Killua did not know what had gotten into him for him to decide to dress as a werewolf for this year's Halloween feast. He did not even have a clue if this was anything close to a werewolf! Sure, the books he had been reading had illustrations, but they were not very helpful. CoMC books said one thing while DADA books will say another. Then other books had a whole different definition! He had been racking his brains with actually imagining it! Seriously, he had come up with a fur-covered humanoid that stands on legs, uses it arms and hands or paws. They have snouts, with a puppy nose and a mouth with crocodile teeth then wolf-like eyes. He had banged his head on the table for that vision. It totally sucked. And when he had gotten himself his costume, dear Merlin, he had most certainly agreed with Mitch's opinion when he first tried it out. Her exact words had been, You look like an idiot. and he couldn't agree more. Well, at least he managed to put it on? That had to count for something right? Well, at least he'd be able to surprise Abel this year. While most certainly no one was going to be scared of him for this costume, he was sure that his best friend would have a heart attack. Something to look forward to indeed.

And so, as soon as he had donned his werewolf costume and put on the head, he had strolled out of the dormitories and to the Great Hall. He wondered where Abel was. Killy had been strolling during the afternoons and fell asleep somewhere in the lawn and when he had gotten back, Abel was no longer there, so he had assumed that his friend had already left for the feast. He wondered though what that werewolf had dressed up as. It was something that he clearly did not know of. Well, it was not impossible to find him in the Great Hall and so he had just entered and roamed around. Maybe it was a little hard to find his werewolf friend though, considering that there were a lot in costumes and mascots and some were barely recognizable through those clothes. With a sigh he had stepped backwards a few times hoping to get a better view, until he had bumped into another person rather unceremoniously and so he irritatingly turned to look at said perpetrator that bumped into him. Least to say he was surprised it was Abel though. Killy couldn't help but stare at his friend from head to toe though and he had managed to blurt out, "Wolfie. What are you wearing?"

Abel had decided that, after discovering Killua's family history, he would dress as an assassin. There was only one problem - Abel had no idea what an assassin looked like. He could not go out shopping for much, either, as he had limited funds until he could get a job or something, which was not going to happen any time soon as he was still in school, and how many people would hire an underage werewolf to do anything anyway. Still, he had to celebrate Halloween with his friend, and he had to have a somewhat okay costume, so he decided on all black clothes, a hood, and a gaunt face. Fortunately, seeing as his health was always questionable, he always had a pasty, gaunt face. he also had plenty of bandages that he wrapped tightly around his torso, one to hide his scarring, and two to look as though he had been through many fights on his assassin jobs. Although, the tightness of the wraps was constricting his chest a little, he did not want them to be loose.

Bumping into someone on his search for Killy, he turned abruptly, and found himself face-to-face with someone dresses as... was that supposed to be a werewolf? His jaw dropped when he heard Killua's voice originate from the head of the costume, and he somehow managed to utter a few words. "Killy!" He hissed, covering the mouth of the costume as if it would actually silence Killua. "Don't call me that - not here. Not in public." He eyed the crowd frantically, before grabbing Killua's fluffy arm and leading him to a more secluded corner. He then looked down at his impromptu costume. "I'm an assassin, well, you as an assassin... what in Merlin's name are you?"

Okay. So if Killua looked liked an idiot, he was pretty sure that Abel looked plain weird. What the heck was he wearing anyway? Was he supposed to be some sort of thief that hangs out in the dark alley? Certainly looked that way except for those bandages that seemed way out of place. Killy knew for a fact that those bandages were for the sake of covering up his scars, but why would he even dress in something that could possibly show his chest? Even if it's for Halloween. Then there was also his expression. It was plain creepy. He looked like someone who had some kind of illness and was about to die in a matter of minutes. This was definitely a costume that he didn't know. At least he was pretty sure he looked like a werewolf, well according to some books anyway and he had gotten it from the kids' section, so he was more or less accurate? Well more accurate than Abel in whatever getup he was in.

Killua was surprised though when Abel had suddenly nearly slammed his hand to the mouth of the costume which had rattled his head inside a bit. What was wrong with calling him that? It was a nickname he had established for his friend after they had that talk in the library. Not like he hadn't been calling him that for a while after all, and the people around didn't really give a sh*t on what they call each other. In fact, people shouldn't care at all. But no matter, he had just let himself be dragged into some corner by his best friend. He was about to be nonchalant about the whole thing really, until Abel had told him what he was dressed up as. An assassin?! He was dressed an assassin?! Not once in his twelve years of training and going on a jobs did Killua Jacob Freecss look like that! He wore regular clothes and he tried to look normal every time! Not like someone who was going to die after a few days. "You." he shrugged before giving another look at Abel from head to toe. "I do not dress like that. I never dressed like that in my whole career."
