enjoying the park as much as anyone else was. His food was long since forgotten about because of what all had happened here before him. There was still only so much that someone would do before they would really put their heart on the line. He looked at Zinnia once more, and immediately saw that there was something different about her. She seemed to glow. What was going on? He just found himself wanting to please her. Was she something that could charm men? Lucius' brain had not figured out that she was part-veela, and likely would not until someone told him. That and there was the added thought that he had never been around one before.

"I am, Zinnia. I say stupid stuff before, but I don't yell it and have learned to control my mouth, and think before I speak, even if it is in front of a beautiful woman." Even his voice sounded somewhat dreamy. Oh he was acting like the biggest loser on the planet right now, and he hated it. She must think that he was a total dork. However he was snapped out of it when Jarrett had said something extremely rude, and he looked over at his friend. What was his deal? He was never going to go anywhere with Zinnia if he kept this up. He smirked though when Zinnia took a wild guess at what Jarrett was. He knew what was up with Jarrett, and it was over that Tristane guy. And Astoria. So he was bitter. And Liliana had a gut of her own as her cane whacked Jarrett on the side of the head. It was well deserved. He however blushed when Lucius was asked by the younger sister if he was Zinnia's boyfriend or something. He chuckled nervously before saying, "Well, you guys are sisters, I think if I was, Zinnia should tell you first. So, no, I used to work with her at the school. I'm a nurse there."

Jarrett really thought that this whole event was turning out to be rather pointless, and wanted to get up and leave. He knew that he was being rude to the blind chick, but he was in a bad mood. He always thought that when he was in a bad mood, that everyone else deserved to be in one too. However he felt something really hard whack him at the back of the head, and he moved from the force. It was surprising, and then it hurt like hell. "Ouch!" said Jarrett as he reached around and rubbed the part of the head that was hit. At least it wasn't his face, that he could not be more thankful of. He looked over at the woman and noticed that she was indeed, beautiful, and it was enough to make him stare. He had no association with Veelas before either, so he didn't know. However he did not say a word. He let Lucius make a fool of himself, rather than be here. He slowly stood up and he dusted his pants off before he folded his arms over his chest to look at Lucius trying to impress the woman named Zinnia. He knew that he was going to have to help out. When Liliana had asked if Lucius was his boyfriend, he decided to make a move that would embarrass his best friend. He fake coughed while saying, "He wants to be." However he wondered if either of the women was going to take what he said with a grain of salt. It was somewhat unlikely that they would anyway. Not after what all he had said either. But he did not apologize either. He didn't feel the need to after being hit.

One of the few tolerable things about being what Zinnia and Liliana were, was the ability they had to bring a man to his knees. Zinnia didn’t want to sound like she liked dominating men, but rather that she liked being able to do that to a person. It could even be a woman and Zinnia would still be happy. So as she witnessed Lucius’ behavior around her, she became increasingly more and more amused by him. Almost to the point where she wanted to milk the situation for all it was worth. ”It’s fine. You’re not the first guy to act like a complete pig around me. It’s not even all your fault so I can’t blame you too much. See, my sister and I are Part-Veela. The way you’re behaving is almost natural.” Zinnia frowned when she heard her sister beside her scoff. Liliana did not care what she was as much as Zinnia did. In her eyes it was a big deal that she was able to do what she could. In her eyes it was something that could be used to her advantage. ”So don’t worry about it. All is forgiven. Just promise me one thing. Never, call me a half breed.” Zinnia felt like crying when people called her that. It was really mean. Zinnia was not able to control the way she was born. So why would others hate on her because of that? Though if Zinnia had the chance to be herself, she would probably keep the abilities she had now. She liked being special. But of course she had all the room in the world to be saying that as well. Considering the fact that she was not blind or deaf like her siblings. Zinnia figured that she would be thinking differently if she was in the same situation as they were.

Zinnia rolled her blue eyes. If she had been dating someone she was sure she would have told Liliana. So why would she even bother to ask? ”No. We’re not dating. We used to work together is all.” Zinnia explained. She did not speak much about her job at the school so that was why Liliana had no idea who he was. Teaching wasn’t really one of Zinnia’s fortes. She liked it and all. But after a year or so it got tiring. In her opinion a lot of the students at Hogwarts were dumb as a pile of bricks too. What was the point in teaching a bunch of students who did managed to do the work, but seemed to lack common sense? There wasn’t. Common sense was much more valued in the real world. But it seemed like most of the youth these days weren’t going to figure that out until it was too late. Zinnia found out the hard way when she was their age. But she also never really got to experience life like everyone else did. She had a brother who was deaf and a sister who was blind. Zinnia was always more of a caretaker than she was a teenager. ”So. What brings you guys out here today?” Zinnia felt like she needed to go ahead and strike up some sort of conversation with the two men in front of her. Especially since she knew Liliana would get upset with her if she didn’t. Liliana was always encouraging her to be more friendly. Even if it was with someone she hated.

Liliana really wished her sister would attempt to socialize more. One of the biggest reason she felt like this was because she knew her sister had sacrificed a lot of her time to take care of Liliana and Bryce when they were younger. Even now she seemed to be taking care of them more than she was anything else. It was sweet and sad at the same time. ”Well he if he wants her to be his girlfriend, then why doesn’t he ask her out?” Liliana asked. She was playing just as coy as the guy who was teasing his friend was. If she could see what her sister’s face looked like right now it would be absolutely priceless. Liliana had never seen anger on another person’s face person. Liliana was only able to hear it through their voice. She wondered what it would be like to see someone angry. Especially someone like Zinnia. Who was supposedly so beautiful that any disgusting face she made still looked pretty. Liliana was tempted to sit down next to the guy that she had hit. Not because she wanted to, but because she wanted to get some food and hang out with these guys. In her opinion they were hilarious together. Liliana liked to feel included. She could not see everyone but she wanted to be treated as if she could see. If that meant sitting down and hanging out with a bunch of unusual guys she would not mind it a single bit. At least the guy that liked Zinnia was nice to her. If the two of them fell in love and Zin married him he seemed like he would be kind to her despite her inability to see him. The other guy was like many others. He thought that because she couldn't see, she couldn't have a normal life.

Lucius really didn't want to sound like a loser around Zinnia. She was pretty, and he knew that she was smart. That was all that he needed to become interested in someone. Hopefully it wouldn't end up like the previous woman that took everything he had and kicked him out. He used to love that woman, but now he was more than ready to move on. Just finding someone to date was the problem. So he turned to Zinnia, not as a backup, but it seemed like fate guided him to New Zealand just to find her working there. The moment when Zinnia said that she was part-veela, and that's why he had been acting like he was, Lucius looked at her like she was crazy. "You are a Part-Veela? That is pretty cool! I'm just...a normal guy. Nothing special." He shrugged. Now he knew that she was someone special, and he might not be enough for her either. She would need another special man. Someone that could help spread her special blood. He didn't have that. He didn't know what he had actually, but he was average looking. She requested that he should never call her a half-breed, he shook his head, "No, that is just rude. I would never do that. I can't say much about Jarrett, but I promise I won't, and if he does, I'll punch him." He might have been a Slytherin in his past, but he believed in never judging people in what they couldn't help. If he was, then he would poke fun at Jarrett's eyes for being purple and almost girly, but he wouldn't. He knew that he wouldn't be able to get with her now unless she lowered her standards to want someone like him, but he didn't want her to do something like that. Just for her to be happy with whatever, and as long as he could be around to be friends or something.

The nurse could have killed Jarrett right now because of what he was saying. He was blushing somewhat because of what he was saying now. But Zinnia explained it as well as he did. Since he didn't work with her anymore, but he wished that she had stayed there in some way. Lucius thought that they should hang out more. Lucius blushed even more at what Liliana said, and he averted his eyes from Zinnia. He didn't want her to see that. That was just not what he wanted to deal with ever, because of how things were. When they were asked what brought them up here, Lucius was more than happy to answer that. Since he was the one that brought Jarrett up to the amusement park to have some fun. "Well, Jarrett didn't seem like he was enjoying life, so I brought him here to try to get him to lighten up and ride some rides. Hey! Why don't we go on stuff? The four of us. I think we can all have some fun." Lucius thought that Liliana and Jarrett would be fun to pair up on rides together, leaving him and Zinnia to ride together too. Lucius' hoped that his smile was enough to make Zinnia agree. He figured that Jarrett didn't care one way or another when it came to going around this place since he didn't want to be here to begin with. Lucius hoped that Zinnia would agree though, since it seemed like it would be up to her too.

Jarrett looked over at the blind girl, and he smirked somewhat. She was good. He knew that she was one of those that would actually side with him. However he was not going to apologize though. He leaned back in his chair and he looked up at the two beautiful women. Finally, he stood up and stood next to Lucius. That was just what he wanted to do, and he left the food sitting on the table. It wasn't like they could use magic because this place was crawling with muggles. Jarrett snickered when she said that if he wanted to date her so much, then he should ask her out. Jarrett smirked and he added, "That blush says it all, Lucius." But now he could see why they were so pretty now. That was because they were Part-Veela. He didn't have anything against them, but he knew better than to get too close. Their looks were awful attracting. Jarrett looked down at Liliana and then at Zinnia. He shrugged, "Part-Veelas, eh? Sounds interesting. Both of you are pretty hot." He looked down at Liliana and he shrugged, "Well, I like your attitude too. I am sure that we can have some fun teasing your sister and Lucius." Jarrett had to admit that the thought was not exactly what he had in mind. Already he knew that he didn't want to be seated next to Lucius. He rolled his eyes and sighed because he didn't want to show what he truly thought. Either way he was going to be seated next to a girl. What if he was seated next to either and they ended up liking him? Jarrett thought that he was a delight to be around, but others might disagree. Truth be told, he didn't care.

Zinnia nodded. Confirming that she was indeed Part-Veela. Though she did not think much of it. It was something she had to deal with most of her life, so it wasn't like it was anything new or exciting to her. Lucius and Jarrett both seemed shocked and amazed though. Zinnia wasn't sure how or why. "Sometimes being normal is actually better if you ask me. You'd be surprised the awful things we've been called by supremacists. Sure it's cool to have something like this, but it has it's days where I feel it's nothing but a curse." Zinnia stared at her sister. Liliana didn't seem to react to what she had said at all. Liliana had a much different point of view on the entire situation. Liliana disagrees. She thinks it's wonderful regardless. But since she can't see, I'm tempted to say her opinion is void on the matter." Nothing seemed to bother Liliana. It seemed easy for her to ignore the world around her. Sometimes Zinnia wondered if it would be easier to be blind or deaf like Bryce or Liliana. It would would be so much easier to see the world as they saw it. "Thank you."
